Matt was down stairs not sure what the band was going to do because of Jeff's drum set missing. None of them had any money to buy a new set with either and it was really putting them in a bind. Their gig had come and gone maybe it wasn't meant for them to be big. It had been a good month and a half since Jeff was hospitalized. The days went by as the stress and drama became more and more intense.
Vic was constantly beating on Roger, though roger did deserve it for everything he had done to Emma it was tearing the band apart. With that being said Matt and Bo couldn't kick him out either Vic would have lost his mind and beat the shit out of them as well, then who would watch after Emma? Chances were if Jeff woke up and nobody was caring for his lover he would kill them. Bo wanted to blame Jeff so bad but he knew it wasn't his fault he was in a coma.

The call came a month later, late in the night while everyone was sleeping. The call woke Jeff's mother up, Jeff was awake. She thought she should wake Emma up and tell her the good news, but then she thought it would be better to surprise her to cheer her up. Jakie left once she dressed and drove Jeff's car to the hospital. Her's had been in the shop for the past week getting repairs, and this was the only way to get him.
When she arrived Jeff was sitting up and eating some food on his own. It seemed her son had made a full recovery. Jeff recognized the woman before him and smiled as though he had woke up from a five minute nap. His mother smiled and gathered his things so they could go home. Jeff remembered everything except something important, he didn't remember his friends, though Emma he knew was his girlfriend. Bo, Roger, he couldn't remember them.
An hour later Jeff opened the door to his room quietly. His mother informed him that she had moved in due to an ample supply of stress at her house, she had also told him that she cried every night for the past two and a half months praying for Jeff to come back to her. He quietly made his way to the bed and curled up next to her holding her close. She would love the surprise in the next few hours when she woke up, if she didn't dismiss it as a dream.
