Lily tapped her red polished fingers against her steering wheel. Her full pink gloss stained lips mouthed the words of the blaring eighties club music. The black BMW zipped along the city streets. It was Friday and she had left work around four o'clock, just before the normal week day traffic hit. Both drivers side and passenger windows were open, allowing the warm summer air to fill around her. She hadn't had summers like this in Nebraska. The sunny skies and ocean view made moving here that much more simple. It had been roughly three months since she left her parent's "home on the range" life and moved into her aunt June's home. The women was practically never home, living a carefree and...spiritual life style. Lily could never forget walking into the backyard to a giant zen garden, koi pond, and marble Buddha. Despite her mother never getting along with her unique sister she had agreed to Lily moving when she was excepted to the college of her choice.

Giving the gas pedal more pressure the care began its decent up the large hill. It didn't take long before she pulled through the opening of the gated community. Large houses lined the streets, each home showing off it's luxuries. Lily didn't know anyone in the community, mostly being made out of lawyers, retirees, and doctors. Her uncle Blake had been a doctor before cancer had taken him. Unable to bear any children they saved and settled in California by the ocean. Lily made the final turn onto a street called Bayview and continued for another few feet. The house sat on the corner and stood out with her aunt's taste in decor. Lily pulled the car into the driveway, knowing her aunt would be gone for the rest of the summer on a trip to Thailand. Lily slipped off her round sunglasses and shoved them into her purse before taking her key out of the ignition.

Lily bumped her hip against the car door helping it to shut. Lightly she continued to hum the tune of the song she had been listening too. Her doe shaped eyes glanced towards the neighboring house, another modern sleek looking abode. Lily noted the missing car from the driveway. Out of anyone in the community he was the one she spoke to the most. Nothing more then remarks about the weather or the occasionally neighbor gossip. Aunt June had told Lily he was a playboy and to stay away from him. Lily only could laugh at the idea of that. He was sophisticated. mysterious, and held himself with a sort of confidence that anyone could easily envy. There was something about him that she couldn't put her finger on. If it was of the devious shorts she wasn't sure and didn't care to find out. She would keep her distance and admire him from a far.

Her sneakers patted gently against the stone walkway as headed for the front door. Without unlocking it she freed a hand twisted the doorknob. No one had really locked their houses or vehicles in the community. Lily was still getting used to that and often locked the doors at night. Inside the living room smelt strongly over the jasmine ginger wax burners that sat all around the house. The smell had became comforting and she enjoyed walking in after a long day at work or classes. Her days were always jammed pack between studies and the Jumping Bean, which was the town's local coffee shop. Lily let her bags drop onto the end table before flopping down onto the couch. The cracked windows provided a light breeze.

Watching from the house next door, Mikel watched the young girl emerge from her car. She was very attractive, and while they had interacted from time to time, nothing serious thus far. He knew the owner of that house, a crazy old bat that was always trying to breathe out of her eyelids or something. Personally, he felt it was more or less a way to justify to herself the high amount of Cannabis she inhaled and bought in little treats for her self. Thankfully the crazy lady was on her annual holiday to get stronger stuff in Thailand.

Mikel sighed as he watched the young girl, Lily, he remembered her name was. She made his mouth water every time she was in view, and other parts of him rock hard. He knew he wanted her. The cat and mouse game had only begun, he knew. But in time, he also knew she would be his. The only question was how soon. And if he could survive the stalking of his prey.

Sighing, he went downstairs and poured himself a cup of coffee, and realized he had an idea for the next stage of play with her. Picking up his sport coat, he made his way out the door and down to the street before making his way next door to knock on her door, coffee cup in hand.

The sound of the knocking startled her upwards. Not realizing she had dosed off she knew it couldn't have been for very long. The outside sky now a mixture of oranges, reds, and yellows indicated the setting sun. Lily pushed herself up from off of the couch and ran one hand through her long chestnut hair. She made her way towards the front door, barely being able to make out the figure behind the frosted glass windows. Her bare feet patted gently against the smooth flooring, June had a placed heated tiling throughout the entire house stating it helped with her meditation. Who wants to sit on a cold floor? Lily couldn't help but laugh at the thought of her aunt's odd ways and life thinking.

As she reached the door the man could now be made out. From his tall stature and attire Lily she knew right away it was her neighbor. Lily raised her eyebrows at the sight. Sure they had talked many times before, but it had always been outside in the driveway or at times chatting over the backyard fences. Never had she set foot on his turf or did he. Lily quickly looked down at her clothing. A plain black button up, fitted dark blue jeans, vans, and a gold name tag that read Lilian screamed at her. With a sigh she cursed under her breath and went for the doorknob. Mikel? she smiled lightly, I mean hi. she laughed.

June isn't here. She left on Tuesday and won't be back for some time. June was famous for her homemade soaps and remedies, even the neighborhood men bought from her. Lily studied his handsome features as she often did. He was articulate and radiated charm and confidence. Every weekend she would see him leave his house, dressed to the nines and holding an equally beautiful women on his arm. Even her girlfriends who came over to hang out or study would began acting like high-school girls.

Mikel nodded at her response. Of course he knew, otherwise he'd not be here. It was no secret in the neighborhood that his ways didn't agree with the battle axe next door, nor did her ways agree with him. Such disorder as her lifestyle was was an anathema to a man as rigidly controlled and precise as himself. Everything he did was measured, and planned out, though not this one instance. Now while his approach was calculated, the idea to visit her unannounced was spur of the moment. "Oh I know she's not, I wouldn't be here if she was. We both know what she thinks of me. And while this may sound like the oldest come on in the book, I actually did come to borrow some sugar and cream. I appear to have forgotten to go shopping before running out," he told her sheepishly. Of course he had plenty of both, it was just an excuse to come see her.

His eyes sparkled as he was this close to her without a fence or car between them. This way he got to drink in her full beauty. Her clean feminine scent was impossible to miss this close, and his body trembled in response. He licked his lips slightly, and if she paid close enough attention, his desire for her would be evident. "May I come in?" he asked her gently.

Lily laughed. She couldn't disagree with him on her aunt's harsh opinion on the man. It was something she didn't understand. He had always been polite and neighborly, at least with her. She didn't know the relationship that him and her aunt had prior before moving in. Lily couldn't imagine in being much different then how it was now. He never threw obscene parties until dawning hours, kept a tidy yard, and seemed to work his ass off. Pushing the door open wide enough for him to come through she smiled lightly, Sure, come on in she gave him a sided eyed glanced as he walked by with his mug in hand. With a gently push she closed the door behind them.

Lily signaled him to fallow her through the living room and into a large modern kitchen. After offering him a seat at the high marble bar table she went into the pantry. I know she keeps sugar in here someone. Honey tends to be her only method of sweetening. she added with a chuckle before finding a small box of sugar packets. Walking over to him she handed them over, pausing slightly as his warm soft hand hovered against hers. She quickly made her way to the fridge and pulled out two different creamers, french vanilla and hazelnut. Here you go her tone was chipper as she rested against the opposite end of the bar.

Her blouse hung loosely away from her chest, giving him an unintended view of her natural bust. Her long hair hung over one shoulder, the tips gently touching the bar as she leaned against her hands. Filling up his cup with the contents provided she couldn't help but admire his handsome features. She had never been this close to him before. His sweet yet masculine smell was intoxicating. So what is it that you do for a living? the question was sudden and lame but she hoped it was enough to have him stay. The outside lights flicked on automatically with the night.

Mikel's eyes were inexorably drawn to the free look at her breasts. After all, he was a man, and she was a beautiful young woman he would one day make his own. This was a chance to talk to her at a little more length and get to know her, find weak spots to get inside her.. Inside her head... damn it all, Mikel get your mind out of her panties for a few minutes, he chided himself. Taking the french vanilla creamer, he put it in his coffee with the sugar and stirred it up to get the nice caramel color he liked his coffee to be. "Thank you, by the way," he told her politely.

Her scent filled his senses, that soft alluring scent only a young woman had. Nature's way of letting men know that the woman was capable of breeding. Since in ancient times, that was a matter of survival. Few understood that, or even knew it. But the desire to procreate was hard wired in all humans, some just chose to overlook it and not reproduce. While thus far, he had not created offspring, well so far as he knew anyways, he knew he would when he found the right woman to bear them. Would she be that one? Too early to tell, but he could certainly imagine her with her belly distended and full of his child. The ultimate way for a man to mark a woman as his own.

Answering her question, he smiled at her, "I am CEO of a thriving charter airline." Reaching into his wallet, he pulled out a business card that read:

Mikel Petr Resketh
CEO, Chief Financial Officer Resketh Airways

"You're out here for school right? Which one? And what do you think of California?" he asked. IT wasn't like he had no desire to know about her beyond the interest in her womb. After all, a relationship based on sex alone was not really a relationship. This was something he knew all too well.

The Art Institute Lily paused to take a sip of her town beverage. Green tea with lemon and a hint of honey.I'm a fashion design student. She smiled lightly knowing that it didn't sound impressive to most. Her parents sure didn't think much of it. To her it was art and fed her passion. My dream is to move to Italy one day. Taking another sip of her tea she took the moment to study his expression. The cup clicked lightly against the dark marble as she placed it down, A CEO? That's pretty impressive.. Smooth Lillian. It was more than impressive, he seemed to be rather young though she didn't know his age.

Finishing her tea and walked over to the sink behind her and quickly rinsed out the Buddha decorated mug. Lily turned back towards him, You must live an interesting life.. her hazel eyes traced down for a moment as she pushed her hair behind her ear. Her form of interesting was watching random Netflix documentaries and the occasional funny animal video binge. She was surprised that he was so willing to sit down and talk to her. His questions made her smile, as if he was really interested in getting to know her. June would say he was talking to her because she was a young vixen with perky tits. Lily had already convinced herself that wasn't the case.

An fashionista with dreams of moving to Italy? She was an interesting girl indeed. Before he could ask her more about it, she addressed his life. Shrugging he told her, "It's far less interesting that you might think. A lot of meetings, though there are parties and galas to go to. It's actually why your aunt hates me, you know. She mistakes the escorts I hire to accompany me to these galas for women I am sleeping with. I think she would be shocked to know that the last woman I was with is nearly five years ago now. I don't just sleep with anyone. She has to mesmerize me, entice me, challenge my mind, and most of all make me laugh." Grinning at her he gave her a sly crossways look, "Do you know anyone that could fit that description and perhaps be interested in applying? I would of course require a resume."

Turning from his joking come on, he turned back to her conversation pieces. "I think," he began with a warm smile, "that so long as you are happy doing what you want to do, and have some skill at it, you should follow your dreams. Doing work that you love will make a person passionate about their work. At the end of the day, you feel good about it." Looking both ways as if making sure the coast was clear or listeners, he placed his hand up and whispered behind it to her, "Plus, if you decide to trust me, I could probably arrange a trip to Italy if your passport is up to date.."

Lily listened intently. It was surprising that he was opening up to her so casually, talking about June's suspicious attitude towards him. She was even more surprised to hear that his last sexual partner was so long ago. He was a man of wealth, intelligence and charm and she could only imagine the women who threw themselves at his feet. Her last partner had been roughly a year prior with her first true boyfriend. After the few years of being a personal doormat she decided to end the relationship with him. Ever since she had taken the time to focus on her job, studies, and herself. Giving him a small laugh she thanked the fact she hadn't been drinking anything, because she would have surely spit it out all over his name-brand jacket. Is he flirting with me..? she asked trying to think of something calm and witty to come back with.

Before she could say anything he picked up the conversation once more. At this point she had made her way towards the same pantry that she recieved the sugar from. This time she leaned further in on the very top shelf, being roughly five foot three inches she had to stand on her tipy toes. With a small smile she placed the dusty wine bottle onto the counter top fallowed by two wide mouthed glasses.Chateau Lafite okay? her grandparents had been long term owners of a vine vinyard and often sent June over fine wines of special holidays. Luckily June wasn't a fan of wine and she was. Only a couple away from her twenty-first birthday she didn't feel as awkward drinking more openly.

Lily finished filling the glasses to the half-way mark before sliding one in front of him. Taking a gentle drink she couldn't help but smile at his next words.I couldn't agree more. If it had been up to anyone else I would've been in law school right now. Her doe shaped eyes watched him with a spark. Taking another more elongated sip of the wine she nodded, I couldn't force myself to do something I knew I would end up hating. Life is too short to not do what drives your passion she said with a soft smile. The way the bar lights above them highlighted his handsome features made it hard not to stare. You wanted to be in meetings for the rest of your life? She sighed, blaming her free spirit and zero filter, What I mean is you don't seem passionate about being a CEO, correct me if I'm wrong.

His next words made her eyes grow wide and left her momentarily in silence. Italy?? Had she heard him right? She didn't think that her tolerance for alochol was that low. Deciding to call in quits after her single glass she offered him more if he wanted.I'll just be blunt. Why would you want to take me to Italy? she eyed him slightly, maybe June was right and all he could see was a pretty young face. Going back on her word she poured herself another glass. If you decide to trust me... she went over those words a few times in her head. Though she didn't know him very well he didn't come a crossed as the non-trustworthy type, she had never seen criminal or odd activity next door.

Mikel had a good laugh at her comment about not loving being a CEO. She wasn't wrong, of course, but the simple way she put it made him laugh. And that was a good thing. She was more than a pretty face, and that was a plus for her. And for what he wanted from her ultimately, she would need to understand that his interest in her wasn't just skin deep. Otherwise, she would not last long with him. And she was too pretty to waste that chance.

Shrugging, he told her simply, "Being a CEO? Not particularly, no. I mean the money is nice and such, but I don't think anyone actually loves being a CEO. I do love flying, and since that's what my company does, I get to indulge my passion still." He was watching her as she spoke, not only to enjoy looking at her, but also to see her reactions to things. How much did she believe about him? How much was she willing to listen?

Her blunt question was refreshing. Directness was a quality he admired in a person, it cut through the bullshit and was far more polite and efficient in his mind. "Well there are, as there are in most things, a number of reasons. First, despite it sounding like your aunt is right about me, I would be lying if I denied that I find you attractive. But you also seem to be good company. And I am fascinated by artistic people. And to be completely honest, I find it a thrill to be able to show people places they want to go but would never be able to afford on their own. And I admire your bluntness by the way. In my world, directness is a virtue," he told her levelly. It wasn't emotionless or cold by any means, his interest in her was clearly evident. But it was still businesslike.
