Not a word more a phrase but "It's just sex" always kind of gets me. I understand that sex doesn't have to have an emotional connection but the people who use this phrase are playing at a kind of duality. Ok, so "it's just sex" which means it is no big deal, in which case why are you obsessing over it so much? If it is "just sex" than go and do something else.
