Luna ran her hand along her winged horses mane, waiting for the rest of the Valkyries to suit up and prepare for scouting. Perhaps it was just her, but it seemed like this job was getting a little old for her. Ragnarok was a long time away and going scouting every time a battle presented itself seemed like a waste of time. However, grabbing dead men and sweeping them off their feet was the best part, especially if the man was handsome.
â??We ride!â? The leader of their battalion shouted. Hildr, their leader was the most beautiful out of all of them, even Luna herself. Luna had a few flaws and the main one was being so young. Odin had saved her from Fenrir, a terrible monster that had been birthed by Loki himself. Loki had apoligized to her, but she knew he hadnâ??t meant it by the look in his twisted grey eyes. Hildr was perfect from head to toe. A flawless face free of any wrinkles, gorgeous sapphire eyes that could look into any mans soul and leave them speachless, golden locks that reached the small of her back..breasts that could feed an entire room of warriors in Valhalla and wide hips that were perfect for birthing. She had the perfect hourglass shape as well. A shape that most of them died for.
Hildr had always told Luna she would grow into her height, but Luna never believed so. She had the shape of an ironing board at the moment, and her breasts werenâ??t even close to the size of Hildrâ??s or any of the other girls who were in her battalion. She was often made fun of by the other Valkyries, but she paid them no mind. Fortanately, the humans didnâ??t mind her lack of shape or breasts. They thought she was beautiful anyway because of other qualities that normal human women didnâ??t have.
She pulled herself on her white horse, now mounted along with her comrades. They decended down upon a great battle which had ended moments before their arrival. Luna searched the grounds diligently, allowing her instincts to lead her to a great warrior. Her eyes allowed her to witness events in the past with each human she looked at so she could witness his bravery or cowardice. When she finally found a man, she landed beside him and reached out to him. He had been laying down, waiting for someone to escort him to Helheim, or whatever evil world he was suppose to go to. But here this beautiful woman was, reaching out to him on a white winged horse.
â??Come with me to Valhalla, warrior.â? Luna said with a smile. The warrrior nodded in a dumbfounded way and too her hand.

It had been another hard day, but Luna had finally finished her work. Luckily she didnâ??t have kitchen duty or cleaning duty. It appeared Odin had taken a liking to her, and so she had always gotten out of doing anything that might exhaust her. This was another reason why she was shunned, but she had learned not to mind it. Being in Valhalla, there was always someone interesting to talk to, and during the day, there were always fights to watch.
â??You look lost little girl.â? She froze when she heard the voice that was behind her. It was a deep but attractive voice. One that she could never forget.
â??Hello, Loki. Iâ??m not lost, and Iâ??m not a little girl.â? Luna replied.
â??You arenâ??t a woman though. Youâ??re still developing, girl.â? Loki grinned, and his expression was filled with mischief. He had grown bored, and taking advantage of Odinâ??s pet would be fun. Luna began to walk down the endless hall again, though if she truly wanted to she could just teleport to whatever room she thought of, however she had no where to be. Loki followed. â??Are you upset?â?
â??Iâ??m not going to acknowledge someone who doesnâ??t even know my name.â? Luna replied.
â??Oh, but I do. Youâ??re Luna and my son almost killed you.â?
â??You know, Iâ??m not sure how that works. How did you give birth to a monster like that?â?
â??I shape shifted. Havenâ??t you ever heard of that kind of power, my dear Luna?â?
â??Yeah. Itâ??s a tricksters power.â? Loki snickered and Luna stopped and turned around. Loki was just as handsome as she remembered. Long black hair that was pulled into a taught ponytail, a build that wasnâ??t too muscular but strong, and bangs that nearly covered his gray eyes. He was nearly a half foot taller than her. Roughly six seven.
â??Do you want to leave this wretched place and go to Asgard?â?
â??Where is youâ??re wife, Loki?â?
â??My wife? I donâ??t know. But I was asking you.â?
â??You know Odin doesnâ??t want me to go to Asgard unless he is with me.â?
â??Do you always do what youâ??re told to little girl?â? Luna glared at Loki who looked down at her with laughing eyes. She folded her arms.
â??No. But I donâ??t want to go with you.â? She simply said.
â??Aw, come on dear. Nothing says that youâ??re better than the other Valkyries then spending time with a God of Fire. Come on. Letâ??s go. Perhaps I know someone who could help you with youâ??re little problem of developing, girl.â? Luna was getting to the point of flinching every time she heard that word escape Lokiâ??s mouth.
â??You..youâ??re trying to trick me. What do you want?â? Luna demanded.
â??I just want to make up for that little incident my son caused.â? He grinned. Luna was still so innocent that she would probably believe him despite Odins word.
â??Youâ?¦promise?â? She asked him, narrowing her eyes. Loki simply smiled at her and nodded. â??Odin will be mad.â? She said quietly. His expression did not change. She sighed and then nodded. â??Okay..Lets go to Asgard.â?
