Jill smiled as he walked over "howdy to you"she said "who might you be"she asked nicely

"My name is Richard Williams" he smiled then took Jill's hand and kissed it. "Do you have a pretty name to match your face."

Jill chuckled "im Jill"she said a little flustered

"I was right" Richard chuckled then held out his hand "May I have this dance"

Jill giggled "you dont mind"she asked Sarah

"Of course not" Sarah smiled.

Jill smiled and took his hand

Richard smiled then led Jill to the dance floor and danced close with her.

Sarah just stood back and watched. Roy and the others came over "You know who that is?" he asked

"No" Sarah said as she looked over at Roy.

"It's the mayor's son" he said.

Jill smiled as she danced with Richard "what brings you here"she asked

"Oh just enjoying the dance like everyone else." Richard said as he danced.

Jill smiled "i havent seen you round before you from near here"she asked

"Yeah but I mainly work so I don't get out much" Richard explained.

Jill nodded "oh i know how that is"she said

"Oh?" Richard said "A pretty thing like you doesn't have a man?"

Jill shock her head "most men are problems"she said

"Why do you say that?" Richard asked as he led her to the food and drink table and got her a drink.

Jill chuckled "cause its what i know"she said as she took a drink

"And what do you know?" Richard asked as he took a sip of his own drink.

Jill chuckled "my ex husband was abusive and 5 guys shot my friend"she said

"Oh my apologizes ma'am" Richard said "Real men are not like that."

Jill smiled "and what are real men like"she asked

"Hey work hard and treat women like with respect and honor." Richard said.

Jill chuckled "and your like that are you"she asked

"People have told me I am" Richard smiled. He talked with Jill though out the night then escorted her home. Sarah had gone home quite some time ago. Richard led Jill to her door and kissed her hand before leaving.

Jill remained with Richard she spotted Sarah leaving early and after being escorted home she was going to see her but the kiss on her hand shocked her "w-wanna come in"she asked
