Just a bit confused

I'm completely new to Roleplaying sites like this in general so I'm a bit confused with the terminology being used.

1) What the heck is a bump? I know you can only do one bump once a day, but what is the point of it?
2) In the rules, it states that members are allowed two request threads per request section. Does this mean we can only do 2 requests per day or...?

Hello!
Request threads are the places where people post their collection of ideas. Each user may make 2 per section (with as many ideas as they want posted there), where they may bump them/make new posts within them once every 24 hours in order to put it back at the top of the front page.

If you're still confused, head over to the Male or Female request thread sections and poke around the threads you see to get a better idea! But please do not comment on the search threads of others, that is against the rules.
