Insert title here. (I couldn't think of anything.)

Kabuto sighed as later he brought in her food. "Well, how does it feel to be wanted by some random thugs?" Kabuto said teasingly. Kabuto looked at her as he sighed, "The soup is hot so you should be careful eating it kay... Anything you would need?" Kabuto asked her as he wouldn't want have to come back if she needed something.

She looked to him and her face showed happiness but only for a moment. It quickly turned to normal.
"A little paranoid..." She replied answering him before looking to the soup. Eggdrop, her favorite. She smiled slightly before looking back to him. She had felt uneasy being alone in her room. Maybe he would...
"Kabuto-san...Would you..." She paused for a moment. " Would you stay with me? Like I said I'm paranoid and I would like some company. You don't even have to talk. I just want someone's presence near me." She said biting her bottom lip a little.

Kabuto looked at her for a moment as he noticed her hints of happiness. Then when she asked him to stay he sighed. "Well...My priority is to protect you so I guess being in the room with you can make you safe sure." Kabuto said as he pulled up a chair close to the window as he stared off into the night. Kabuto looked at her for a moment and then away. Kabuto specially picked out the soup for the chefs to make for her. Though that was gonna be his little secret.

"Thank you Kabuto-san." She said smiling a little again. She sat in silence for a while sipping her soup. After she finished she looked over at him. She could tell he was thinking hard about something. Was he troubled? After a while she decided to ask.
"Is something troubling you Kabuto-san?" She asked sitting on her bed pulling her extremely long hair over her shoulder.

Kabuto looked at her as she said that then just smiled. "Odd to have you worrying about me. Don't worry, I am just fine. Just wondering what Orochimaru has planned for you." For a second Kabuto almost felt sorry for her. Cause she was just a pawn to Orochimaru. Though that went away as his loyalty went to his lord. Atleast for now.

"Well....He did say something about marriage a while ago...But I...Really don't want to..He hasn't mentioned it since..." She said looking down a bit uneasy."I really don't know what exactly he wishes to do with me. But I am here...That is all I know..." She stopped for a moment and looked at him.

Kabuto looked at her for a bit then away. 'Marriage eh? What is Orochimaru planning? Not like him to want the hand of a..girl. Though it might just be his simple way of not telling her what he really means to do with her.' Kabuto sighed as he looked at her, "Then, why do you bother staying here then?" Kabuto asked her as he smiled a bit.

She blushed at his smile. Even though she was a brutal fighter she was very shy when it came to people she cared for. "Well you see...I would have left already but I have no where to go and there is someone that keeps me here....Someone I wish I could tell how I feel...But he, knowing his mentality, would think it was some kind of joke...I am pretty worthless to him...." She replied biting her bottom lip.

Kabuto looked at her as he rubbed his chin. "One person eh? Well, I guess that one person has a nice crush." Kabuto said with a smile. At first he thought she meant Orochimaru but, that didn't fit the bill. 'Could this girl actually have a thing for...me?' Kabuto thought to himself as he looked at the window. 'Feh, well if she does she is an odd one. Though risking myself for her was pretty odd too.' Kabuto thought again as he looked at her. "Well, if you truly have feelings for a person you might as well tell them. No sense in hiding it forever wondering if they feel the same.

"Well ummm....If you think so...Kabuto-san..." The blush across her cheeks turned a more crimson color. She bit her bottom lip and looked to him. It was a while before she finely closed her eyes and said it. " It's you...Kabuto-san..You are the one I stay here for..." She then waited for the laughter.

Kabuto's eyes widen a bit as they went back to his normal look. "Oh really? That is odd." Kabuto said to her as he looked back out the window. Kabuto then looked at her, "Just curious...Why exactly do you have a...thing for me?" His eyes showed a serious look as he didn't mean it as a joke.

"Well....You've cared for me all this time. I hated you at first...It seemed like you were constantly mocking me...But after a while my own aggression wore off and I slowly began to fall for you...Your personality is what gets me...Smart, centered, loyal...You have a lot of good qualities. You pushed me forward when no one else would. Even if you were forced it still was nice to have someone around. Plus you are rather cute." She said smiling a little. She looked at the floor again training her eyes on something other than him so her blush wouldn't get worse. She would have never told him and just let time pass if he hadn't showed interest in the matter.

Kabuto looked at her puzzled. Then he just smiled, "You are a strange one...Though I guess it is alright." Kabuto put simply as it seemed odd a person that he didn't show much care about would have feelings for him. Kabuto stared at the window as he sighed. "Well, you better get to sleep." Kabuto walked up to her for a bit as he lifted her chin up. Then without much though he pressed his lips to her's. "Good night." With that Kabuto slowly walked out of the room as it was safe by now.

KiKi's eyes widened as he leaned down and gave her the slightest of kisses. She touched her fingers to her lips and stares at him as he walked out. "Goodnight Kabuto-san..." She said quietly. She sat there on her bed in slight daze before falling asleep in a heap on her bed.

Kabuto got a report that the ninjas were dispatched of as he waved the person off. Kabuto began to idly walk to his room as he took his clothes off as he got in his bed. Kabuto stared off into the ceiling as he began to think, 'She had to get this complicated...' Kabuto frowned as he felt odd feelings that he hadn't felt since he was just a little kid.

KiKi stayed awake for a while longer waking up in the middle of the night to dim nothingness. She sat up and touched her lips again. Smiling a little she got up and moved out of her room. She then began to walk the hallways. This was what she did when she woke up at this hour. Coming to the balcony she saw a small package sitting on the railing. She picked it up and looked at it. It was addressed to her. She unwrapped it and revealed to what seemed to be a ring box. She had somewhat of a fear of what this was. But she opened it anyway. In side was a silver ring with what appeared to be a black gem in the center. She knew what it was now and knew what she was supposed to do. Disobedience wasn't an option. All her happiness seemed to melt away as she slipped it on. She then walked back to her room in a haze. Going back to sleep was hard and almost impossible. But she managed.

Kabuto woke up early the next day as he was training as a person came to her door. "Miss Kiki, Kabuto canceled today's training so you may rest today." Kabuto sighed as sweat dripped from his brow once he was finished. Kabuto went walking through the forest as he thought something was amidst.

KiKi nodded dully as she slipped on her kimono. It was an all white one...The one that was worn the day after being engaged. She then began to wonder the grounds like a ghost. She felt sick and very tired. She then saw Kabuto walking through the forest and dully smiled. She then went to go walk with him. Soon she was in stride beside him. "Good morning Kabuto-san." She said trying to sound cheery but failing.

Kabuto looked at her as she was suddenly sad. Kabuto didn't see her like that often so he could guess as to why she was so. "Got the ring from Orochimaru huh?" Kabuto said to her softly as he sighes. Kabuto looked at her then away. Kabuto knew Orochimaru didn't really love her. He just wanted her powers which made this feel worse. Though Kabuto knew if he plead to him he could get him to call it off.

"Yes...I suppose I should try to be happy...or something..." She said quietly. Her words seemed almost dreary. But she knew she couldn't turn back now. It was almost impossible. This was her existence now and she had to accept it. " Me telling you my feeling was pointless..." She said stopping suddenly. A single tear seemed to find it's way down her pale cheek.

She just had to go with the sadness. Kabuto sighed as he looked at her. "I think I know a way to make Orochimaru change his mind. Mind you that it will take alot of ass kissing on my part. You'll owe me." Kabuto said to her with a grin. Kabuto knew that little bit would make her happy.

She smiled slightly at this. " Of course..." She said wiping the tree on her kimono sleeve. She wondered for a little bit about what exactly he would want from her. What could she give him at any point. She hated being in debt to people. Simply because she felt bad about them having done her a favor. So she immediately wanted to pay them back for going out of their way just for her. "What would you want Kabuto-san?" She asked blinking slightly.

Kabuto looked at her and blinked, "Heh, I could want a different assortment of things. I might want a 'sexual' favor or a favor dealing with you getting me tea. Though all depends what I want when I feel like it." The sexual favor part was just to tease her and he knew she would shy away from that. Though be amusing if she thought he was serious and even more amusing if she'd do it. Though odds are she wouldn't. She seemed a bit too innocent. Though then again she has been living around most dark people around.

KiKi blushed a bit. She knew he was kidding but she didn't want him to take for a shy thing the entire time. Plus she would do anything for him anyway. Whether he did her the favor or not. She looked at the ground and then back at him and in all seriousness yet embarrassment She replied. " I'll do anything you wish me to Kabuto-san. Even if I do have to give myself to you..."

Kabuto looked at her idly as he pushed his glasses back from the rim of his nose. Then with a faint smile he rubbed her hair softly. "Your a silly girl." Kabuto said to her. Then he kept walking with her. "Though for you...that is a good thing." Kabuto didn't even answer her as to what he wanted from her. For right now he didn't have a need for anything yet but, maybe later he would.
