Va'ryn had been waiting on the mining colony of Corbos, baiting the Jedi Order for years to chase after her in far off systems to hide her presence right next door to the Yavin system. The longer she had been able to hide, the more powerful she had become in the Dark Side, biding her time.

Now it was time to strike, the trap had been set.

Rumors of a Dark Jedi had begun to spring up among the miners, carefully placed there by Va'ryn. A Sith calling herself Darth Domina had been spotted on 'several' occasions in the Levion cantina on Corbos.

The cantina in Levion was always a lively place, where the miners gathered to drink away the woes of working in the deep digs. Futher enlivened by Va'ryn, the owner, and her penchant for dancing for the crowd. Due to this success she has imported another Twi'lek girl to dance for the crowd, and intends on another soon to keep the girl from being overworked...

Tonight however, she was enjoying herself as she swayed to the music, dancing atop of the bar to the enjoyment of the raucous miners. Her dark purple flesh, nearly black in the dim lighting prefered by the customers that spent their lives underground. Soon the Order would send someone to investigate the rumors...

Kal'ari walked into the cantina, garbed in a baggy hooded robe, hiding her form. Her lekku were kept down her back, trailing under the cloak. It was a bit uncomfortable, but she needed to try to stay hidden for now. She moved over toward an empty table near the edge of the room, ordering a light drink from the tender bot that came by. Her eyes scanned the area, looking for anyone who might be the sith she was after. She glanced over the dark skinned twi'lek dancing on the bar, instantly writing her off as a suspect. Sith, or dark jedi weren't cantina dancing girls. Besides, her kind had the unfortunate habbit of ending up that way, so it was a common sight. Not something she would suspect. She tries to look for any shady characters around the bar, hoping she might be able to pick out the sith. She tries to sense any sign of the dark side in the area, any other force users she might be able to hone in on.

The presence of the Dark Side was thick in the cantina, touching many people in the room. Whomever the dark Jedi was, they had influenced many people here. Each one of them shady enough to rouse suspicion. But the miners themselves were just a rowdy bunch trying to blow off steam after a long day, their cheers doubling as the woman on the bar stripped off her vest.

Va'ryn had seen the Jedi enter, feeling her comming long before she entered the cantina. Even had it not been that, those robes were a dead giveaway. The universal inconspicuous look was far fom inconspicuous...

She needed to get the crowd's energy up, enough to force a distraction. With a smile she stripped off her vest, beneath, her slender violet upper body only covered by a chain that connected her nipples. She hand been planning on dancing tonight, and was usually much slower in what she revealed to these men with often wandering hands.

The vest went flying from her hands as she continued to dance, to land directly on the Jedi's table.

Kal'ari frowns as she feels the dark side all around her. Not only did that make picking out the sith difficult... it deeply unnerved her. Scared her even. She was fresh out of being a padawan, still fairly young, and not overly experienced in dealing with sith, which is why she was told to scout and find, but not engage. This whole crowd looked pretty shady, though none of them bore the typical appearance of a sith or dark jedi. If they were hiding though, that might be the point. She blinks, looking to the vest as it lands right on her table. She looks up to the dancing twi'lek who had just been wearing the garment, blushing a bit as she sees bare breasts bouncing about now. She quickly looks away, frowning, a bit disturbed at the degradation her kind went through to get by. She sighs softly, taking the drink that had been delivered, and taking a light sip. She knew she couldn't have much to drink, as she was on a mission.. but she needed a little right now. She isn't sure what to do now. She couldn't roam around the place searching for the sith without arousing suspicion, but she couldn't feel them out either with the feeling of the dark side surrounding the cantina. They had to be here though, so she could report at least that much. She would wait a bit longer, hoping maybe someone would do something that gave them away before she had to leave so she could report to the council.

Va'ryn smiled as she saw her girl return from one of the backrooms. A bit shaken, the aqua skinned Twi'lek returned to her place on the stage. Several chains hung from the girl's nipples, save that and the briefest of loin cloths she was naked.

The Dark Jedi stepped down from the bartop, using one of her patrons as a step and swatting off a stray hand trying to grope her. Slowly she began making her way toward the table in the back to retrieve her vest.

Many of her ilk delved into the darker depths of anger and hatred. Va'ryn had chosen to futher study the darkest depths of lust, and was well on her way of creating a maelstrom in her establishment. The miners wanted her, and she'd never shown favoritism to any of them, instead buying a girl for them to slake their lusts upon.

A pleased little shiver raced up her spine, making the chain between her nipples shiver as well as she approached the table. She tasted something else comming from this Jedi, a hint of fear. The fools had sent a young one, untried... they were making it easy for her.

Leaning over the table to retrieve her vest, her gaze darting into the depths of the hood, smiling a bit at the person inside. Only to have a hint of surprise cross her features at the sight of the lovely Twi'lek woman within. She smiled a bit ruefully as she seated herself in the booth across from the Jedi, the vest forgotten in her hand.

"I'd keep that hood on if I were you girl... The crowd might think you're the new dancing girl. You arent, are you?"

Kal'ari glanced over as she watched another twi'lek walk out from the back, blushing lightly as she saw how nearly naked she was. She sighs, disgusted at the humiliation her kind were put through so often. Many of them didn't have the good fortune of showing a talent with the force like herself, and being raised by the Jedi. It was a much better life than what these people had to suffer through. And rewarding as well.

She noticed the purple hued dancer moving over, cringing a bit. She really didn't want any attention drawn to her right now, and having a half naked twi'lek, who drew the attention of the whole room, come over to her was going to get her much unwanted attention. She lets out a quiet sigh, bracing herself for the closeness of such a person, with her... assets hanging out, trying to do a quick meditation to focus herself. She frowns inwardly, though keeping a straight face outwardly, as the other twi'lek sits with her now. During that peek into her hood, she would see that her skin was a darker shade of blue, not quite like the aqua twi'lek from the back, but not overly dark either.

She sighs softly, looking up to the dancer's face, giving her a reluctant smile. "No, I certainly am not miss. Just a patron stopping through. I probably should be on my way though." She looks out to the rest of the room, wondering just how many eyes were over in this corner now. It definitely seemed like it was time to get out of doge and make her report.

Va'ryn frowned a bit, dropping her gaze as she leaned over the table a bit. Some people were watching her, but not many, their attentions drawn to the dancing girl and their mugs. Her patrons had long learned not to pay too much attention to her business.

"You shouldnt go..." She reached out to touch the Jedi's hand, the one that held her cup. "It's so rare that we get one of your kind here, I'd say never actually..." She smiled again, softly this time, subtly pushing on those repressed emotions, hoping to spark a feeling of justice at how her fellows were being treated here.

Kal'ari was somewhat relieved to see that there hadn't been as much attention as she feared drawn over. She looks back to the dancer, then down to the hand touching her own. Her gaze drifted back up, passing over those exposed breasts for an instant, and into the woman's eyes. Did she know she was a Jedi? If she did.. that coupled with the way she was talking may be an open door, if the sith was indeed operating around here, they might be giving the workers here trouble. She leans in a bit, speaking softly. "Is there anyone here, an individual who gives you a particularly hard time? Perhaps someone who just seems to scream evil?"

The girl was making it so easy she had to fight back a smile, looking around the cantina a bit furratively. Playing along to see if their conversation was being observed. She turned back to the Jedi, clutching the vest to her breasts as she leaned in once more.

"There is a man that comes in from time to time... he buys me, often, and takes me to his ship." She clutched the girl's hand a bit tighter. "I've watched the codes to open the door, and he is in port..." She whispered the last bit, leaning in a bit more.

She looks at the other twi'lek with some concern. "Is there anything... unusual about him? Something that stands out as particularly evil? Does he tend to wear dark robes, or carry a light saber that you've seen?" This may be the lead she's looking for. If she could just see the ship, and maybe mark it, they would have a way to track the sith's movements to some degree. "If you can just show me which ship is his.. we may be able to help you."

"One? He carries two light sabres..." She shook her head a bit, reaching up with her free hand to nervously twiddle with the tip of one lekku. An intricate spiral pattern was tattooed from the tip up the length of the slender tentacle.

"Last night he mentioned something about being busy elsewhere today..." She squeezed the other Twi'lek's hand as she made to rise. "I will use what few credits I have to make payment for me... then I can take you to his ship." Va'ryn couldnt believe her luck, pushing harder now on the young Jedi's sense of justice, using 'her position' here to her best advantage.

As if to accentuate her point, several of the miners by the stage began to get a little familiar with the dancing girl, one of them pulling her into his lap before a nearly black wookie moved from an alcove by the door. With a hand on the man's shoulder, he growled something. the miner released the girl who promptly returned to the stage.

The Sith watched this, slightly amused, though her face was carefully schooled, showing only revulsion at the treatment of her 'friend'. She finished standing, finally releasing the young woman's hand as she pointed toward a door leading to the back rooms where the other dancing girl had just come from. "I will meet you by the back door, yes?"

Kal'ari blinks in a bit of surprise. Two light sabers? She would certainly have to avoid him if he was that skilled. She wouldn't be a match for it. She looks to the other twi'lek, sympathy boiling up inside her for this situation she was in. She looks at her curiously. "Payment?" She looks over, watching the whole scene with the other twilek dancer and the miner. She frowns, feeling more pity for her, and the need to rid this place of the dark side. She looks back to the purple skinned twilek, nodding to her. "Yes, i will meet you out there." When she goes, Kal'ari would stand and start heading for the back, where she would meet with the other twilek, the payment for her drink left on the table.

Va'ryn made her way back to the bar, a pleased smile lighting her lips. Before long she would have a new dancing girl, and a Jedi one at that. Pulling her vest back on, there was no question in the purple Twi'lek's mind of how this was going to play out... the Order had made it so easy on her.

Of course, she wasnt really paying for herself. She did however make a show of arguing with the Taydarian that she hired to manage the day to day of her business. She watched as the young Jedi disappeared into the back as she buttoned her snug vest back up. Before moving to follow, she scooped up the light sabre hilt stored under the bar, sliding it into her cleavage just deep enough to keep it from being spotted amidst the plush mounds.

The Dark Lady then made her way toward the back, several alcoves stood open. The stench of sweat and sex heavy in the air as she approached the robed woman waiting by the door. Va'ryn grabbed a cloak from where it hung by the exit, pulling it on quickly to adopt the universal inconspicuous look for herself as well.

"He always used landing platform 83..." She stated, opening the door to begin leading the young woman through the alleys toward the spaceport.

Kal'ari heard the arguing going on between the other twilek, and who she assumed might be the manager. She waits out near the back for her to arrive, and watches as she pulls a cloak on. She nods to her as she tells her what landing pad the ship was most likely on and starts leading her. "Just show me to the ship, and then you can head back, I don't want to place you in any danger miss.." She realized they hadn't yet exchanged names. "What is your name? I am Kal'ari." She keeps a sharp eye, and a sharp sense out for any trouble. She had a bad feeling.. she couldn't quite put her finger on it, but something definitely felt wrong.

"Va'ryn..." she stated simply, glancing back at the Jedi woman. A slight smile curling her lips, though it was impossible to see the cruelty in her gaze from the depths of her own dark hood. "You will never know how happy I am that you came to us..."

The presence of the dark side never faded as they left the Cantina. This Sith had long been a bane upon this colony, and it's influences ran deep. She lead the woman from the back alleys onto a row of hangar doors, pointing toward the correct one as she looked around before making her way over.

She began pushing at the girl's fear, amplifying it the closer they came to the space port. As they reached the hangar door the dark power was focused upon the young Jedi fully, feeding into her fears of what lay beyond. They were close enough to the target now that subtelty was no longer necesscary.

"It's in here." She said as they arrived at the door, punching in the code for the docking bay. The door woshed open to reveal the insidious black ship, the Cruiser had been Corellian once modified in strange ways to become something entirely different. The metal long corrupted by dark Sith alchemical rituals, it radiated Dark Side energies... even moreso in the presence of it's Mistress.

Kal'ari definitely felt something was very wrong as the feeling of the dark side around her didn't fade. The sith couldn't have possibly infected the whole place with it could he? Maybe there was another answer she wasn't seeing. Perhaps she was too nervous to see it.. not just nervous. The closer they drew to the port, the more she realized she was actually scared... very scared. And as they approached the hanger, that fear doubled. She had to fight not to tremble outright in her fear as the moved to the door. She watched her punch in the codes, and the door open. She looks on the ship with a sort of disgusted wonder. It was fascinating, yet horrible at the same time. She turns to Va'ryn, nodding to her. "Thank you. You can go back now, I don't want to put you into any unnecessary dang-" She stopped, thinking about this. The dark side focused on the cantina, this twilek who just happened to recognize her easily as a jedi, and then happened to know about the sith and where his ship was docked... it was all just a little too convenient. That's what was wrong with this picture... a sith trying to hide would be much more careful. But aside from that... the feeling of the dark side was with her from the cantina, up to this ship, never fading... growing stronger in fact. The sith wasn't a man at all, the sith she was looking for..... "It's you..."

Va'ryn began to smile as the realization finally began to dawn on the young Jedi's face. She knew she would have to act quickly. But here, in the presence of her ship where she was most powerful, she knew how the moment would turn out. Watching it play in slow motion in her mind.

Just as the girl realized who the Sith was and instinctively reached for the light sabre on her belt, The Dark Lady pushed. A blast of force energy flinging the young Twi'lek woman into the hanger, toward the ship.

She followed quickly, reaching up under her vest to pull out the hilt of her own light sabre. The crimson blade snapped on in her hand with an angry hiss. Her lekku, trailing down her back suddenly snapping up as if borne on a strong erthereal wind, they focused on the hanger door. It screeched shut as they moved, pushing it closed, the control pannel flaring up in sparks as it overloaded.

Va'ryn advanced on her prey, that cruel smile on her lips. "You might as well just give up pretty... I've already defeated you, and you know it..."

Sometimes, Kal'ari hated it when she was right. And this was one of those times. She'd let her sympathy for her own kind blind her, and her naivety turn her focus away from the one she should have been suspecting, but didn't because of pity. And now it was time to pay for those mistakes. She had just pulled her saber from her belt when the force blast slammed into her, throwing her back into the hanger to hit the ground hard. Her saber hilt went skittering across the floor, several meters away from her. in her position, laying on the floor with her hooded robe fallen open, one could see the rest of her outfit. A beige tunic with a dark leather vest over it, and loose, dark colored pants tucked down into her leather boots. A sash and belt holding the vest and tunic closed. She looks up at the sith twi'lek fearfully, watching her move with her saber ignited. She looks to the door as it slammed closed, and the control panel overloading. The hanger was quite dark now, save for the crimson light of the sith's blade. She looked over quickly using the force to pull her own saber over, standing and shrugging off her baggy robe. She ignited her saber, the blue blade casting another light source in the dark hanger. Her head dress and lekku were visible now, reaching down to about her mid back, wrapped in leather straps, coming from the leather head dress that went around her head. She took a fighting stance, trying to look tough and ready to fight... but she was shaking in her boots.

Va'ryn continued to focus her power on the girl's fear, the glowing crimson blade held low across her body as she approached. A cruel smile splitting her lips once more as the young Twi'lek snatched up her blade to defend herself. Slowly she began to circle, feinting at the Jedi's defenses tauntingly. Offering her the shattered door, and that faint glimer of hope that it might open.

"I have killed many like you, young one... those that stray too far from their Masters."

One of her lekku lashed out, pointing at the ship and a warning lights began to flash along the underbelly. The cargo bay on the cruiser began opening slowly, the flashing lights adding a strobe effect to their dark battleground. Va'ryn pressed her attack, hoping to catch the young Jedi off guard, this one focused on pressing her back toward the ship.

The Sith woman's bare tattooed lekku hovered threateningly over her shoulders, alreading having shown aptitude for focusing her power through them, she stood ready should the girl try anything fancy. The cloak flaring out about her as she moved in a mockery of the Jedi's fallen robes.

Kal'ari watched the sith twi'lek carefully, shuddering lightly as her fear continued to tug at her, especially hearing those ominous words. Her attention flicks over for a moment to the ship as the light begin to flash, and the cargo door starts to open. She wondered what this sith was planning. She watches, and waits, slowly moving in an attempt to circle around toward the door. She was not going to make the first move here, or any move if she could avoid it. She would try to get to the door, and slice her way out of necessary, to escape. Her mission was to find the sith and report it, and to avoid engaging. She knew she was no match for this woman, so her only hope was to escape.

Va'ryn continued testing the girl's defenses with teasing taps against her blade, watching how her hand moved to intercept. Suddenly her free hand pushed at the the hand that held the Jedi's blade, dropping the fear to push the blade hilt as she lunged with her own blade.

The crimson light sabre hissed as it connected with the younger Twi'lek's tunic, the Sith flicking her wrist to scorch a line across the fabric. Her sash, vest and tunic tearing, the ragged edges singed and revealing the faintest trace of a line where the heat of the blade had scored the aqua flesh beneath.

Kal'ari kept her defenses up, blocking whenever the sith tapped at her blade. She gasps as the push of force hits her hand, the saber hilt knocked from her hand, the blade vanishing as it fell to the ground. She yelps as the sith's blade lunges at her, moving back as it glances over her the front of her clothes. Her vest and tunic now have a slanted slice through them, exposing the slightest peek of her blue skin. Her sash had a nick in it, though thankfully not sliced all the way through. Her belt over the sash kept it tight for now. She rushed toward her hilt, using the force to pull it to her hand, and then turns direction quickly, rushing for the door.

Va'ryn could see how frantic the girl was to escape, a delighted laugh escaping her lips to echo through the hangar. The controls for the door were fried and it had been yanked off the tracks, it would take a considerable amount of strength and concentration to force it open again.

Walking, pacing herself as she followed the girl toward the door. "Where do you think you're going pretty... I'm not finished with you yet" Pointing once more she began to focus her energy on the girl's fear once more, hoping to drive her into a frenzy and drive her toward the Dark Side.

Kal'ari ignores the sith for now, heading at a dead bolt right for the door. Upon reaching it, she wasted no time trying to cut it open with her saber. She pushed it through and started a downward slice with her blade. She glanced back at Va'ryn, fear rising inside her again, only fueling her driving need to escape this woman. "I'm not going to let myself be killed here like this..."

Her steps were paced as she calmly walked after the girl toward the door. A cruel smile curling her lips with the hint of a chuckle. "Well... I do suppose there are alternatives to dying pretty..."

Distracted, trying to cut her way through the door, Va'ryn stepped right up behind the girl. One slender hand reaching up to caress her leather wrapped lekku. "Face your fears pretty..." She leaned down to whisper in the girl's ear. This close it was hard to deny the darkness in the woman.

The Sith was ready, with her blade held low in preparation for a retaliatory strike. She'd jacked the girl's fear so high that she was nearly frantic to escape... Even a Bantha could grow violent when cornered in it's pen.
