Welcome to Atlantis Academy! (Lia && Chokuro)

He sighed, knowing that the other man was right. "He just." Caden paused for a minute and then shook his head. There was nothing to argue. Raphael only made him angry because he allowed him to, and Caden was over it. He was over giving up his control to someone who didn't care enough about him to protect his heart as he'd once promised. "You're right." Leaning up, the blond pecked the other man's lips softly. "Thank you, Uriel."

Uriel smiled gently at the other's admittance. He chuckled at the kiss to his lips, shaking his head a little bit as he did so. "You're lucky I respect you, or else I'd just ravage you." He whispered, kissing his forehead before he moved off to sit beside him and his hands moved behind his form to hold himself up as he looked over at the male next to him, smiling warmly.

He laughed a little, turning onto his side so that he faced where his friend was now lying. "So are you going to finish painting me?" he asked, smiling up at the other man. It was still early in the evening, and Caden was beginning to feel better. He stood and started towards the living room without waiting for an answer, sitting down in his previous spot, though legs and arms and head completely in the wrong position from what they were.

Following the other, he grinned and skipped off to the living room "Yes!" He laughed at the other's form, shaking his head a bit. "close! But not even close." He chuckled while walking to him. He adjusted his arms and legs to where they should be, kissing his forehead and then turning to make his way to the canvas once more. "Stay there and I'll make you something yummy" he added, picking up his paint pallet once more as well as his brushes. He went right back to painting, sighing contently. "You know ... I really like living here so far." He sighed heavily and then added a little more shading to the man's chest.

"I'm enjoying you here as well," he admitted with a little smile. It had been a long time since Caden had felt so comfortable and, simply put, good with someone else around. The blond smiled again and relaxed marginally as he watched Uriel paint. The man was gorgeous anyway, but when he was concentrating on his art there was no compassion. Maybe Raphael's appearance wasn't completely negative...

Uriel painted for quite a while more before he grinned and peaked over the edge of the painting, smiling a bit more. "You wanna see it?" He asked, smiling a little wider while his eyes traveled along his friend's, sighing heavily. "I would much more prefer you naked again, but I'll let you be." he winked happily and straightened up a little more to step toward him. Slowly, he turned the painting around for him to see, smiling a little more.

Caden laughed as he stood to look at the painting. "Oh. Oh it's beautiful, Uriel." He smiled up at his friend and then hugged him around his waist. "Thank you." The blond studied the piece for a few moments more and then moved to get something to drink and stretch his legs a little bit. "Do you want something?" he asked as he poured himself a glass of juice.

He set the painting back down and then nodded. "Red wine, please!" He requested and then walked around and headed over to the kitchen. He hopped up and sighed contently. "I like playing your booooyfriend. It's fun." He chuckled, hands resting beside him as he leaned toward the other, sticking his tongue out at him. "Love me like a whore?"

Laughing, Caden poured a glass of red wine for Uriel and handed it to him. "I respect you too much to love you like a whore." He winked at the man as he stood leaning against the opposite counter. "Besides, you had your chance in the bedroom and you chose to paint." He smiled and sipped his juice with an arm draped across his torso. "So what now?" he asked. "I can't guarantee when Raphael will go away. Or show up. But I don't want to draw you away from your life for longer than is necessary."

"Really? Damn!" he pouted, staring at the other with a little grumble. "Had I known..." He sighed heavily and shook his head a little bit more and then sipped the glass with a smile to his lips. "Bah! Not like we're legit dating." he shook his head, figuring bringing that up would not be good. He really had to just suppress his feelings for him. Yeah? It was all a show... All a show sadly.

"Yeah." He tried to keep the disappointment out of his voice, because he didn't really understand where it was coming from. He liked Uriel...a lot. But he'd never looked at the other man in any other light than friends and now... He shook his head. It didn't matter. It was an act to get Raphael off his back, and that was it. "Well I'll speak to Rune and see if he knows when my ever so lovely ex will be leaving." The blond forced a smile.

He nodded a few times and then sipped his wine a little bit more. His eyes fluttered to his friend and his lips poked out a little bit more. "What if I want to stay here longer?" He asked, head tilting to the side as he looked him over a little bit more before he sighed. "I should stay and just paint your whole house into a wonderful mural of my artwork. OH! I KNOW! A giant naked picture of you in the bathroom."

Stay longer? Caden studied Uriel for a second and then smiled with a little shrug. "I'm not going to kick you o-- Okay yes I will if you try to paint that in my bathroom." He laughed a little as he moved next to the man so that he could wash his glass, and refill Uriel's if he wanted him to. "Really. I enjoy you here. You can stay if you want."

He grinned. "Goodie! What if I just make pretty landscapes everywhere? Will you keep me then?" he giggled and held out his glass for some more wine. "I should keep your spare bedroom as mine. For when I'm too lazy to go to my house." He offered, thinking a little bit about everything before he turned to him and smiled a little more. "I like being your fake boyfriend. . ." To the point where he would love to be his all time boyfriend.

"Not...everywhere..." Caden bumped his shoulder into Uriel's playfully as he stood next to him, thinking. "You can do a mural in the bedroom," he offered. "And anything you want in your room." That was a good start, and they could work from there. "Just not a naked picture of me." The blond laughed a little bit at the thought. "You can do that in Rune's office just to have a little fun with him."

He chuckled. "Sooo a naked picture of me?" He asked, turning to look at him and grinning a little more. He took his glass of wine and a hold of the other's hand. Dragging him off and toward the bedroom to look at the walls. "Hmm ... What sort of scene do you want? I could do a nice garden-scape."

Smiling when his hand was taken, Caden followed his friend into the bedroom. "Something...relaxing. A nice forest scene or something maybe." The blond didn't let go of the other man's hand, even as they simply stood, contemplating what to paint in the room. "Or a tranquil underwater scene. Lots of flowing seaweed and kelp and plants and even some pretty corals..."

"And the seahorses. You can't forget them. They'll get cranky if you do." he admitted, thinking about it and looking around before he grinned. "How about one wall we can have a nice beach scene and have that bit of relaxation and then the other wall can be underwater." He offered, turning to look at him, not minding their hands linked at all. He loved it, really.

He nodded, agreeing to anything that the other man suggested. "Lots of seahorses, then. Wouldn't want them to be cranky." Caden smiled at the other and turned around the room a little, pulling Uriel with him. "I want the beach at the head of the bed," he mentioned, thinking about it. "So that I can see underwater while I'm trying to fall asleep."

Uriel chuckled. "You think I"m nuts, but you've never forgotten to say hello to one and have it repeatedly attack." He stated with a little laugh and bumped his hip into his before he nodded and then looked up at the ceiling and everything else, smiling warmly as he did so. "Yes. I may just wind up making the whole room into an ocean scene. If that's how you feel." He stated and hugged him to his form with a happy sigh.

An arm slipped around Uriel's waist without thought as he laughed about the man's encounters with seahorses. "Too bad I don't have Calder's ability to morphe gills." In reality, Caden would love to go 'swimming' with Uriel. Maybe he would take up scuba diving... "So an ocean scene in here. What about in your room, then?" he asked, head now leaning on the man's chest a bit.

He thought for a moment before he shrugged his shoulders a little bit more. "Maybe forest or sky." he stated and then fell back onto the bed, pulling his friend with him and he grinned. "It'll be lovely." He assured, turning to look at him, kissing his cheek softly, pulling back with a soft sigh. "I promise you. I'll probably kick you out of your place for a while more."

He fell with him, comfortable. "That's okay," he shrugged. "I'll just take over your place." Caden smiled up at the other man. "Maybe do some painting of my own. You like Picasso, right?" he laughed at himself, knowing how bad his art skills truly were. The blond reached forward and took the glass of wine, finishing the last mouthful before putting the glass on the nightstand. "We'll go back to your house tomorrow go get your supplies?"

He chuckled happily. Turning to look at him, his eyes sparkled happily as he did so. He looked him over a little more then his eyes fluttered back to his, smiling warmly as he did so. "okay." He stated simply, pouting when his drink was taken from him. "And suure! Color up everything like James Pollock. I know you would LOVE to. not like I haven't already gotten paint everywhere myself."

"James who?" Caden shook his head and just let it go, knowing he'd never get it until he saw the artist's work. "Stay here tonight?" he asked quietly. The blond curled into Uriel's side a bit more and let his eyes close, feeling warm and safe and sleepy. It had been a long time since he'd felt like this with anyone, and he was going to take full advantage of it, if Uriel was willing to allow him to.
