Cloe had grown up in a lab, she knew very little about the outside world except that it was very crule. The only people she had been among was doctors of some kind and they always told her how to be good for her owner. Cloe knew she was different since she didn’t looked like the doctors. When she hit her teen years had she become sad for the fact that she was always alone. That didn’t end well for her and Cloe learned that if you complained or cried so would your owner punish you badly. The later years was harsh.
She suddenly learned things the hard way and even got some nasty faded scars on her back to prove that. But the dream to come to a own home never died. She longed so badly for it and always made sure to ask when the doctors was in a good mood. Everytime did they answer the same thing. Soon…

One night did the head doctor come and order her to shift to her cat. It was strange that he would be there during the evenings, but he told her that she would finally go to a place called home. She hurried up to turn into her small wolf and went along.
Cloe fell asleep during the ride in the strange thing. It had such a calming buzzing sound. But the second the door got open did she open her eyes and sat up. The doctor drag her out from the car. She expected to be greeted by someone else, but the world around them was dark, smelled strange and it was cold. That night did she end up alone in the woods, with a broken leg and bad bruises. Cloe kept herself in her cat form to since it easier. Everything felt better then.

She had been living out there for a year and a half now. The first snow had already been seen and Cloe wasn’t sure if she could do another winter. She was already freezing and the hunt was going worse and worse. Now was hunting a mouse when them both was caress and fell down a sharp hill. She rolled around a few times and hit herself badly. Snow hit her head and blacked out from it.

When she woke up again was it dark, cold and it was snowing lightly. She manged to get up after a few tries. Weak whimpers was to be heard as she limbed away from the place. In front of her was a huge house. Too curious for her own good did she walked closer. She had never seen this place before. Cloe walked up to it and went to look inside but instead was the ground falling in and she went with it. Once again did she hurt herself. But the landing wasn’t as bad as the hill but just as scary. Cloe looked around scared. It was just boxes here and there along with bookcases filled with maps and things. She looked up from where she came. An open window it seemed. Cloe tried to move to jump up, but she soon knew she had to be human to even reach up. So she walked away from the hole and falling snow to change.

But it was even more painful than she thought. Her stomach, chest hurt so badly as bones snap to places. Cloe started to shiver so badly that she had a hard time to stand up. She was so cold, her human had no fur to cover her up with. The naked skin had no protected at all toward her already cold being, but she was also too weak to turn back. She whimper and put her tail around herself. Her ears went flat on her head. Cloe was sure she was in huge trouble and if the humans found her again so would she never see the daylight again. She held her arms around her… then suddenly she felt something warm against her hand. Snow held it out to see what it was. Blood…. She just looked at her hand. Blood… why was she bleeding? Her hears flicker as she suddenly heard steps near her. Snow cover held up her hands at her face as for protection as a man came to view.
