I feel I could be in better shape and could afford to lose about 20 pounds at least. I've already given up soda, which by the way is pretty hard to do now that I've tried. x.x;
That's not truth Zel at all. You've to avoid how much you eat and how often, but cards and sugars are essential to body function. All losing weight is you burn more calories then you take into your body
I'm well aware of that. And those basics carbs and sugars are in most meals to begin with. There's no need to intake an excessive amount of them like a cake.
