Hey there, weird request.

I'm a chef IRL and I love writing.
I want some practice and need some help.

Name a food, real or not, can be from a show/anime/book whatever.
I want practice explaining flavor, and will do my best to make you taste it through words!

The first sensation you have is the smell of parmesan wrapped in the tang of tomato with just a hint of garlic and other aromatics. The first bite touches your tounge as the tang of the tomatoes is tempered by basil, oregano, and a few other herbs you can't identify. The soft spaghetti underneath contrasts beautifully with the thin crusting of the chicken, and it's plump juicy meat. The last flavor that comes through just before you swallow, is the warm and savory parmesan with a subtle bitterness, that leaves your mouth watering for more.
 
Seriously people! Come on it takes nothing just tell me a favorite dish, a weird diah, anything. This is fun for me and I want to practice, help a chef out!
 
How about a chocolate birthday cake with whipped frosting?
Maybe even some cookies-n-cream ice cream to accompany it?
