I may update these from time to time as I think of ideas, but here's what I have right now:
Father-In-Law of Mine - The short version is that I start dating or having an affair with a father-in-law type of figure. Whether it's me getting involved with a boyfriend or an ex's dad, or if it's an affair blossoming with my father-in-law, it's something I thought would be an interesting angle to approach. I would love if this play took some time to build up with some idle flirting or perhaps a text/IM conversation that crosses lines, then a few tense moments, and finally the fireworks. Would we keep going? Would there just be a massive fallout over what we've done? Let's figure it out.
This Is My Home - This idea might work better if I wasn't mostly French/German in background (I could be someone else too...), but with the crackdowns on immigrants here in the USA, I got to thinking about this idea. I might be here for work, and my work visa is about to end or perhaps it already has and I know my status. My time being here won't last much longer unless I can find a way to stay permanently... and that's where you come in. You can be a friend, a co-worker, an ex, whomever you might think of, but you suggest getting married to help me stay here legally. I agree, and of course, once the wedding happens, I'm sort of stuck. Until I can get citizenship, I need to be married. Surely, such a nice guy wouldn't take advantage of that situation, right? Right?!
A History of Violence - This idea would be a sort of forced scene in slow motion. I would want this one to build slowly, too, from meeting the man who ends up attacking me or from a moment between an old friend that gets a little too charged, and then there are moments of discomfort and I try setting boundaries, and so on. The end would be what happens when all of this tension from the friend/stalker/whomever explodes into forcing me, whether once or more. Perhaps it could continue past that, but we would have to talk about it.
Crosstown Rivalry - This one isn't as developed as the others, so it might be the easiest one to make your imprint if you wanted to be creative with it. I just thought about building this around a crosstown rivalry at the high school or college level, perhaps as students or as teachers/employees who know each other, and there's a side bet or some other dynamic going on built around the rivalry between schools. Tell me what you're thinking for it, and I'm all ears.
The New Girl's Secret - I know that my crappy title makes it sound like this is a blackmail roleplay, but we don't have to make it that way at all. I would be the new girl in the company, on the team, whatever... and not long after meeting me, you learn my little secret. You headed to a strip club in the next city over, and a VERY familiar face ended up on stage while you were there. Would you confront me or want to meet me at the club, would you talk to me afterward, or something else? Like I said, this doesn't have to be a blackmail thing... it could just be a fun little secret between us, or perhaps it sparks some sort of new interest in what was otherwise a bland workplace relationship. I'd love to get your thoughts to develop this one further!
Shortening the Distance - The idea here is to take what might have started as two people talking halfway across the country into something local, in one of two ways. Perhaps one or the other of us becomes local, and would we want to meet each other, what happens once we do, etc. Alternatively, perhaps there's an impulse visit. We talk some Friday night or early on a Saturday morning and joke "come on over, it's only a 10 hour drive" and then... we actually discuss it. What would happen if we actually went through with that? If you like unpredictability, this might work well!
Student's Pet - Yes, I know the title usually is the other way around, but I've had some thoughts about playing out some concepts around my job. I'm a high school teacher, and what might happen if a senior or a recently graduated student started to make some serious moves on me? Be 18+ for this please, but I think there might be options: a guy seducing his favorite current/former teacher, or he engineers little incidents and situations to make things look bad or get me alone (if you wanted to go darker), and so on. I would love this one to have some build and tension, so if you can do that, this one might be for you!
Let's Make Some Porn! - We're in a situation where we might need some money (roommates needing to deal with jacked-up rent, husband and wife in financial trouble, etc.). To raise it, you suggest perhaps selling a video to some site, or starting a new website featuring me, or contacting a website or two looking for 'talent.' How would it work for us? Would my loving husband be happy watching - and maybe filming - what his wife has to do now? Would my roommate enjoy seeing things, or would he get jealous, or... There are a lot of possibilities here. It would require multiple male characters, more than likely, but tell me what you think.
The Program - This might be my most developed idea, and I'd be open to other pieces in it. I started playing this idea with a friend, and we worked in a roommate for me (not in a threesome, but as a third character); I could see it including the guy's roommate/s or a chain of guys perhaps, too. I hate to give you all the information from the previous one and just repeat it, so think about who you'd like to be in it, our respective points in our college work, and anything else that comes to mind. I really loved this idea and the way it played out the one time I've tried it, and I'd love to do it again with the right partner to make it really good. Anyway, enough rambling from me. The idea:
For years, the Northern State University volleyball team has been dogged by a nasty rumor that seemed to attract it a lot of male student fans, you included, and it had reached the level of urban legend among the students. The story repeated among the male students was that the team used sex in its off-season workout program, and a few guys even claimed to be part of "The Program" in the past. Could they really be believed, though? Even as you and I became acquaintances after games and sort of friends outside the gym over the last few months, I never really texted you or called you on my own... until today. Now a few days after season's end, there's a sudden new message from me on your phone. Could it be "The Program" or is it just something innocent?
