It's actually a Japanese H-game artist named Kagami. Notte's old avy and siggy set were also from Kagami. He tends to do really gorgeous artwork, although sometimes some of it is a little bit weird to look at... o.o
 
Honestly? I've played like 3 H-games in my life. xD
But I do like collecting the CG sets a lot, since I find that their art is usually beautiful to look at. And yeah, I know way too much about artists... it's kind of what I do. <.<;
 
Even H-game art and artist's I don't know much about.
I revolve around manga.
Manga artist's are where I thrive!

If you know what to look for, some of the art is so amazing.
I was never up to the CG stuff.
Probably because I am not a patient person, so, as an artist, it's frustrating to me that people can do it and I can't.

Still, there are some very good artists that you should look up if you get the chance, like:
Tosihide Sano, Kagami, Carnelian, Tony Taka, Tenrou... Um... Hm. I can't think of many this morning... it's too early. xD
