Oh my goodness, another person who knows Lisa the Painful and Mili! I love the stories and art style of a lot of Mili songs and just the pure dread some Lisa tracks convey. Here's a personal favorite to contribute that downright terrified me while I was playing it:

And while I had never played this game, I heavily recommend checking out Yume Nikki's music to anyone who is curious. The repeating notes does such a great job at setting an uncanny atmosphere I can only imagine is stronger in-game:

And last but not least, for truly anxiety inducing music, I can only suggest one of my favorite movie osts of all time. Not quite a game track, but I couldn't resist putting it here.

I love unsettling music and I have way more up my sleeves, but I don't want this to become too much of a text wall so I'll leave it here for right now. Hoped this helped someone! ✌️

Lisa was one of my favorite games of that year. Perfect mix of hilarious situations but also some pretty grim stuff in the game over all. The bucket scene is probably one of the most macabrely hilarious scenes I've seen in a game as is the bulldozer guy.

And yeah, I learned mostly about Mili from Library of Ruina, but their music is pretty jammin!
 
Absolutely, haha. One of my favorite experiences was playing through it for a second time with a friend, though we still need to finish the last level together. I loved some of the Joy Mutants designs too--legitimately made me jump coming across Henry Wyatt(for those who don't know, I don't recommend spoiling yourself. It's great playing through blind). I love that a game like Lisa exists and I hope to come across more like it someday 👏
 
Scares the fuck out of me running through that ship to this DAY, bro, such a good fucking track for how short it is!

really tho, this one just stuck with me. something about those discordant instrumentals combined with how i felt towards the end of the game, it hits nicely(?) with waves of unease and melancholy.
