Samantha lightly groaned, turning around on the bed, amber eyes looking to check the time. As she grabbed her phone from the nightstand and illuminated her face, her full lips pouted and fuzzy brows furrowed seeing that it was still four thirty in the morning. That was awful, why did she woke up so soon? Looking to the other side of the bed, she could see that Tasha was sound asleep, so it couldn't have been her moving around. She slowly and carefully got up, not wanting to wake Tasha, as she dragged her feet towards the bathroom inside her bedroom. Not my bedroom, our bedroom, she thought for a moment. Tasha had moved in just a couple of weeks ago, and even if she was delighted, accustoming to it was going to take a while.

The bathroom's white light made Sam wince, shining bright on her barely covered body. An ill fitting shirt was open around her generous chest, as she couldn't button it without risking its integrity. She had borrowed it from Tasha, as most of her own clothes were pending a laundry run as usual. She didn't have to get out from home too much, even less with Tasha there, so her most careless side showed as her dirty clothes pile was more populated than her wardrobe. Sam stood in front of the toilet, fishing her prick out the opening of the boyish briefs she was wearing, to relieve herself before returning to bed. As she was done with it, and dragged her feet out of the bathroom, she heard some noise downstairs. Without even thinking what the source of the noise could be, she just walked the stairs barefoot, managing to fasten one single button of the shirt, adding some precarious coverage.

Had Samantha thought of what she was going to find in her kitchen, she was pretty sure that what she was seeing wouldn't be among even her wildest imaginations. Her sister Carol was there, seemingly in thought as she was fiddling with her glasses more than usual, but her being at home wasn't something weird, as their relationship was friendly and Carol liked to meddle in her younger sister's life. No, the weird thing was the other would be guest of the kitchen. Curiously rummaging around was a small naked girl, if one would dare to call such a colorful being a girl, her skin black and white, a bright blue mane on her head and a tail that was probably longer than the owner herself.

"What the fuck?!" Samantha's voice echoed on the whole house, probably waking up Tasha.

"Calm down!" Carol hushed, not for caring about Tasha, but trying to keep some degree of secrecy. "I'm going to need a favor" she said. As every time she asked 'a favor' out of Sam, it was clear by the tone of her voice that a negative answer was far from being an option.

ES-845. That is what those Humans are calling her by with those white coats. Ever since her arrival it had been a blur to her on what's happening, all she knew was that she had to make an emergency landing on this planet, maybe get to interact with some of the life forms as there clearly were some and then be on her way once she could get the necessary fuel back home. Yet here she was, being looked after those new beings that had a familiar look in terms of shape from her kind, but also very different too. One of them being that none of the creatures she had encountered before had mild glowing blue hair...they just appeared to be there. Also they all kept wearing fabrics that even she had been made to wear once in a while, which she simply took off after minutes of them having worked hard to make her wear anything.

But now she had been taken to some place much different to what she was used to. It all looked way more homely and her caretaker had tried asking her to behave and keep quiet, almost like she wanted to think of something at this hour. To ES-845 however, sleep wasn't a thing, nether was food or drink. Though she could still have some form of intake purely for taste. Her never ending curiosity coupled with no shortage of energy had left the alien girl to wonder about still and see this new place over after having been taken here, rummaging through draws and cupboards where she accidentally made too much noise for her caretakers liking. But not as much as the next sound.

Nearly jumping out of her skin, ES-845 was shaken by a sudden yell and making her spin around for her strange teal eyes to lock onto a new creature before her, staring right back at her in shock. Fearing she (as assumed by the body shape) might harm her, the alien darted behind her caretaker and only peeked out the side as she eyes remained firmly on the new person. Only ever letting out little whimpers as she hid behind the scientist.

That yell fortunately for her, hadn't yet been enough to wake the german girl upstairs from her slumber. Still dreaming about the events that had made her ever more exhausted last night with her girlfriend.

"A favor?!" Sam couldn't believe her eyes, although she managed to be mindful of her tone and unnecessarily repeated herself in a hush. "A favor?" she tilted her head, trying to get a look at the petite creature that she seemingly startled, as she was cowering behind Carol. "What is..." her voice wavered. "W-what did you..." stuttered, so many questions piling on her head that she couldn't quite choose just one.

"Shhh, Esh, it's fine" Carol in the meantime seemed more interested on calming down ES-845 than about tending to her sister's panic. "She's my sister, Samantha. She's just surprised" Carol opened her eyes wide, mocking a cartoony face. "Surprised" repeated, trying to get her to understand. Their progress with language had been stunted, one more of the reasons to try having her in a... well, as normal a home as she had at hand, but even if she had showed a decent understanding of their language, speaking it was out of her reach for now.

"Surprised doesn't even begin to cover it" Samantha frowned, still baffled. Her older sister interacting with that creature calmed her though, since as meddlesome as Carol could be, she had a good genius head on her shoulders, and she wouldn't do something like that without a good reason. "What's that? Did you finally go mad and created life?" she asked, not entirely sure on what field of science was Carol working at the time. "What's 'Esh'?" Sam added, trying to understand what was going on.

"Esh is shorthand for ES-845, and no, she's no creation of mine" Carol sighed, as the moment that she was dreading finally arrived, having to explain her sister what was going on. "She's an alien" she shrugged, as it was something obvious and casual for her. "I brought her here so she can live with you" stated, as if there was no other option, nor space to argue the fact.

"An alien-alien? Like not from earth?" Samantha asked, her brain coming awake a bit later than her body, but her question only made Carol roll her eyes. "Wait. Waitwaitwait" she rose her hands, begging for Carol to stop for a moment. "What do you mean? In this house? With me?" her eyes went from Carol to Esh and then back. "She's not a pet that you can drop with me because you are on vacation!" Sam rose her voice again, managing to control herself mid sentence. "She's a person. Well, maybe not a person like you or me or but... you know what I mean" she had lost herself in her own argument.

"I want her to live here, try to get close to a human life so she can learn from us and we can learn from her" Carol stated as if the mumbling protests of her sister were just background noise. "Me not living here doesn't make this house less mine" she reminded her. It was true, given that Samantha's job wasn't the most affluent of employments you could have, Carol was the one that bought the house for her, since her job paid amounts of cash that Samantha didn't even suspect.

During the process that her caretaker calmed the alien down, ES-845 gave the scientist a light hug to cling close to while her eyes remained fixed on the other human. The fright she got from before had resulted in her hair turning a slight darker shade of blue but otherwise not much of it changed and while she stood closer to Carol, the aliens tail gently wrapped its way around her caretaker too, expressing her uncertainty if the other human was going to be trustworthy. Over time having come to trust only Carol while she had been in the facility.

The alien watched on as the two conversed between one another, somewhat keeping up with what was being said here and there as she looked on. From the looks of things it could well be that being here wasn't going to be an option, even though that on her way here, she was told that Coral knew of one good person to stay with. Was this one it? Well she seemed to be barely dressed for one thing, something that allowed ES-845 to get a better look at the skin and general shape of the body the humans have. It almost reminded her of their princess. So in some respect it would appear to the alien that she might not mind as much being around something that's naked most of the time, unlike any of the scientist back at the facility.

Her odd eyes briefly turned to look at Coral as she muttered out what little human speech she knew of, a soft, quiet voice ringing out from the alien "That...frind...?" she asked, still not having her pronunciations fully down on some words, wondering if this human was going to be good to her. Before looking at Sam once again with her unblinking eyes and a slight frown on her face muttering something in her own language.

Samantha was sort of accustomed to her sister imposing her wishes on her, in the end she only wanted the best for the both of them, so she was always trustful even if the situation was too much. As the alien was slowly coming out from behind Carol, Sam had a better chance to look at her, since her sister said it was a her, and gave ES-845 a one over. Her tail looked scarily big, but since Carol didn't mind having it coiled around her, it made look somewhat harmless, like a hug. The creature's general shape did lend itself to think that she was indeed female, but what the hell did she know, at least Carol called her a she, so...

"I'll take of the expenses, of course" Carol continued, nudging Samantha in the direction she wanted. "Anything she needs or breaks or whatever, just use my card" she looked at the credit card on top of the kitchen table. Before she could keep with it, ES-845 talked, something that was highly unusual. "Friend. Yes. Sister. Our parents were same" Carol tried to explain, not aware of what kind of familiar structures they had wherever she came from.

Samantha used the respite to continue her baffled looking at her, seeing that she was indeed female, unless her eyes betrayed her, and completely naked, to make things worse. "Err... Carol" she called for her sister's attention. "Why is she naked?" it was maybe a silly thing to ask, but at least it was something she could process.

"Why are you naked?" Carol joked in return, even if Sam was wearing briefs and a shirt way to small, she was far from what most people would count as 'dressed'. "She doesn't like clothes. It's a pain to force them in her, and she tears them as soon as she has the chance" explained.

Given such information, Sam tried to avert her eyes from the lower parts of the visitor, and tried to focus her sight on those wonderfully weird eyes or her sister. "So I'm going to house a nudist alien" Sam resumed. "Are you..." she tried to ask.

"No, I'll just come to visit. Often. But it will be just you and her" she answered before the question was even fully made.

"Her. Me. And Tasha. Remember Tasha? She's sleeping upstairs, been living here for weeks, my girlfriend for years... you know, did you even account for her?" Samantha would be surprised by her sister's lack of foresight on that department if she wasn't sort of accustomed to her social mishaps. With a sigh, her shoulders fell a bit, somewhat accepting that such was her life at the moment. "I'm Samantha. Sam. Friend" she tried to talk with ES-845 for the first time, not daring to touch her, but offering a hand to shake, providing she knew that custom.

After having had a long enough look at the new human, as well as when the alien found out that the two a related, ES-845 eased up a little from her hug on the scientist that showed signs of progression that she might be able to stay here. The idea itself to live in a strange new place was still something she wan't too fond of and would really love it to be able to get back home in her ship, if it weren't for the scientists keeping it locked up somewhere she didn't know where. But the way they spoke to her at least meant they cared enough to make sure she understood what was happening.

The question about her state of dress...or lack thereof, made the alien glance down at herself when Sam asked why she's naked. Did all humans not like it? Just what kind of planet is this that cared about looks so much? But when she looked back up again she saw that the new human held out a hand, similar to how the others did when she first got here. Her galactic teal eyes staring intensely at the hand presented to her like it was the greatest thing to look at then back up at Sam. And when the alien understood the concept of it, she gave the human a light smile, slowly reaching out her own hand until her black/white hand grasped onto the other just as she was taught before. Though really she was already familiar with that gesture from where she was from.

"Frind." The alien repeated, acknowledging Sam as someone to be trusted. The touch of this one felt very much how she expected from all the other hands she shook, nice and feminine. She could get used to this, Coral had soft hands too, but not much like Sam and she already liked it so that her hair returned to it's usual standard blue. But her smile also went as she looked at Coral with a somewhat saddened look muttering "This...home. me?" she asked, wanting to know if she'll be staying here like a child that knew a parent was about to leave. She hoped Coral would stay with her here if that was an option. It would make her feel even more a ease better if that were the case, but she also didn't want to make the new human feel bad, so ES-845 looked to be willing enough to get along with Sam still.

When she went to bed with Tasha last night, the last thing Samantha could have thought of was that even before the dawn broke she would be shaking the hand of an alien girl, and yet, there she was. Her touch wasn't all that different from human skin, she wasn't fuzzy or hairy, nor her touch was fish-like even if those colors could remind her of one. "Yes. Friend" Sam repeated, looking mesmerized at her eyes. It was crazy, and yet she looked so lost that Samantha couldn't help but want to open her home to that visitor. Explaining it to Tasha was going to be madness, but she was smarter than her, she'd understand.

"Yes. This is your home, the other place is a laboratory. That is no place to live" Carol explained to ES-845. "I am not going to live here, but I am going to come often. More than once a week at least" she promised, not only trying to make her feel better, but also because she wanted to keep close tabs with her main project. Carol was a nice person, but could also be extremely practical at times. At least it seemed that having to interact with someone that didn't fully understand human social conventions was also beneficial for help, as Carol had her share of blunders in that department.

"There is another room upstairs, you two can sleep there" Samantha offered, feeling bad about how sad ES-845 sounded. Maybe her sister wouldn't notice, but she did and wanted to help her. "You spend most of the time at work anyways, so you can return here every night to check on us and sleep" she added. On one hand she didn't want her new housemate to feel bad, but also having her sister closer meant that their relationship would get stronger and she'd be close if anything weird, well, weirder happened.

Carol looked at her sister frowning. She really didn't expect that from her, since she understood that she wanted intimacy to be with Tasha now that she had moved there. But she was right, Carol did spent most of the day out and returned home to do little more than sleeping, showering and changing clothes, so she wouldn't be a problem for her sister and her girlfriend. "Fine" she accepted, groaning a bit because it wasn't her idea.

Samantha smiled and crouched a bit to be more on face level with ES-845, having a prime view of those beautiful eyes. "Carol is going to stay" she said with a nod, happy for both herself and that little alien girl. "Are you happy... ES..." she was going to ask, but she didn't remember the exact numbers. "You definitely need a new name, let me think..." she paused, looking at that blue hair, those starry eyes. "I know!" she almost jumped, finding one she liked. "Since you have a beautiful shade of blue and you come from the sky... Celeste" she explained, looking at her. "Celeste" repeated, liking how it rolled of her tongue. "Do you like it?" she slightly tilted her head, it was no use if that little girl didn't like her new name.

ES-845 had a hopeful look in her eyes the whole time she listened to Carol explain to her how this was her home now and that she'd promise to be here often. Good so far, at least she can know to still see her caretaker whenever she needs her, once she has the human language down better and they can actually communicate, she'd have to come up with a way to get her ship back. At least to be able to send for help in picking her up.

Even more so, she ended up with a smile hearing that the other human could convince her caretaker that she'd be here every night. It made her happy enough that parts of her hair turned yellow as she beamed with joy up at Carol before nodding at Sam to confirm her happiness. The small alien now firmly looking at Sam with a cheerful expression that turned into a grin, exposing some of her sharp teeth when she heard the human come up with a suggested name that surprisingly went unopposed by Carol, normally they were very strict with calling her by that number. In an effort to show her appreciation to the new and much better name, Celeste made an attempt on repeating it herself in their language that came out as "Selest" instead. Gladly accepting that name for now until she can find a way to give them her real name.

But it didn't stop her there, if she wanted to fully trust this human she had to know what her name was. She is after all going to stay here so it was only fair to know the name of this near-naked woman. Pointing her finger at Sam, Celeste spoke up with her limited vocabulary to ask her her name "Yu...if frind...yur name?" she asked, her starry eyes gleaming with burning interest to find out her name.

Even if Sam was still surprised, since she doubted that someone could accustom easily to something like that, she found himself delighted with that alien girl's innocence, how happy and bright she was once Carol had accepted to sleep there. It was a small victory, but it felt amazing for Sam, since she rarely had the chance to convince her sister of anything that she wasn't planning already. Celeste seemed to like her new name even if her pronunciation was a bit off, that only served to make her cuter. Wait. Did she find Celeste cute? Even with those sharp teeth and weird eyes, her size and build made her look like a young girl, and the lack of a complete understanding between them only made her more endearing.

Celeste was seemingly asking for her name, maybe she didn't catch up when she said it before shaking her hand. "Samantha" she said, knowing that it would be maybe too long for her, and most people rarely called her like that either way. "Sam" she nodded, looking at Celeste. "Sam" repeated slowly, just in case. Communicating was surely going to be hard, not to mention the still unknown cultural differences. Just thinking how Tasha could react to the news of Carol and the alien she found living in their home, it was going to be crazy. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad, or at least she wanted to think that. After all Tasha was a smart girl, way smarter than her, and sure she could see the logic on Carol's argument, as they were more alike than Samantha was.

"Then it's all said and done" Carol adjusted her glasses. "I haven't slept all night, so I think I'm going to take a nap until noon or so" she warned Samantha. "I've to sleep. Tired" she explained to Celeste, who by then should understand the notion even if she didn't sleep at all. Slowly going upstairs Carol showed how tired she was in her unsteady step, now that things were on route she looked way more relaxed. Before the little sister could even react, Carol had left Sam and Celeste alone in the kitchen.

"Ah..." Samantha didn't know what to do, but she was going to need some food and coffee if she was to function correctly. "Coffee" she said, setting the coffee maker and pouring herself a warm cup. "Cereals" she grabbed a box of colorful sugary treats, dropping them in a bowl with a spoon, drenching them in cold milk. "Breakfast" she explained, or at least she thought she did. "Do you want?" she got an empty mug and bowl from a cupboard, offering her a seat on one of the kitchen stools. Sam didn't know anything about what could an alien eat, since she wasn't aware that Celeste didn't need to, so she just awaited for an answer.

"Samanfa..." Celeste muttered when she was given the name of the new human and again with a shortened version of it after that of just "Sam". Humans sure have odd names in her perspective, this planet was just so different now that she was out the facility. She once again tried listening in on the conversation as best she could but found that Carol wanted to go to sleep, so she must be out of energy again, to her they sure go to sleep very often. Not that the alien could fault them for it. She was just glad to have at least one human around she could trust the most.

Waving the scientist good bye, Celeste soon began to catch a whiff of a very distinct smell that she was very familiar with. Her face twisting with disgust, she turned to see this Sam human make that same drink all the other scientists have. Coffee. She was let to try some when she was curious about it from Coral, but found that the taste was horrible for her and the amount of caffeine in those drinks messed with her energy system. Shaking her head with a pout, Celeste refused the offer given to her, knowing full well the intentions of the food the humans have and quietly made her way over to the nearest window. Tail swaying casually behind her while she had her back turned to Sam.

Looking out the window, she caught a glimpse of the still rising sun in the horizon to point at. Turning her head as Celeste tried her best to explain her actual source of consumable, looking over at Sam with concentration as she spoke out with human words "Food...Us...Solar en...energy...good for...Us.". Last time she had tried that explanation on Coral it was thought that her kind eats suns, though back then she hadn't learned how to pronounce 'Solar' then and just used the word 'Sun'. It was a though subject to explain in a language she knew little about and maybe being here could help her learn some more, or else she'd feel like needing to be treated like a child. It could do them all good anyway.

Upstairs, Tasha had been fast asleep through the whole ordeal, not having budged despite the few shouts that were heard before. Only now did she start to wake up more and more and took notice that her girl wasn't beside her anymore. Odd. Sam never wakes up this early before her. Opening up an eye lazily, Tasha could make out the footsteps just outside her room going by, believing it to be Sam, she slowly got up and off the bed before heading over to the bedroom door, opening it to expect Sam to be there "Sam? Babe how come you're up so- wait, who- Coral? The hell are you doing here. And at this hour?" she asked upon discovering who it really was, rubbing the tired out of her eyes. She wished she'd have her glasses already but knew she had left them somewhere downstairs.

Celeste's pouting reminded Sam of her own face when Tasha insisted that she had to eat a more balanced diet, and not just indulge her tastes. Despite her sedentary lifestyle, Sam didn't gain weight with ease, and her mostly relaxed day to day also made her have little appetite. Every time Tasha insisted, Sam would always made the same joke, arguing that all the weight would go to her already hefty breasts and made her back hurt. The mere mention of her chest usually made Tasha blush and back off, but it was still funny to see her try from time to time.

While munching at those crispy cereals, Sam listened to Celeste's explanation, seeing that she seemed to be solar powered. "That's fantastic" she nodded appreciatively, thinking how convenient could that be. Then again, she didn't get out much, so it could may be a problem. Wait, if Celeste needed the sun, wouldn't she need to be outside at least some time? How were they going to do that? The house had a nice backyard, but Sam wasn't as reserved as to have it walled out of curious sights. Well, she would have to ask Carol about that when she woke up.

Sam kept looking at that tail swing side to side, as if it was a bit hypnotic, and for a moment she thought about what that tail could hide, but she soon thought how inappropriate it was and shook her head clear. It wasn't as much a lewd thought as just childlike curiosity, but she could do without knowing it. After all, if Celeste didn't eat, she wouldn't need to use the bathroom either. Tilting her head, Sam's eyes wandered over that mane of colorful hair on her back. She would probably need a bath or a shower still, so she could help her with that so the bathroom wouldn't end up messed up in water.

In the meantime, Carol slowly dragged her feet towards the guest room, almost stumbling into Tasha in the corridor. "I'm sorry, too tired" she mumbled, suffering the effects of being awake all night, safely transporting Celeste there. Heh, Celeste. It wasn't a bad name if she already was thinking about her like that. "Sam's downstairs. Please don't freak out. She has nowhere else to go" Carol briefly said before holing herself in the guest room. It didn't explain much, and was kind of unfair for her sister, but Carol didn't have the strength to explain it to Tasha and she'd have to go downstairs anyway, so she left it to Sam.

Kicking out her heels and clumsily removing her skirt and sweater, Carol just plopped in the bed, a faint smile appearing on her face as things were going better than expected, and soon fell asleep with that smile on her face.

Tasha kept a close watch on Coral as the scientist walked on to the guest room, for only having been here for a few weeks, it was still something for her to get used to having Sam's sister appear at random. But what got her more confused was the statement she used about Sam being down stairs and not to get freaked out. Freak out about what? "Geez, the least this woman could do is explain herself..." the german girl muttered, groggy from just having woken up. At least she had her girlfriend to explain anything if there was one.

Letting out a yawn, Tasha made her way down the stairs dressed in only her panties and a shirt that was a few sizes too large that she liked using as night clothing. Eventually making her way down and through the hall way, the first thing she did when getting up was going to the kitchen for some well deserved coffee and toast, her eyes still looking tired as anything when she entered the room. "Morning babe~..." Tasha greeted seeing her girl at the table, the smell of coffee alone helping her wake up, leaning in to kiss the top of her head. Seemingly unaware of the alien. "I just had a run in with your sister...she really needs to know how to let you know in advance when she'd be here, I don't care what her work is." she said, going over to the counter to prepare her own mug and setting up the toaster from a quick breakfast, "Maybe she would have a word with her about that, after all I live her too you kn-"

All her senses went to a complete stop when she turned to look at her girlfriend, where Celeste would also be in line of sight, instantly spotting the new entity that was stood by the window staring back at Tasha with the same look she had when first meeting Sam. Ignoring the coffee maker and toaster, Tasha slowly glanced over at Sam, her look turning eerily calm as she did so "Samantha...unless I'm hallucinating from last nights lack of sleep, I want you to explain to me what that is I'm looking at or I will blow my lid on you so hard." Whenever Tasha would get serious enough to a word, she would always refer her girlfriend by the full name, letting the other know there would be no room for jokes.

Samantha's smile disappeared from her face as soon as she heard Tasha greet her, turning to face her girlfriend sleepily walking downstairs. "M-morning love..." she stuttered, feeling all the pressure of how to explain that to Tasha at once, washing her over like a cold shower, awaking the rest of her that the coffee already set in motion. While her mind raced around how to explain such an otherworldly thing, Tasha whined about the liberties Carol took wandering in her house, oh my, and she didn't know half of it yet. Samantha looked in awe how Tasha moved around out of habit, prepping breakfast like every morning, having gotten used to her kitchen, unable to speak yet.

And then Tasha noticed their guest, freezing on the spot.

It felt terrible, Tasha was using her whole name even if she kept her calm, and seemed seconds away from biting her head off. She had to be as direct and simple as possible, or Tasha would start screaming at her and scaring Celeste. Wait, why did she care so much about Celeste at a moment where her girlfriend was about to tear her a new one? Not wanting to idle further, Samantha managed to start speaking.

"She's an alien my sister found. Her name is Celeste. She needs a place to live so we can understand each other and help. She has nowhere else to go" Samantha briefly explained, her last sentence unknowingly matching Carol's words upstairs. As confident as she usually was, Samantha looked smaller, apologetic, almost weak not wanting to hurt Tasha or earn her ire. "I'm sorry, please don't scream" she begged.

"That bitch..." Tasha hissed upon hearing it was Corals doing, but that speck of annoyance was not solely directed at the scientist but also her lovable girlfriend as her brow twitched, "So you're telling me, that that thing-" she spoke, pointing at Celeste "is going to be staying here and you just let it? Can't you even talk sense into your sister not to do this to us? She keeps barging in here without a word before leaving you alone here, it's part of the reason I moved here so I can keep you company and be close to you. I know it's Corals house too but THIS?"

Celeste looked on in interest but also a slight bit of worry at how this human was talking to Sam, sounding more like she was about to explode. Fearing she might trigger anything, Celeste stayed put as Tasha then directed her attention to the alien "And how do we even know it's an Alien?" she questioned when soon after having said that it was fairly obvious with the hair, tail and some of the other features that would make it impossible to be a costume, "...well...maybe it is... A-anyway, Sam, I got work to be getting on with. Studies to be done for university. I can't concentrate knowing we have that to deal with and not knowing if it's even dangerous."

She felt frustrated already, leaning against the counter and rubbing the bridge of her nose, letting out a groan from this odd wake up call "Urgh! Sam, help me out here, has Coral at LEAST given you some instruction on looking after...what was her name...Celeste?" she asked. The alien in question wasn't sure what to fully make of the situation, when getting here she was only told there'd be one other person here. Not two. And this one seemed a little more on edge than Sam did. Maybe that was a human thing when they're tired, so perhaps she can do at least one thing and get that Human to open up to her and maybe come across as more welcoming this time. So she did what she thought was best and started to approach Tasha, speaking out "Frind?", though before she could even come close, Tasha quickly shifted herself away from the being as soon as she saw her walk over "Woah there! Not another step, I'm having a conversation with Sam her- wait a sec, Sam, can this thing understand us?"

Samantha visibly shrunk under Tasha's words, her hands shaky. She understood that her girlfriend reacted badly, the surprise had to be enormous, but she seemed more dedicated to berating Sam's lack of courage and Carol's behavior than how weird the situation was. It wasn't like she was abusive in their relationship, but Tasha never seemed to understand Sam's dynamic with Carol. Her older sister wasn't just that, having raised her after their parent's death, she was forced to be a surrogate mother in top of everything else. Despite the studies and her work, Carol was the one that had been there when she needed counseling about her particular body, when she was trying to wrap her mind around her orientation, when her first girlfriend left her calling her a freak.

She knew that Tasha, in her own way, only wanted the best for her, but even if the situation was unfair for the four of them, it seemed that it was up to Samantha to endure everyone's requests. She tried to get a word in, but Tasha kept going and going, making her feel bad about herself and sorry for disturbing her so much. "I... please Tasha, stop" Sam begged once she stopped talking after jumping away from Celeste. She wasn't sobbing, at least not yet, and her eyes were mostly clear, but there was only so much she could endure before breaking in to the pressure. The situation was weird enough to not have the support of her girlfriend, and instead receive her insults. Maybe the lack of sleep made everyone on edge and hyper sensitive, but it still felt bad.

"It's not a thing, her name is Celeste" Samantha started from the very end, even if the smartest thing would be to avoid picking a fight she couldn't just let that pass. "She can understand and speak, but just a little bit" she explained. "If Carol had any other choice, she would have taken it, she's not as selfish as you think, she's like... she's like my mother" Samantha voiced. Tasha knew her story, that Carol had risen her after the accident, that she barely remembered her parents, but she rarely talked about it unless she was forced to. "I spend the whole day at home, I can take care of her, and she's not dangerous" she explained, even if she really didn't know, Celeste didn't seem like danger and Carol wouldn't bring her there if she was.

Even if she felt bad and her hands were trembling under Tasha's tirade, Samantha tried to talk to Celeste for a moment, so she wouldn't be scared. "She is Tasha. Tasha" repeated. "Friend" added, not knowing if Celeste would understand what they were. "Special Friend. Couple" she added, trying to hold her wavering voice. "Isn't that right?" she asked to Tasha, turning towards her. Samantha offered a hand, inviting her girlfriend to come closer, a little glint of hope in her teary eyes.

Tasha wanted to keep her stern look at Celeste in suspicion, knowing full well to obey Sam's words when she was going too far and stopped talking. It was just one thing to have a scientist arrive at random than it was to have a proper, real life Alien right in front of you the following morning without as much of ever knowing about it. She didn't hate Sam or Coral for it, it just felt slightly out of control for Tasha that made her fluster and utter out words in such ways she doesn't quiet mean. Though she still firmly believe a good word is in order for Coral.

Hearing the plea for Tasha to stop and listen got her to understand that Sam too was finding this tough to get used to, her face becoming soft and letting out a sigh. Watching her girlfriend interact with Celeste had put her at ease and saw how the Alien was quite responsive to the words spoken to her, letting Tasha know there was indeed intelligence behind those starry eyes of that thing.

And when Sam held out a hand for Tasha to come and join, also proving to the Alien of their status as a couple. Even the bookworm of a tired girl couldn't help put on a small smile, walking up to her girlfriend to give her a hug rather than simple taking her hand, allowing for her to whisper into Sam's ears about her earlier outburst "I'm so sorry Sam...I don't mean to upset you like this, I'm just worried for you. That's all." After she had found out about Sam's parents it had made her want to spend more time with her together while they were just friends, even more so after a girl mysteriously started calling her a freak after a break up. That soon followed with Tasha developing a bit of a crush during one of her stays here that had later led to them becoming a couple, especially after Tasha came out to be Bi and was more than welcome to accept Sam for how she is "I just don't want to see you upset again, even if I can be a bit harsh on you at times."

Celeste on the other hand watched the touching display and even when she could clearly hear Tasha still with those sensitive ears, she chose to remain idle as to not ruing the moment, save for putting her hands together with an "aww" expression. Even her hair gaining some pink. "Tasha...Sam...Love?" she asked, making the german move away a little but still keep her arms around Sam. "Yes. Me and Sam. Couple." she confirmed, getting a second look at the Alien while they were here, that strange glowing hair, the odd black and white skin. Everything that felt like came straight out of one of those anime Sam watches, making Tasha whisper to Sam again when something else popped into her mind "Hey...Why is she naked? I mean she doesn't have any of the bits showing but...come on Sam, already?" she joked, remembering the first time they got together and how much Sam would flirt with her.

Samantha was relieved when Tasha accepted her hand, surprised when she hugged her. "I know, I know, thank you" she returned the hug, still sitting on a stool she rested her head on Tasha's chest while embracing her. "We are tired and surprised, that's all" Samantha hushed, giving Tasha's extra cranky attitude and her own heightened sensibility an explanation. Sam would spend there resting on Tasha the whole day if allowed to, but Celeste talked uttering a surprising word. It wasn't as much as she had caught up on their relationship, that much was obvious and explained, but knowing the word love was unexpected. Tasha answered to her, the first real interaction they had beyond her freaking out, and Samantha couldn't help but smile.

It'd be fine, even if the situation was weird she felt like the luckiest girl in the world. Tasha accepted her even then, Celeste seemed nice and interesting, and Carol would be living in their house and be close to her once more. Samantha was happy, although she had to admit that it was so peculiar that it could fit as the plot of one of the anime she likes. Her weird scientist sister dropping a cute alien on her while she was living with her tsundere girlfriend? That was too much to handle. Tasha seemingly was getting into a better mood, and still holding her she allowed herself to joke at Sam's expense.

She blushed, as she had thought how cute Celeste was a couple of times, but come on, she had Tasha and Celeste was an alien. Who knew what exactly she had down there? Well, probably Carol did, but she wasn't going to ask her sister about Celeste's naughty bits, that would be ridiculous. "Meanie" Samantha jokingly pouted. "Carol told me that she dislikes clothes, if you struggle to put them on her, she just tears them down" she repeated her sister's explanation. "We aren't wearing much more either" she added, nuzzling Tasha's chest.

Tasha grumbled at the thought that they'd have to spend their time with an Alien that'd rather stay butt naked, at the very least she isn't showing her bits. Blushing at the added tease, joke, or however it was mean about their own lack of clothing, Tasha shot Sam a slight glare yet clearly embarrassed that she realised the state she was in "D-damn it Sam, don't say it like that in front of that. Now I have to remind myself to get dressed before leaving the room." she spoke in a hush voice as though it would keep Celeste from knowing what's going on. Letting go of her girlfriend but giving her a quick kiss on the cheek, Tasha decided to hold off of her coffee and toast for just a moment to get dressed, but not before adding in a little word of her own "Oh and you should too if the Alien stays."

And with that Celeste saw the other Human dart out the kitchen, thinking about how strange it is for them to get so flustered about their clothing. Not like Celeste was going to make fun of them or anything, just so long as they didn't force any on her. The Alien let out a small hum wile she stared at the door Tasha lad left from before looking up towards Sam, try as she might, Celeste wanted something to do now that she got here and to be honest, being in such a new place left her with many possibility yet not quite with her favourite caretaker gone to sleep and a grumpy human that might keep her from being able to do anything. Which left her with Sam to see what sort of human she is.

Walking up to Sam closer now that she felt she could approach her again without trouble, Celeste hoisted herself up using her tail as a means to use it like a chair or stool to be able to be at the same height as Sam. Showing she had no trouble keeping balance as well as indicating she would actually be quite light too. "Fun?" the Alien asked, humming in thought of what else to say in human to describe her request for something to do, thinking about all the words she learned that would sound right, "Fun...Game...Couple?" she hesitated on the last one, believing it to be the correct term as to ask for something to play together.

"She doesn't mind, and if I know my sister Carol doesn't even register it either" Samantha shrugged. She was accustomed to wear as comfy clothes as possible while home, and sometimes that included wearing quite little fabric. Tasha was being calm enough, so Sam didn't push the issue with her, nor did she remind that the alien had a name, she would get accustomed with time. Either way Tasha darted out before she could add much more, so Sam opted to continue with her cereals, now a bit soggy after swimming in milk for too long.

Sam munched the rest of her breakfast while looking amused at how Celeste could prop herself up, basically sitting on her own tail. The height she could achieve left her legs dangling, since she was quite tiny compared to her. Samantha tilted her head, not quite understanding what Celeste was saying about fun, did she want to play a game? Or was she asking if her couple was fun? Maybe she had misread into they small quarrel and thought it was all a game? Oh, this was going to be hard. Since Celeste looked awfully curious and almost a bit childish, specially given her height and troubles to communicate, Sam chose the first option.

"Do you want to play a game?" she asked, finishing her interrupted breakfast and picking up the dishes. She was seemingly on the right track, but Sam didn't have a clue of how to entertain Celeste. If she ended up on their planet, it was unlikely that she was a child so she shouldn't treat her like one, but the language barrier would also mean that Sam wouldn't be able to properly explain the rules of any of the board games of her collection, nor sit her in front of any complex videogame.

But then, she remembered something that felt almost like universal language with everyone she met, and maybe it could be fun to have Celeste try it as well. "Come" Sam said, offering a hand to gently pull Celeste to the living room. The place was comfy and it was all organized around the two centerpieces of the room, an enormous soft couch full of cushions everywhere and a huge TV in front of it with all sorts of consoles around. Letting Celeste go, Sam had the TV turned on in seconds, and her platform of choice was a souped up mini NES she had hacked a few more games into. The controls of what she intended for Celeste to play only required a D-Pad, a button and no knowledge of English language. Sam motioned for Celeste to come, and planted a pad on her hands, starting the game for her. Sam was looking at Celeste amused, letting her discover the rules of the game by herself. "Game" she just said, nodding. The TV was returning a colorful and simple palette, and a single word was on the screen, front and center.

"Tetris"

Watching Sam finish up the bowl of human food before her might have come across as a bit awkward, but thankfully it was a dish that didn't take Sam all the long to finish up, so before Celeste would know it, she felt her arm being pulled with haste and almost causing her to fall over as she had still been propped up by only her tail. Good thing she has decent reflexes at least, or else she might have been dragged along the ground for all she knew. Eager to follow Sam hand in hand, Celeste's eyes roamed the new room they had entered that looked by far more homely than any other she's been in so far, still vastly outdated than her own, but who is she to complain so long as they're being good to her.

Sitting herself down in front of the TV, the Alien silently kept track of what Sam was going to a small sized box that had been attached to the TV that inherently was some kind of operating system that could well be something to do with her request to do something for fun. The TV flickered to live, the little machine was up and running and soon she was handed something that could well be the remote for said machine, huh, feels very much like plastic, so the Humans really do lack a decent amount of tech for these things.

Still, she inspected the controller, feeling it up and pressing some of the buttons out of curiosity before eventually a thumb landed on the 'start' button that caused the TV to change screen that now showed Celeste the menu options. Unable to understand any of what was said on the screen such as "Single player" and "Multiplayer", the little Alien quickly turned to Sam for any help and guidance of what to do now. She understood well enough this would be a game, but even still the little amounts of text that she still had to learn would even cause a game like Tetris to be an issue, letting out an adorably cute whimper when pointing at the TV "Game...Help...No understand." she uttered out, her eyes pleading for Sam to assist with the little obstacle and then maybe the two could have a round or two together on this. In the facility she didn't get to do much of this, most of it being tests and other boring drills, so this should prove to be far more entertaining than anything since getting here.

For Celeste not being a kid, she surely could be as cute as one, as she whimpered and looked at her with those big eyes of hers. She would need a little bit of help with that, so Samantha picked up another game pad and looked at her. "Pieces fall. Pad moves pieces. Make full lines" she awfully explained, holding the game pad and pressing the buttons, but would probably not be of any help until Celeste could see what the thing was about. Samantha sat down next to her, selecting the multiplayer option so the two of them could play for fun, nothing competitive about it. As their play areas were side by side, Celeste would be able to see what Samantha did and could learn by imitation.

The game was built around an idea that could feel weird for an outsider, since she had to build an structure with the purpose of tearing it down, but it was simple and the geometric shapes were colorful. After all, who didn't like Tetris? Samantha knew that such a thing was not possible, be it on Earth or any other place of the universe. Maybe it was being too much of an optimistic nerd, but still, she believed in communicating and bonding playing games. Once Celeste's English was better, they could move on to other things.

Samantha hit the start button, and the game started with its usual music. Samantha made sure that Celeste could see her pressing the buttons and how they affected to the figure on the screen. The game started slow, so Celeste would have plenty of time to experiment with the rotation and position of the blocky pieces. Samantha tried to get a line as soon as possible, so Celeste could see what it happened and how it disappeared, slowing down afterwards. Just the idea of having woken up before dawn to end up playing Tetris with a cute alien amused her and made Samantha smile.

The explanation alone after Celeste asked about the few words on the screen earned Sam a raised eyebrow, falling pieces? moving them? full lines? It all sounded rather strange to her of what the human had meant but to be quite glad, she did get given a demonstration shortly after and the two ended up side by side with Celeste being observant about what was happening. The moment the game had started a rather catchy tune started playing and she watched as random shaped blocks started moving down the screen on two separate areas, she guessed the side she was sat is under her control and began pressing a few buttons as instructed.

Though she started off a little shaky getting to grips with the game itself, but as soon as Celeste caught on to the general idea of the game, it all started to make her think about how her own ability worked. Oh, could she actually make use of it here now that she was outside the facility? She had been a little low on energy to try, but now she felt a little more refreshed. That can likely wait until she can actually talk to the humans, right now this game had her hooked and even had her teal tongue sticking out in concentration as she played. Humans do have some very interesting things here that her kind just doesn't. This place really is rather nice.

Tasha by now had gotten herself dressed for the day, granted it was still just a little past five in the morning now, she at least felt a little more presentable when being in front of the Alien. So strange. Her earlier annoyance about the idea of having a random creature turn up out of nowhere had turned to one of mild interest, never really going deep into studies about the deep space, Tasha had come to believe this to be a step forward for Human kind once Coral would have things sorted between her, the rest of the scientist as well as the Alien. Also her own interest as to what Celeste even was had her thinking.
Still, she had other things to think about too and she knew Sam would be here the most. Speaking of which, as she reached the end of the stairs to get her breakfast, she noticed the sound of a Tetris game playing from the livingroom and decided to investigate it already suspecting what might be happening. And sure enough she stands correct, peeking her head into the room she spotted her girlfriend and the Alien sat together playing the game, with the Alien seemingly having picked up on it rather well "I see you aren't wasting any time making her your new gaming partner, am I that terrible?" she spoke up amused, not surprised if it were the case since Tasha never had much skill when it came to most of the games Sam enjoyed playing.

Samantha was having fun, and not only because Tetris was fun anytime, anywhere, but also seeing Celeste starting to get it and focusing so hard on the game made everything better. Something she always liked was sharing her interests around, be it with her friends online, Carol or Tasha, but showing videogames to an alien? That was something else, it was like she was some kind of intergalactic nerd ambassador. It was also cute seeing Celeste get a bit of her tongue out while focusing, a completely human gesture if it wasn't for the strange coloring of it. She was so similar to them, and yet so different that it was dizzying.

Tasha had already got dressed, giving it more importance to looking proper than the more reclusive Samantha, since she was still with that shirt and panties. Once she noticed her girlfriend coming to the living room, she glanced at her. "You look cute" Samantha said, since now Tasha was not only looking prim, but also more relaxed and smiling at what was going before her. "She wanted to have fun, or so I understood" she shrugged, keeping the playing. "And I thought Tetris was perfect, simple and addictive" she confessed, moving her head to the beat of the music while playing. "It's too soon to get her into Anime anyways" Samantha said, thinking that it would be the next thing Tasha would joke about. It was like Samantha had suddenly gotten a little sister to share her hobbies with, as the age gap with Carol had always been to high.

"You are not that terrible" Samantha added, and it was true. Tasha may not have the gaming background of the more reclusive Samantha, but she was smarter than her and in some games that counted, even if Samantha's experience was usually overwhelming. "You aren't going already, no? It's way too soon" she said, not knowing if Tasha would want to stay until it was the usual time to work or not. In the meantime she picked up the pace a bit, the game was going slightly faster, and Celeste was starting to learn it quite fast.

"Going?" Tasha questioned, raising an eyebrow momentarily before shrugging it off with a chuckle and going to seat herself just behind the two "Oh no, Sweetie. It's way too early for that, at least for the next couple of hours. I have to see Jessie later anyway to pick up a few things and she asked me to bring back her CD she let me borrow, also she wanted me to check over her assignment with her for collage. Chances are she just wants me to do the work for her." she spoke half amused. Jessie was one of her friends in collage that she hang out with a lot of the times and even have days of study sessions together. Like Sam, Jessie wasn't overly brilliant at school and would often ask for help, but her heart always belonged to Sam thanks to that special friend she had between her legs. Gosh, how was she going to convince Jessie not to come around anymore thanks to the Alien? That'd be a thing if anyone else knew of it.

So Tasha gave it a little thought on the matter while idly analysing the blue hair on the back of Celeste between her fingers, which seemed to leave the Alien with a little turquoise blush on her face while trying to keep her focus on the game. "By the way, speaking of Jessie, how do you suppose we should explain to our friends to not come around here? I mean, I'm positive that Coral wouldn't want anyone else to know of the Alien, meaning we can't bring anyone over." she said, her eyes taking note of the faint glow the hair was emitting from Celeste. Quite majestic is she does say so herself. "Coral really did bring in an interesting being. Wonder if her hair is made out of anything, or if it grows and all. Maybe the Alien could explain it herself once we have her speaking english better, what do you think?" Tasha asked when an idea popped into her mind "Do you think I should teach her some basic language skills while I'm here and you just teach her all there is to know about how we live? Would give you something to do still while you're here after all."

Samantha's eyes brightened when she made sure that Tasha wasn't going out yet, but turned a bit off hearing about Jessie. She knew that there was no reason to be jealous, as Tasha liked her, but the doubt was always there. Sometimes they were together so much time that Samantha couldn't help but get anxious, and even thinking that Sam had something that Jessie didn't, wasn't of any help. Thinking that Tasha was with her just for her oddity was disheartening, but those doubts never lasted much and Tasha always returned back to her.

"I'm sure that Carol wants to keep Celeste secret, so since she dropped her on us, just blame Carol" Samantha tried to answer while playing Tetris, not an easy feat as the game was getting faster and faster. "Tell them that my sister is around, doing... dunno, science stuff" she really had no idea to what to say, but in that case Samantha had an advantage, if one could call it that. She had no friends in her life that weren't Carol, Tasha or Tasha's friends that knew Samantha through her. All her other acquaintances didn't live in the city and only met them through the Internet, so them visiting her wouldn't be an issue in normal circumstances.

"I think that we could start calling her Celeste, I picked that name for her" Samantha answered, a bit cranky. Even if she was glad that Tasha had started to accept what was happening, and only after seeing that she was hurting her, she kept calling Celeste 'Alien' or 'being' like she wasn't there. Maybe Celeste herself couldn't pick up on the derisive terms, but Samantha could and didn't like it. "I don't know, I haven't touched it, but it's cool. I wish I could color my hair just by thinking about it, it would be fun" she added, trying to be a bit lighter around the issue.

"It's a good idea, I guess there are things that she can't just pick up by just hearing us talk" Samantha added, biting her tongue. The fact that she was all day home since she worked there as a web designer, didn't mean she didn't do anything, and still Tasha talked about her like she was lazying around all day. Sure, Samantha was a bit of a slob, but what Tasha's tone implied still hurt her. She wasn't in position to pick a fight, nor she wanted to, so once more she swallowed her words and kept playing, trying to sound positive.
