So Bittersweet (PoisonousIvee/Mr.Aznable)

"I'll already have my favorite thing there.." He told her, holding two of her hands, "I'm not too worried.."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She smiled and held him tight. "You're such a sap.."

 

[PoisonousIvee]

He laughed and hugged her, petting her hair, "You love it," he teased, "but I suppose I can put one extra favorite of mine in the ceremony.."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"I would appreciate it.." she said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"How can I say no to you?" He said and kissed her gently.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She giggled a bit. "I don't know but I'm not about to find out..~" she said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

He chuckled and kissed her again.
When the day finally arrived, everything was decorated in a vast majority of things she liked. There were all her favorite foods and even small bottles of the honey wine Cassius made himself. There were pink and purple hibiscus flowers intricately placed everywhere with black lilies in between. It was beautiful.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She was in awe of everything. They had been together for a long while now, but this was a new and welcome surprise.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Typically it's bad luck for me to see you before we wed, but I think that's been thrown out the window by now.." Cassius said as he held her from behind, "Do you like it?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She gasped a bit. "Oh, god don't scare me like that.." she laughed. "I love it.." she said as she rested against him.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

He chuckled and kissed her cheek, "I'm glad. We'll be official in the most showboat fashion I can think of."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She laughed. "It's not a huge ceremony, right?" She asked.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

He shook his head, "Just our children and some close friends from work. I didn't even bother informing your father, for your sake."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She smiled. "Wait our kids? That's a rather large crowd~" she said with a smile.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

He laughed softly, "I didn't want to leave them out of such a momentous occasion...! They will behave...plus, they all wanted to see you.."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She giggled a bit. "Alright, alright~ That crowd seems small enough..~" she said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

He chuckled and kissed her cheek. When it was time to get ready and for everyone to arrive, there were little Laurata and Eucalypti children of various shades dressed up and excited for the big ceremony. They all sat with their adopted parents and waited, only to be thrilled to the moon when Cassius came out in his tux.
"Daddy!!" They all crowded around him and he laughed, trying to hug all thirty of his children.
"Hello, my darlings, hello!"
"Where's mama?!"
"Is she here?!"
"Where is she?!"
"She'll be here soon, she's getting ready. You can see her after, ok?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She could hear them, and she laughed to herself. Lord, they certainly had been busy.

When the sign was given that Lamya was ready, the kids all rushed back to their seats and the music started to play.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

Lamya made a noise and stepped out slowly when it was her signal. She smiled and waved to the kids on both sides of the aisle with two of her hands.

They were in awe of her. She was gorgeous. Far more beautiful than any fairytale princess they had read about. Cassius, too, was left in awe. Yes, his wife was the most beautiful moth he had ever had the honor of knowing, but now? He was starstruck.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She looked to him and smiled, in awe of how handsome he looked in his suit.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

When she stopped in front of him, he took her two available hands and gave them a gentle squeeze, not even listening to the Justice as he spoke.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She smiled and squeezed his hands in return.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Cassius?"
"Huh?" He looked at the Justice, who seemed a little annoyed.
"Do you want her as your wife or not?" He asked. The kids giggled and Cassius' mandibles rubbed together as he smiled sheepishly.
"I do.." He answered. The Justice looked to Lamya.
"Do you take him as your husband?"
