It's unclear to me if "start PM conversations" means starting them at all or does it mean that I just can't send the first PM but can reply if someone (not grey) sends me a PM first?
It also doesn't mention if I can use Roleplay Requests forum Roleplay Requests by Females
I think I can post a thread there already but when greeting me someone said something that made me feel like I shouldn't be able to.
