Plots:
The basic idea of all these plots are to just get one or more Orcs to breeding a whole bunch of willing participants as fast as possible, and these are just methods to get there the fastest. Things can be changed or elaborated upon in PMs, or you can suggest your own idea if you have one!
Orc Alliance - Over the course of a devastating war, the Kingdom has found itself with its manpower depleted, and forming an alliance with a nearby coalition of tribes to help turn the tide of battle. In exchange for their assistance, the Orcs are allowed free passage and citizenship into the kingdom, and thus are free to help repopulate the devastated Kingdom.
Breeding Program - An all female guild of adventurers, dedicated to creating a new generation of stronger warriors, invite a group of Orcs into their halls to help them make the next generation
Horde Domination - A small city-state has deigned to surrender to a nearby tribe rather than risk a devastating conflict they have little hope of winning, with predictable results.
