With the broom back by the bird enclosure, I thought it clear that the parrot was doing the sweeping up, and you happened along. Since birds don't nurse (it's all in the egg), they have no use for or knowledge of mammaries, so he must be peeking down your shirt for another reason, and given his usual duties, I figure he's seeing if your chest needs sweeping out.

Which job, incidentally, I would volunteer for. :lol:

@Mr. Master: The birds name is Tango and he's far from a clean bird... Hence the broom being in the aviary. Only he can somehow clear his food dish out onto the floor through his cage.
And he's not a parrot! He's a sun conure! Worth a lot more money than a parrot unfortunately. -_-
