For a pairing, I’m thinking of some possibilities:
- Sister’s Widow: Your character could be a male or female who was married to MC’s sister. We could play up that they were a very powerful couple and she can’t be seen as gone, so she is quickly replaced by her twin? Or the bloodline itself could be important to stay in a relationship, so MC has to be brought in her stead? Maybe YC is a politician in an important seat race, so they need a fill in immediately that will pass facial recognition?
- Next Best Thing: the sister could be a famous pornstar or actress. YC a stalker, convinced that if he or she can’t have the sister, they can turn the deadbeat/failure of a twin brother into the next best thing?
- Taking Her Place: when the sister cheats on & leaves YC in the dust, they’re left horny, alone and angry. When they hear her twin brother is in town, why not invite him over to stay, like there are no hard feelings? Could lead to drugging him, manipulating him into dressing up like the sister.. and from there, alcohol and bad decisions take over as YC sees a chance at rekindling a very kinky relationship that he’d thought he’d lost for good?

Story Premise: I thought some light race play could be incorporated. Perhaps there is a new punishment program in place for racial type crimes, and MC is charged and convicted. Plot: A cruel/corrupt alpha male finally gets on the bad side of the wrong person/people and they seek their revenge in the most lewd/humiliating ways.
For this, I'm thinking the alpha male is either:
