Naruto Different past

While watching dreams during the great war, one of them was about Toad Sage's noval. Minato and Kushina never died when the nine tails was forced out of Kushina's body the day Naruto was born. Naruto only got the sir name Uzamaki to protect him so that no other ninja would find out that he was the son of the 4th Hokarga. It woud have more likely been Naruto Namikaze.
I was thinking of going on the lines that Naruto's parents never died. Things would have been different for him, like no acting up for attention.
