A small quiet town is where our heroines lived. Used to be quite a peaceful place but recently the great demon lord Sycan arose back from hell and with him rose monsters weak and strong. Since the great demon lords monsters rose the town had been in fear hiding in their homes at night when the creatures roam the towns. Our heroines had been away in another country together for months training as a thier classes of choice. Despite being so different they grew up together. When the three returned late at night the boat they came on quickly ditch them, leaving them to fend for themselves against the many slime monsters keeping them from reaching thier homes. Despite their cuteness if allowed to combine the slimes would turn into a much stronger slime.

Stepping off the boat, Kara growled and scowled.
"How the hell did our little town get so overrun? I mean, look, they're even up on the roofs!"
Kara quickly prepared herself for battle, unlimbering her heavy shield and drawing her shortsword as the others rapidly disembarked behind her. Not one to rush off, lest she be surrounded and overwhelmed, she took the time to allow Lucia and Valeria to prepare themselves in kind.

All Valeria could think was about how cute those things were, pink and bubbly, bouncing everywhere with their odd faces. She didn't have Kara's strength or confidence, nor Lucia's agility and experience, but she had her gift for magic, arcane knowledge born from a life spent between books. Her worldview was limited to what she read in her spare hours in the library, but knowing and befriending the ones staying by her side had broadened her appreciation for things outside the books in a way she didn't think possible. Now she had to fight by their side, and even if she was scared for the things to come, she had to step up to not let her friends down. "If I freeze them, they would be easier to break down..." she mumbled, grabbing the spell book dangling from her hip. "Lets see..." she flipped pages around, glancing at the slimes. "Here, the Cone of Cold should do the job" Valeria nodded, getting ready.

"Let's proceed with caution." Lucia said as she drew her blade from its sheath. "They may not look much, but they can be formidable in legion." unlike the others, Lucia's defense relies on agility and reflex instead of armor or magic, which means she had developed the habit of looking at her enemies more closely, like all good fencers do, seizing their opponents up for any opening, anticipating the best moment to parry.

One slime noticed the girls and all of them were set off. They began to vibrate and gather not taking a chance attacking as little slimes. These slimes were different then what the girls were used to they were smarter.

(When doing an action in battle roll the 10 to see if its successful. 5 or lower misses, 6 or higher hits. Then role the 30 dice for damage count slimes have low health if killed before they form together completely.)

As the first slime leaps forwards, Kara attempted to catch it on her shield, (1d10=8), quickly stepping forwards, stomping down onto its squishy body (1d30=18), splattering bits of slime around as she did so.

Lucia swung her blade at one of the slime, narrowly hit it with the edge of her sword (1d10=6), and drove the blade deep into the slime for a deadly stab (1d30=25).

"They communicate?" Valeria was surprised, but luckily she had her spell book already at hand with something that should work against the slimes, making them brittle. "Cone of Cold!" she shouted, her right hand open towards the enemy, shining with a blue light. The freezing spell came at once, catching the target on its area (1d10=8) but maybe those slimes weren't just different in their communication, but also resistant (1d30=3) to a spell that would normally turn them into chunks of ice. "Ice doesn't work!" Valeria said, completely baffled.

Luckily only one group of slimes was able to form a pink greater slime . The others were in too little numbers to form another so they avoided the girls. The Greater slimes' long arms reached for the girls to attack (1d10=5) only for it to miss (1d10=5) leaving an opening for them attack.

"That's way less cute" Valeria muttered, seeing some slimes coalesce into a bigger version of their smaller selves. If cold didn't work... maybe lightning would? Valeria flipped pages of her book, finding something suitable. "Lightning bolt!" she shouted, her index finger pointing at the slime, sending a flashing current against it. Valeria pouted, as the strike had missed (1d10=5) just by a few inches. It was true that such a spell was powerful, but also wasn't the easiest one to aim from her arcane arsenal.

As the larger slime reached for her, Kara brought her shield to deflect the monstrosities grasping, slimy limb. (1d10=6) As a crackling blast of energy shot past the slime's head, it staggered slightly, leaving itself open to a counter-attack. She then leaped forwards, bringing her shortsword round in a sweeping attempt to sever the thing's tentacle before it could do any damage to her companions. (1d10=9) (1d30=3) Unfortunately, her blade deflected off the edge of its limb, shaving only a tiny amount from the slimes gooey body.

The larger slime was pissed now it tried to grab Kara (1d10=10) it easily rapped its tentacles around her tightly (1d30=12) it hurt her slightly as it constricted her. The smaller slimes attacked valeria (1d10=8) they quiclky got around her feet and knocked her to the ground. The slimes tried to grab her hands as well (1d10=4) but were only able to pin her feet down
