I'm a DM who is looking to build a campaign of about 3 ~ 8 players. I've been roleplaying since I can remember. Lots of live action with my family and friends, and started online/forum roleplaying at 12. I've always liked D&D but never really got into the scene until my husband and his friends invited me into one of their campaigns. I got hooked. It was also a great way to stay in touch with family and friends living in other states (we had recently moved to Florida).

I've run many roleplays (even own a copy of Exalted, but never got to play it) and decided I wanted to run a D&D campaign. So I picked up Curse of Strahd, reached out to friends and gave it a go! I had a lot of learning to do, heheh (still do, shhhhh). But everyone was patient with me and I realized I really love DMing. Not only is the D&D lore amazing but the creatures, art, settings, plots, everything is stunning and inspiring! I still have a lot to learn, and maybe if I stopped buying a new book every second I could really catch up on all the lore, lol!

A schedule isn't required for this version of my search, seeing as participants can post anytime. I also upped the amount of players, since we wouldn't all be sharing a voice/vid chat within a restricted amount of time. And last time I ran a 7 player game via vid-chat it was quite challenging and I didn't feel I could give player as much screen time to let them really expression/develop their characters. Writing for characters, not having to wait for everyone to log, etc is much easier to assemble. ^^;

Premise~~~
After the murder of Ashvalk (a royal and famous, sometimes infamous, personality among the giant society, the player characters get entangled in the affairs of a criminal gang operating in a major city. The accused giants are outcasted to the lower parts of society, and the only place willing to take them in is a tavern/brothel where they are expected to earn their keep. For any aristocratic/high rank giant, this would probably be demeaning and humiliating; however, the low outcast giants might not be too upset, and perhaps hopeful, to at least have a safe haven after having already lived in exile. Will they accept this injustice or defend their honor?


If you want to play as a recluse or exiled giant before the criminal accusations, I can make it work so that they wind up with the group.

Surviving Ravenloft
~ A Sexy Inter-dimensional Survival Story ~

Premise~~~
The mists of Ravenloft are rising, will you overcome the dread or become prisoner of it? The cosmic joke is on you. The moment you flee from the mist, you find yourself in new Ravenloft territory. Will you and your companions escape this endless labyrinth or surrender to it?


The players will visit each Ravenloft dimension, learning the new rules and territory of that version of these maniacal, cursed lands. Will you band together? Scheme against one another? Find a way home? Or create a new one?


Character Creation~~~


Normally in D&D, creatures such as succubus, harpies, vampires, skeletons, Medusa's, Mindflayers, etc are off-limits for players, but not in this campaign! As long as you are up for playing a humanoid, you can choose any race/creature/etc. However, characters and creatures such as canon characters and things like Gelatinous Cubes, Beholders, Gibbering Mouthers, etc. kinda need to be in reserve so I can give you some fun enemies! ;3 Other than that, feel free to play the usually forbidden species!

I’m friendly and easygoing. Unless I’m running a super serious campaign like Tomb of Annihilation, I’m a chill DM who really loves getting into shenanigans. Ah, very cool! Exalted is super fascinating! It's been... 5 years since I've thumbed through my copy, I believe? I'll be getting it out of storage next weekend during during he final hurrah! of moving into my new place. :3 I'll have some re-reading to do for that one, but it is a super awesome book!
 
Sounds great! I haven't red 2nd Edition but I guess I should be able to find the pdf somewhere.

Talking about pdf I have both Essence ones if you’d like to give those a read :0
 
I've run Exalted 2e revised a few times. It's a beautiful setting, but I've found other systems that let the setting shine better, while being less time consuming in PbP. I don't want to butt in, but if you're curious, I could share my experiences.

Sure. The first Exalted campaign was biweekly sessions over some voip app like Skype, with IRC for text records and notes. I didn't really know what I was doing, but none of the players (3) knew what I was doing wrong, so it worked out well enough. I ran a mixed-tier game where everyone gave me a few concepts and I'd surprise them with exaltation at some point. Do not do this. With anyone who knows the system, it'll be agony trying to keep the game about everyone.

I've also run a few games set in Exalted's setting, Creation, using other systems. If you like tactics and wuxia more than gear and xianxia, I would love to recommend Legends of the Wulin. Tragically, I can't, because it's an absolute bear to run PbP. I tried twice, and it took heroic efforts to get anywhere. But Godbound is an amazing little gem of a game that does Exalted better than Exalted does. There are flaws, definitely, but it also scales from village- to continent-sized factions pretty well, and you don't need three hundred pages of charms to do anything. It's built on the OSR frame, but so many powers just work by fiat, it's not really intrusive. I've linked the free edition, which is play-complete, but the Deluxe edition includes patches to specifically emulate the various exalt types.

My rules are pretty lean. RP is for fun (especially for those of us who work a LOT). ;3 As long as a player isn't trying to app a canon character, it's all good. What kind of character are you craving to play?
 
I meant more in terms of the mechanics. Like, are we doing 27 Point Buy for ability scores? What books are available for PC creation? Can we select backgrounds that give more than just the basic stuff, like the Ravnica backgrounds?

Leaning towards a Sorceress. Probably just a classic Draconic one, so I can have adequate AC without needing pants. :p
For a bit of backstory, my initial idea is that of a family that is well-known to have some dragons in their long-ago ancestry. And every once in a while, one of them has the draconic blood much stronger than others. That one, for this generation, is my PC, who feels the natural call to resist Tiamat and stop the evildoings.

I'm interested in playing in at least one of your campaigns Vexen. They sound like just what I was looking for! I'll send you a PM and we can discuss specifics and if I fit one of your campaigns.

I'm a heterosexual male switch, meaning I enjoy playing a dom or sub. I'm not into homosexuality or futas, but don't mind other characters enjoying such things. I have a large amount of Kinks which match your own. I have some playing and DM/GMing D&D experience with 3E and 5E, but likely not as much as you. I can help with some world/map/city building if you desire, while also not step on your creative feet. I will play at least one main male character, but can play multiple characters if you want me to in a story. Nothing is required other some hot sexy scenes, haha, but I'm open to a lot and am pretty flexible.

I guess my first choice would be the Ravenloft story, but if there is no room I'd be very happy with the Giants story.

Sorry for the late reply everyone! Between work and some health issues I've had to take a break from screen time and recover, but I'm back to it now! (If I'm okayed to drive, I'm okayed to write and work lol). I shall answer questions!

Oh! I gotcha! Yes to the 27 Point Buy--sorry, I should have stated that before, hehe. Honestly, as long as you're not applying a canon character from the D&D universe, any background or resource book you desire to create with is totally cool.

I love this character idea! The more creative, the better! As a DM, the more the players put into their characters, the more fun (I have) I can bring to the table! ;3

Potentially interested.

Regarding the smut, what is the plot to fun ratio you expect? Is the smut going to be player/player, or will NPC's be involved in it? What about involving monsters? That is what I enjoy the most :p

Ello! :3 Hmm... I try to keep things balanced, so my goal is plot and smut to be quite equal--but depending on the scenario, one might out-way the other. As for sexy interactions, please do expect all the above. ;3 Player/player, NPC/player, Monsters/Players and more! As for player/player interaction, it is important players communicate what they're cool with. So I'm hoping my questionnaire helps people connect on that level (and the no-goes help me as a DM to not push any unwanted limits).
