Bio: She seems to be not like any normal Weavile, but rather an odd one of some sort. It's not the coloration that might seem to be rare, she can also learn movesets that normal Weaviles can't learn naturally, and it's still unexplained how can she learn all this; even though that no Weaviles can't do, but it could be that she was experimented on. For example, she can learn High Jump Kick, Sky Uppercut, Ice Ball, Power Gem, and Dual Chop are the moves that she learn, despite it's completely out of the norm for her to learn such things.
