Just wanted to ask if you're allowed to have two usernames here, with different request threads?

What's the policy on this as I did not find it in the quests thread.

In particular your question is answered by rule 8.

8. One member is allowed up to three (3) accounts in total. This includes both accounts that are active and those that have been withdrawn - once you have made 3 accounts you may not create more, no matter their status. Members with more than 3 accounts that do not meet this criteria are grandfathered in.

^^^ That exactly, but to expand on your 'with different request threads' question, the answer is yes! You can have three separate accounts with their own request threads.
