James smiled a little, looking at the safe in front of him, closing his eyes as he rested his hands against the cool smooth metal. Ignoring the slightly uneasy sense that had been following him for days, focusing on the knowledge that he knew how to crack this safe. Knew how to do this. Spinning the lock, he smirked to himself at the sound of the tumblers falling into place, before going utterly still as the lock dial spun around, feeling that sense of danger hitting him all the harder. Yea, that totally wasn’t a accident. Locks didn’t magically spin by themselves. They needed a nudge.

And as he turned to face what he already knew would be there as the feeling solidified into a actual warning, he held up his hands. “I can explain.”

“You better.”Alex said, because staring down the barrel of a gun with his sibling on the other end, was not making him a happy camper.

~~**~~

James turned his head, looking at the woman standing at the end of the bed. Frowning slightly as he considered her. The soft blue hair that was a unnatural color in the human world, but to a man who’d seen the fae in all their glory, knew that the subtle mixture of color was completely natural. Wide blue eyes, and skin as pale as snow, but it made her look beautiful instead of skin and washed out like most did when they were that pale. For James, she was as familiar as his own face, or Alex’s face. A part of him that had been there for as long as he could remember. But this was new. It looked like she was solid enough for him to touch. Sitting up on a elbow, he reached towards her as she spoke.

“Help me.”

“With what?”

“help!”Even as the soft urgent whisper reached him, the sound of the phone shattered the dream around him, sending him flailing about for his phone. And even as he answered, he knew whatever was on the other end of the line, it was bad news.

“James?I’m calling in that favor.”Alex said, his normal slightly boston accented words clipped and short, a sign that his brother was so stressed that he was starting to lash out at the people around him, and was holding himself on a tight emotional leash.

James was a bit discomfit. it wasn't often that he had dreams of what happened in the past. he hated it when dreams got real like that. dreams where he could feel the touch of cold metal and the taste of power on his tongue and the nearly sexual thrill of breaking into harder and more challenging locations. it was a high he would never get tired of, breaking into places and taking all their precious things. screw houses, he was on to museums and high end manors. banks and private collections. stealing, it made him alive. then the next dream, the woman. she smelled of flowers and fresh grass. wild things, green things, growing life filled scents that made his head spin. For a moment he honestly thought he was awake and she was there. There for him to touch, her skin so pale and soft as cold as ice like the dreams he often had where. her pleads for help made him shudder, his entire body wracking with shock at the sound of his phone, blinking stupidly at his ceiling for a moment.

You would think a world class thief like him would have a world class home but he hated the look and feel of 'rich'. he liked to take their things, that didn't mean he wanted to live like them. instead he lived in an apartment. a crappy one. he lived on the fourth floor of an old brick building with the original paint faded on the outside and peeling wallpaper and water stained insides. the entire place smelled faintly of mildew at all times but it was up to all health codes and he kind of liked the smell and the feeling of growing things in the walls always made him feel safe and content even if it was always damp and cool in his apartment. not that he minded that either, he liked it cool and if he got cold he could just throw on a sweater. what was he going to o if it got too hot? tear off his skin? with the brick building the temperature stayed a pretty constant temperature thank goodness.

he groaned as he realized his phone was going off again and he snagged it with a flailing arm and flipped it open. he liked the flip phones more than those smart things, for one thing his was a tank. he'd dropped this thing from the fourth floor once and it had been just fine. you couldn't drop those smart phone things onto a table without knocking them around irreparably. he had to blink a few times before the words registered and he swallowed thickly at the sound of his brothers voice. that wasn't good. no, not good at all.

"Alex? What the hell it's... oh. never mind, it's daytime." James said, checking his clock, the 10:28 glowing at him in an almost mocking manner. he loved his blackout curtains. in his defense he'd been up all night stealing... well, maybe that wasn't the best excuse. he'd been up all night saving kittens from trees. yeah that sounded better. then what Alex said really soaked in.

"The Favor? now? after all these years? whats wrong?" He asked, a bit worried now about how frantic James was. "i'll be there in an hour okay? i need to see if i have a clean set of clothes." he wasn't the best house keeper to be honest and he could use a shower and a good shave. he was looking very hobo at the moment. oh, that wasn't the polite thing to say was it? ah well, it was his head, he could think what he wanted wasn't like anyone else was going to be reading his thoughts.

“it is.”Alex said shifting to lean a shoulder against the brick wall next to him, closing his eyes to block out the rest of the city. This wasn’t his city, wasn’t his people. But there was something about the land as soon as he stepped on the grass, felt the soil under his feet that said, home. Blinking slowly he shifted, looking down the street before pushing away from the hall, crossing the street as he headed for the park he’d seen. Knowing that it wasn’t completely good on the clock, he ignored the cop voice that whispered in his mind even as he slipped out of his shoes, curling his bare toes into the grass. Oh...that was nice. For the moment ignoring the man on the other end of the line before refocusing.

“Yes. Now. And it’s not something I can explain over the phone.”Alex said before snorting slightly at james words. Of course the man didn’t have any clothes. “You’re not going to be here in a hour. I’m not at home, James. I’m in Ireland. I do work for interpol you know.”He reminded the other, while they’d grown up in boston, originally they’d been born in europe, the dual citizenship of american and european giving the man a unique position within interpol, and one that his bosses exploited alot, meaning he wasn’t home alot of the time, but since the only thing that kept him at home was James, and the man traveled as much as he did, it didn’t matter. “I need you and Loki if you can convince him, to come here.”

"Shit Alex." James groaned, unhappy with being up before noon. he staggered out of bed, ignoring his nudity. He always went to bed naked, why waste clean clothes sleeping? he staggered over to his window and yanked back the curtains, well aware that any peepers had learned their lessons within the first week he'd moved in. he'd completely booby trapped his apartment and anyone trying to look in from the outside got an eyeful. he' had complaints about 'their precious children' seeing too much but that was easily countered by 'and what where they doing peeking in my fourth story window in the first place?'. he smiled at the sunlight filtering through and all his plants perked up at the sudden light. he had hundreds of them over nearly every surface in his house. the African violets where in full bloom and the Irish cacti where as sharp as ever. his ficus was nearly brushing the ceiling and his Orchids where flourishing. his indoor Hydrangea was flush with blooms and his miniature rose bushes where perfectly shaped. it was so easy to care for plants when they could tell you what they wanted. all his plants made it easier to handle the harsh cold city. thankfully moss flourished anywhere and that yelped a lot too.

"How are my babies this morning?" he asked, cooing at the flowers before addressing Alex. "Not you. my plants." this was a common scene to be honest, even as children James had been more affectionate to his plants than to people.

"Carrow! come get your breakfast!" He ordered, the two foot tall bird cawed loud enough that Alex could hear it through the phone. Carrow was one of many Ravens that flocked to James on a perpetual basis. he normally didn't feed them so 'Carrow' was either sick or inured. it was both actually but he was on the mend and James was sure that today would be the last day of free food for this bird. Ravens where notoriously proud and stubborn. They wouldn't take free food unless they stole it. or at least thought they stole it. He set the plate of mealy worms down and headed into his bathroom before pausing as he realized Alex was in, seriously?

"What the hell are you doing in the emerald isles?" he demanded, baffled. "You want m to go to Ireland!? are you nuts?! i do have a job you know!" he complained before freezing in mid step. Alex hadn't even so much as mentioned Loki's name in years. he was pretty sure it was because Alex blamed Loki for Jame's delinquency. not that Loki's 'real name' was Loki. Loki had changed it as soon as he'd been able to talk but any adult tht spoke to them as children always called him by his 'birth' name. still, if Alex wanted Loki too... that was big.

"I'll see what i can do Alex. Email me the specifics okay? i need to know what last minute flight to hop onto. it might take me a fw days." sure, Alex was calling in 'The Favor' but in truth, James would have gone anyway. if only so Alex wouldn't sound so strained anymore. he hated how hard his brother worked, it wasn't natural. "I'll call Loki and shoot you a text if he's coming with."

“It’s afternoon here, stop being a baby.”Alex scolded, even though his voice unwound some, relaxing with the simple touch of nature. He might not have the talent for it that James did, even even the infinity for it that Loki did, but nature made him relax. Even here, where it was still surrounded by the city, it was a homecoming. Enough that his vowels unwound into a boston twang, making the words just a bit longer as he listened to James coo over his flowers. Well aware his brother wasn’t talking to him. “I would hope so. Otherwise, we’d be having a discussion about what you’re calling me these days.”He said tilting his head as he settled onto a park bench, thoughtful as he considered the bird his brother was taking care of. Hopefully the birds were looking after James as much as James was looking after them.

“What do you think I’m doing?Working. Come on, Jamie. Keep up.”Alex growled a little before huffing. “I’m not overly happy about this either you know. Dealing with you two is goign to cause numerous headaches and indigestion and probably violence, but you two are needed here.”Alex growled sounding decidedly unhappy.

“I will. And Gabe’s waiting for you at the airport with a plane.”Which meant Alex had called in more then one favor if he had his best friend was on call and waiting for James and Loki to show up. If the notoriously bad tempered half demon was waiting for James, Alex was in more trouble then he was willing to meet, neck deep and probably sinking fast. “I’ll email you and text as soon as you and loki are on the way. I gotta go.”Alex said saying a quick goodbye before hanging up, sending James the email he’d already composed while waiting for a decent hour to call his brother, telling him everything he knew about the burglaries and murders that he knew, even if it was nothing specific, only vague details with the almost offhand note of fae suspected at the bottom. No wonder Alex wanted help

"You can shut your mouth Alex." James ordered with a huff, glad to hear his brother starting to relax. must have found a park. it sure as hell wasn't talking to James, normally that just made him more tense.

"Carrow! you son of a bitch!" James cursed, the bird having pecked his fingers in demands for attention, the sharp beak drawing blood. "What have i told you about biting!? no biting!" he scolded, glaring at the bird, fingers in his mouth. the little brat just cawed and hissed at him and then flew out the window. Ravens didn't take to scolding very well.

"Well, work less you idiot you sound like shit." James admitted, rooting around in his fridge for something to eat that wasn't half bad. he never let his fridge grow mold at least. finally he settled on the leftover takeout from last night and started stuffing his face. the sooner his morning was done the sooner he could go help Alex. well, and rub it in his face that he needed help in the first place.

"I promise to be on my best behavior." James scoffed, inserting as much sarcasm as he could into the snarky sentence. "Jesus you got Gabe? Fuck, he hates me Alex!" James whined, sulking. not happy at all about having to traverse with Gabe of all people. yuck! still, it was very worrying. what kind of trouble could his Brother be in?

"Yeah, you got it. i'll have time to borrow some stuff from Loki." Loki was a much better housekeeper than James was. came from being older he supposed. They where close enough in size for him to look good in Loki's clothes. plus, Loki was loaded and everyone knew it so he had better clothes anyway. nice.

"Hey Alex? take care of yourself okay? Don't... Don't work yourself sick or something." James ordered, the closest he could come to 'i'm worried about you, please stay safe'. "Bye Alex." he sighed and closed his eyes, wondering what his brother had gotten himself into. this was... bad. he could feel the unease prickling at his spine just like it had during that day years ago when his brother had caught him in the act of robbing a... well, actually he couldn't remember anymore. it had been a private owner he remembered that much at least. he shook his head and snagged his last set of clean clothes while he dialed Loki.

"Hey! Loki, listen, i need a favor. Alex is nee deep in shit and he asked for help. i want you to come with me." He informed his best friend since they where small children, staring at the Email in front of him on his tablet, his head cocked to the side. how, vague. What did Alex expect him to do? he supposed if he could make friends with the Ravens in the area he'd have a good spy system in place but what else could he be able to do? nothing, he wasn't a cop. hell he couldn't even solve simple riddles let alone entire cases. his Brother was fishing up the wrong stream with a broken fishing pole.

“You don’t get to tell me to shut up. I’m older then you.”Alex said, though it was true, it was only by like two minutes. Snorting a little as James got bit, “For a man who lives dangerously, you complain about getting hurt alot.”Alex teased a little, calming the longer he was sitting in the park.

“I would if things wouldn’t keep being both mundane and on our side of the fence. James...I haven’t seen anything like this before.”Alex said hesitating a little, because even if he’d send the email and talk on the phone, he didn’t want to put it out there, not until he could show James, cause really, nothing could really explain this. And he’d be called a liar if he tried.

“You are never on your best behavior, but I’d settle for not stealing anything while your here. And yes, he was in Boston anyways, and the easiest way to get you here in a reasonable fashionable time. And he doesn’t hate you, he’s that mean tempered with everyone.”Which made you wonder what alex was doing being friends with him, but considering Gabe was one of the few people Alex enjoyed having around alot of the time, maybe it wasn’t that surprising he’d been invited along either.

“yea, I’ll be okay. Don’t worry.”Alex said as he hung up.

“What?Alex?”Loki sounded just as sleepy and out of sorts as he picked up the phone before shaking himself awake. “What sort of trouble?”He asked starting to get dressed, “And are you picking me up?And do we need plane tickets?Supplies? Are we robbing something?Did he say why of all people he could have asked, he asked for you?”Important questions for a international thief who knew Alex wasn’t happy with either of them, or would be in serious trouble if he was asking for them. “Where are we going anyways? You know if he’s in trouble, it might not be the case. He might have gotten in trouble with the locals. You know Alex, he rubs some people the wrong way.”He said hoping to not worry his friend to much, and offer some alternative problems rather then that alex’s case was what was getting in trouble.

"I do get to tell you to shut up because your an Ass-hat, Ass-hat." oh how he loved calling his brother that, it made Alex think of back when they where children and still liked each other. "that's because pain isn't normally part of my line of work." he explained, still stuffing his face before pausing. what the hell was his bother talking about? powers? someone was using powers on mundanes again? No, this was bigger, Alex wouldn't have been called just because some half fey had gotten drunk on Loco and was playing pranks on the mundanes. that was small town cop stuff not Interpol so this was bigger. worse.

"A Liar? Alex, this is me we're talking about. i know better than to call you a liar but i'll wait until we're face to face. i have a feeling i'm going to need to see these things for myself." he admitted unable to shake the uneasy feelings. This was going to be bad. very bad. super bad even. something Alex had never seen before? yeah, he suddenly didn't want to go, he would though because Alex needed him. well, he didn't want to go to prison either really.

"i make no promises." James stated simply. he wasn't about to promise not to steal, no way. he could barely resist when he was actually standing next to his brother, let alone when Alex wasn't there. "He hates me." he reiterated sourly. he didn't want to be there with Gabe! Gabe who scowled at him and watched him so hard he couldn't do anything fun at all and beat him up because he'd stolen the assholes watch as a joke!

"Yeah, sorry for the early wake up call Lok's but this is big." James admitted. "i don't know what kind of trouble. he called but he wouldn't tell me over the phone, i think it's big whatever it is. i have this terrible feeling he's in deep shit and doesn't want to tell me. i imagine he thinks whatever it is might make me not come or he can't explain it. either way i think it's big and i think it's very bad. i haven't heard him sound so stressed out in years." he admitted, shaking his head and sulking.

"I'll come pick you up, pack for a late summer in Ireland and i am so sorry but we're flying with Gabe whose picking us up at the airport." he apologized. "i don't think we're robbing anything, Alex was pretty severe about the 'try not to steal anything while we're there' but i made no promises. i think he needs me because he trusts me, as much as he's annoyed with my lifestyle choices he knows i'd never leave him in a lurch." he admitted before shaking his head.

"Loki... he was stressed. he was speaking the slang. you know what that means." he pointed out. "This is big and i need your help. i need to borrow some clothes too i don't have time to do laundry." he admitted. "Be ready to go in at least thirty minutes, i need to lock the place up and call the sitter." yes, a plant sitter. he wasn't about to let his precious babies suffer just because he was going to be gone for god knows how long. he had a florist who came in and took care of everything. a specialist who knew how to take care of everything, he wouldn't trust his babies with anyone else.

"I'm not the ass hat, you jackass."Alex said sounding amused though, relaxing enough to enjoy the memory of their past."..yea. I think you're going to. Some things just can't be explained."Alex said the slightly haunted tone back, sounding more spooked thrn he'd ever let show usually."fine. Just try."Alex said rolling his eyes. Really, it was more then he'd expected really."he doesn't hate you. He's just annoyed you upset me. Now go, get ready to go."

"Okay I'm awake..."loki muttered sounding more awake with every moment, before wjncing."dammit."the quiet cursing that sounded for a moment while the man got ready said that he understood just how much it took to actually spook alex."no he might be pissed witb us bo5h, but he knows we'll guard his back."loki said. Well, hopefully thats why he was calling, cause if he was counting on a gods memory and james thievery, this was way more serious and disturbing then he wanted to considering. Making a annoyed sound at the idea of gabe, but knowing that dealing with Alex usually meant dealing with gabe."are you really surprised?did you think you could see alex without gabe?they're practicality joined at the hip. If I didn't know better, I'd wonder aboutyour brother, seriously."because wondering about the constant elusive mystery of Alex sexual it was so much better thend considering what could spook a veteran of weird shit as alex.

"Damn. Yes I know what I means. And I'll have clothes and gear for us both ready, just get over here."loki said already gathering things."I'll be waiting."loki said as he hung up to finish getting ready

"You are an Ass-hat." James scoffed. "Yeah, okay Alex your starting to make me nervous now." James admitted. "Fine, i'll do my best." he promised, rolling his eyes. "He hates me." James huffed, rolling his eyes, not caring that Alex couldn't see him. he knew Alex would know.

"Well wake up a little faster okay? i'm kind of freaking out here." James admitted. "Yeah, your right. we grew up together after all, your just as much his brother as i am to be honest. He is pretty pissed with us but i really hope he'll forgive us after this. i hate it when he gives me the cold shoulder and he's been doing it for years now." James whined as he forced his feet into his shoes. who needed to untie them first? not him! he was a little bit terrified of what his Brother had gotten into, but he knew that with Loki there everything would be fine. he hoped.

"No, i'm not too surprised i guess. i'm more surprised Gabe stayed behind while Alex went to Ireland of all places. "You know Alex is Asexual. he doesn't do sex." he scoffed, feeling very glad for that.protecting his brothers innocence would be a pain in the ass if he actually wanted to date. as it was he'd had to force people to back off on more than one occasion because they thought Alex was being 'hard to get' or where of the opinion 'no meant yes' or worse, where women and assumed that because they where beautiful and Alex wasn't gay then he had to want them. those where the worst, stupid bitches. he had a brief image of the woman from his dream flash in his mind but he pushed it away. she wasn't real and she wasn't connected to any of this. there was no way. right? that wasn't his power after all, right? unless she was really a tree, she was just a dream and it was stupid to think about her.

"Thanks man. i totally owe you one." he admitted happily before sulking as he was hung up on. what was with everyone hanging up on him!? so rude! He shook his head, dumped all the contents of his fridge into his garbage and tossed it down the garbage chute as he called his florist friend, she was more than happy to watch his plants and he was headed out the door and into his junker car. the thing was on it's last legs really and had been for years but that was why he used it. no one broke into crappy cars and no one looked twice at an 'abandoned' junker sitting on the side of the road getting parking tickets. he even had a few parking tickets in the glove compartment to stick on the windshield to make it look like it had been there for a while. this was so no one called the police about an 'odd empty car in front of the national bank'. most people saw it and assumed the owner couldn't get it moved so just left it there and it hadn't been there long enough to be towed. he had nicer cars for daytime heists but those where all at Loki's house because parking a mustang here would just be the stupidest thing he had ever done in his life. he sputtered to a stop in front of Loki's house and sighed, just sitting in his crappy car for a moment because he really had a very bad feeling about this.

“Yea, well. You should be nervous, I’d rather not make you think this is just going to be a waltz in the park.”Alex said huffing a little, sounding amused though because he knew James was rolling his eyes.

“I am, I am. And I can tell. Hold it together okay?Since when have you ever known Alex not to ask for help before he got in real trouble?he’s the responisble one you know. Asking for help in a reasonable sense of time. We’ll help, and deal with whatever this is.”Loki said hoping to sooth the other’s worry, even if he was worried himself. He just knew this wasn’t going to be good. “Yea, he might be willing to forgive us after this.”He agreed.

“Well, maybe they weren’t expecting it to be as bad as whatever it is. Hopefully Alex is just overreacting.”Doubtful, but Loki could always hope. “And I know.”Loki said because it had been hard protecting alex from everyone, knowing that the other really wasn’t interested had gotten harder to convince other people of as they got older. As alex got prettier with every passing year, it was harder to convince people to leave him alone and that he was truly not interested.

“Not this time. I owe alex one to you know. We’ll take care of him James.”Loki promised as he hung up. Indeed by the time James got to his place, he shook his head as he walked down the stairs. His dirty blond hair sticking up every which way, obviously finger combed and in a rush, unlike the usual calmly put together rich man, the man walking down the steps looked ready to rumble in the dark leather jacket and jeans. Sliding into the car, he looked over at his friend. “Let’s go. And play nice with Gabe, he’s more liable to hit you then Alex is, and would feel less bad about it.”He reminded his friend, staring out the window as they headed for the airport, he was so not looking forward to this.

"I'm always holding it together. you think it's easy ignoring the screams of thousands of tormented plants everyday? and that's not even counting all the animals, bugs, birds and ever creeping mold." He pointed out with a shake of his head. "I'm lucky i'm not completely insane. oh wait, i am insane so that means your argument is invalid... what where we talking about again? oh right, keeping it together." the sarcasm dripping from his tongue was so thick a person might feel like they where listening to syrup.

"You forget the eighty times he'd get sick and ignore it until he was nearly in the hospital. or the sixty times he was being stalked by some horny bastard. i swear to god he lets off a pheromone that attracts insane people to him. or the forty times he got stuck one the wrong side of a gun or a knife because he was sticking his nose in someone elses business. or the twenty times he just got stuck, kidnapped, trapped or lost? He's always knee deep in some kind of shit." He Reminded Loki though he hoped the other was right he knew better. his brother was good about asking for help sure but he was also very good at finding, stumbling or being shoved into trouble.

"Yeah well. i still owe you. i don't know what i would have done right now if you weren't here to help." James admitted. "Thanks Lok's." James said with a smile, so very glad he had his best friend there to help him. he was always grateful for Loki's advice, wisdom and laid back approach to pretty much everything. he smiled at him again when he slid into the heap of junk, glad Loki wasn't complaining for once. leaving one of Loki's cars at the airport was just begging for it to be messed up by the time they got back.

"Well you look sexy, hoping to get laid on this venture Loki?" he teased with a smirk, his head tilted. "i am well aware that Gabe will hit me. he beat the shit out of m for taking his watch remember?" he asked, lifting an eyebrow at Loki. that wasn't the kind of thing people forgot after all. he grimaced as he pulled into the airport nd sighed a little. thank god they didn't have to go through customs. he wasn't technically with Interpol so they would have arrested him for the half dozen blades on his person. he never carried a gun, he wasn't too sure how to handle them, he used knives instead. a good throwing knife could easily take on a person with a gun any day. you just had to be creative. he headed into the private plane area and grimaced again at the sight of Gabe standing in front of the somewhat private plane that Alex got to charter. it was technically owned by Interpol, but it was Gabe's plane. James wasn't sure if Gabe actually worked for Interpol, but he knew they'd be fucked if they annoyed Gabe too much since he did most of the flying and he'd take the plane with him if he left them.

Gabe was a giant of a man. He had soft caramel skin and hair that was pulled back into a loose ponytail at the nape of his neck that fell to his mid back. he stood at six foot six and was massive. every inch of him was packed with muscles. getting the crap beat out of you by a man as immense as him? yeah, that was a real experience. what made Gabe so, interesting, was the fact that he was a half Demon. his nails where painted black to hide the poison glands underneath them and they could extend into sharp, hard talons that could tear through concrete and steal. he also had two small horns that stuck an inch out of his forehead. calling them 'cute' was guaranteed to piss Gabe off and one who issued the insult would end up bleeding on the floor or puking and convulsing from ravaging poison running through them.

it was the Heterochromia that usually attracted attention. Gabe's hair was ink black on the left side of the part of his hair. on the right it was a dark, blood red. people usually thought it was dyed that way, but it was easy enough to disprove since his body hair, all of his body hair, followed the same pattern. including his eyebrows and his... well. his Eyes too where two different colors. on the left side with the black hair the eye was a bright beautiful blue. on the right side with the red hair it was a sparkling emerald green. he loved poking himself in the eye and freaking people out to prove he wasn't wearing contacts. the only reason he wasn't constantly flocked with attention was because he was one grouchy as hell sourpuss. he was already glaring at them and James hoped to god he wouldn't make them take off their shoes before stepping into his plane so they 'wouldn't track shit in.'

"I miss home already." James mumbled before smiling as a Crow barked harshly at him and landed on his shoulder dropping a mangled tangle of string in his hand. "Thank you Carrow." he said with a chuckle before blinking, surprised. "i really don't thing Gabe is going to let you on his plane Carrow but we can ask." he agreed, glancing at Loki. "Carrow thinks i can't be trusted on m own, so he wants to come with. think Gabe would allow it?" depended on Gabe's mood really.

"Tour argument your not insane is invalid, come on james. If you're acting like this, alex is going to kick your ass."he pointed out shaking his head a little."...okay. yes. Maybe alex is insane. Okay maybe we should be worried."loki said frowning a little. Now that james had reminded him, he was getting more worried though he hoped they were all overreacting to insane things.

"I'm always looking to get laid. And Ireland home of the fae, I'll find someone."loki snickered a little, not that was his reasons. He'd tried dressing down, but even his dressing down in casual was sexy and over the top. It was like after so many years on earth, he wasn't able to consider simple easy clothes."yea I know. Hopefully he's not still dwelling on that."he said whistling a little. He always forgot just how imtimidating and huge gabe was till he saw him again.

"Me to...think we can convince him to leave us here without alex getting mad..."loki muttered making a face as he studied the other, before sighing as they headed towards him, looking up at the crow with a sigh."depending on how worried he is about alex, and doesn't want to waste time arguing."loki muttered tilting his head as they got closer."hey gabe."

James snorted. "Good. if he's kicking my ass then it means he's not getting into trouble. and Alex isn't insane, just a danger magnet because he's a bit of an asshole." he admitted. seriously, if they hadn't had Alex checked, James would have sworn that Alex had been cursed with bad luck.

"It's Karma i'm sure. he was a serial killer in a past life." he decided with a smirk before laughing at Loki's comment because he knew better. Loki just couldn't stand to look perfect. the asshole. he didn't even try! it was just unfair. he had a good point about the Fey though, Alex was certainly pretty enough to attract their attention. one of them could totally be harassing Alex and if they where of the super vain variety they would be highly insulted if Alex said no, no matter his excuse. Certain Faerie would feel deeply insulted and would demand retribution, revenge or even compensation for being turned down even if the person they wanted was married, with their soul mate or bleeding to death. maybe Alex just needed help with that? it was very likely.

"I'm sure he is. he's the sort to hold a grudge." he admitted with a sigh and a shake of his head before grimacing at the sight of Gabe. if he didn't know better, he'd have sworn Gabe got bigger every damn time he saw the bastard. he refused to look at the others too much because he knew very well that Gabe wouldn't appreciate being stared at. he was already narrowing his eyes at Loki for the whistle, tensing with irritability.

"I don't think that's going to happen." he admitted with a sigh, helping Loki drag out the stuff he'd packed and headed over to Gabe who just jerked his thumb at the plane. he was worried enough about Alex that he didn't even care about the bird or the possibility of muddy shoes. James didn't push it, he just headed inside. the last thing he wanted was to get scratched, punched or bitten. being the type of demon he was, Gabe also had three different venom sacks above the roof of his mouth and fangs that snapped down over his canines to deliver said venom. the venom in his claws just made you convulse uncontrollably, puke and shit yourself. the venom in his fangs could paralyze you for days, set you on fire in the worst pain you could ever imagine until you where clawing at yourself trying to dig the fire ants out when you started to hallucinate, or just slowly kill you. damn dangerous sort of man and James did not want to mess with him. he just couldn't understand what his brother saw in this asshole. Carrow crowed his agreement and settled into James lap once James was seated and belted up. they would be taking off without a further word and James sighed and closed his eyes, begging whatever god or goddess there might have been that Alex wasn't neck deep in a bloodbath or something.

“I’ll remind you that you said it was a good thing.”Loki snickered amused, before snorting. “He’s not the asshole of this twin set you know.”he teased.

“I’m sure.”Loki rolled his eyes amused at the idea of alex being a serial killer in a past life. “....You’re brother is the one who holds a grudge. I’m sure Gabe could be reasonable.”he said, struggling to keep a straight face at that. Refusing to let the laugh escape that wanted to at the idea of Gabe being reasonable about James. “Sorry, big guy. Reflex to whistle.”Loki said dropping his eyes tilting his head a little as they headed over.

Loki raised a eyebrow a little as they were let in without a word. Feeling his stomach tighten at the idea. If Gabe was that worried, it was as bad as they figured. Settling in for a nap as gabe flew.

When they arrived it was to find Alex looking as casual as he ever did, which was rare, and said his stress levels were through the roof and he was starting to run into that wall head first and crash. Without Gabe there to physically haul his ass around and make him rest and refuse to be budged away from the door to let Alex go back to work, Alex went on full throttle. The suit and tie had been changed for boots and jeans, his jacket tossed over the back of his chair, sitting hunched up over files and folders that were so high that he couldn’t even see over them to see the men arriving.

James rolled his eyes. "i'm not an asshole i'm a bastard. he's the asshole." he stated with a smirk, looking very pleased with himself before he looked at Loki, dead pan. very unimpressed with Loki's so called sense of humor. Gabe, reasonable? bullshit. there was a picture of Gabe next to the word 'unreasonable' in the dictionary. he knew it because he'd taped it there. granted, Alex had been holding a grudge for about four years, maybe longer? he couldn't remember. still, Gab was holding a grudge since he'd met the asshole at twenty two when Alex introduced them to each other. at the time James hadn't been paying attention, Gabe was just Aex's brand new 'cop partner' even if Alex wasn't a 'real' cop. well that was what James had thought back then anyway. Gabe bared his teeth at Loki, a half snarl with no sound, a silent warning for Loki to watch his mouth because Gabe was in a foul mood and would love to beat someone up.

James was very glad when they landed only to realize they had to keep riding with Gabe because they didn't have a car. or an address. he nearly froze at the sight of Alex, wearing jeans and looking exhausted and so tiny next to Gabe who just huffed a heaving sigh, like he thought life was a burden, and headed over to Alex.the files where gathered up with massive hands and set aside, ignoring any protests, which often came when Gabe started doing this, and setting them aside and out of Alex's reach. then Alex was grabbed by the collar of his shirt and was hauled into his feet and Gabe gripped him by the shoulders, shook Alex firmly and growled at him, the sound deep from the chest and snarling up from the throat like a rabid beast. his point made, Gabe spun Alex around and marched him into the bedroom, James just standing in the doorway gaping because, wow, he'd never seen someone manhandle, or even handle his brother before.

"Well that was sort of impressive..." James admitted, blinking a little before heading to the files his brother had been working on, took them tot he table and set about fixing the mess his brother had made of them. he'd done this before, helping his brother where he could. back when Alex had first started at the crappy Interpol job and overworked himself way too much. he'd did his best to keep the paperwork organized without looking at any of the cases and he'd gotten very good at it so he was able to organize everything without actually looking at the paperwork, just in case he wasn't supposed to know. Alex would arrest him for snooping in private or classified files after all, the tight ass.

Loki paused, eyes widening at the sight. The sight of Alex in jeans after the age of 18 was a rare thing. Usually it was slacks and a white dress shirt for the man, the fact that he looked like he was both hung over and ready for a night out, meant only bad things. Like world ending bad things probably. “Hey!Hey what the hell!?Gabe!”Alex twisted looking unhappy as he was hauled around, twisting like a fish on the line. “Hey, I have a case to solve. And my helpers are here. I have to show them-”The protest died as he was growled at, stumbling after Gabe. “Gabe, come on. Gotta tell them....they need to know now....hey guys...”Alex muttered sleepily, having probably been crashing for hours, only now starting to accept it. To relax enough to go to sleep.”gabe...”He muttered as the bedroom door closed behind them.

“That was fairly impressive. I remember last time we tried to manhandle him, we ended up tossed over the balcony railing remember?”Loki said looking amused and worried that alex had been so out of sorts he hadn’t even tried to telekinetically keep gabe from manhandling him. Sighing softly as he set about helping James straighten things, glancing at the clock. Wincing a little as he realized how late it was. “Probably a good thing he went to sleep. Means we can get some sleep before starting in the morning.”Loki said even if he was still mostly awake, it was nearly midnight in ireland.

Gabe ignored the protests, and the pathetic attempts at being shoved around telepathically. "Don't you what the hell me!" Gabe snarled, glaring at Alex. "You will sleep first!" Gabe growled. "they will be here in the morning. they need to sleep too." he informed Alex. "Go sleep. we'll be here in the morning" James promised Alex, watching the giant of a man manhandle his brother harshly, yet without so much as leaving a red mark behind.

"Don't call me by my name as if that will make me forgive you." Gabe growled, reaching out with a finger tipped with an inch long, ink black talon, pressing it to a symbol carved into the door. Gabe was a master of Rune magic, which was vastly underestimated really. this rune for example was the word for Lock and Silence and bound with a connector meaning that when it was activated the door was locked and no sound would come in or go out. this was repeated in the windows, effectively locking Alex in, as well as locking the world out.

"You promised me you would take care of yourself." he said, scowling at Alex. "you swore to me that you wouldn't overwork yourself and that you wouldn't put yourself in danger and yet you did both." Gabe complained, moving over to Ale and stripping him, again ignoring complaints.

"you haven't eaten in days, and don't shake your head like I'm stupid! i know you have not." Gabe's voice was thick with a mild accent. he often forgot his English in times like this and spoke in clipped tones with simple words. it was ties like this that people made the mistake of thinking Gabe was all muscle and no brains. Gabe was uneducated that was true, what little he knew of magic and schooling came from what he learned on the streets when he was younger and his mama wasn't the sort fit to care for a half demon. the only schooling he really had was the schooling he'd gotten to learn how to fly.

"You haven't slept either and you stink so i know you haven't showered. you are a mess and you promised me you wouldn't be if i left for a few days to go pick up some backup." Gabe glared at him and moved him into the connected bathroom and started the water. he'd scrub Alex himself to make sure the other was well and proper cleaned. just to make sure Alex understood how annoyed Gabe was with him, he shoved Alex into the water when it was still cold and started scrubbing him down with a rag full of soap. at least the soap smelled nice.

~~**~~

"yeah but i'm not sure Alex has the mental strength to toss Gabe the behemoth off the balcony. especially with him being so exhausted right now." James chuckled. "he probobly tried though, even if just out of reflex." He shook his head and tucked all the files into a neat pile and paused when he felt, something, flare up on the other side of the door. magic? he wasn't very sensitive to it unless it involved plants. instead he looked at Loki, he was the magic expert.

"Alex definitely needs to crash though. maybe he'll sleep for a good bit. at least until noon i hope, i'd prefer longer." James admitted, heading for the other doors to see if there where other bedrooms. there was. two more. "i wonder which one is Gabe's?" he did not want to steal that man's bed. nope. neither room looked used in though so he looked at Loki, waiting for him to pick one and he'd do the sleepover thing. he glanced out the window and winced, the Earth was calling to him, reaching for him. the Wild wanted him, wanted him to sink his mind into the soft loamy soil and bask in the richness of the life growing in it. he couldn't though, not now or he'd be useless for days. he would acquaint himself with the earth here when his brother wasn't having a nervous breakdown.

Alex whined a little as he was glared at, hands pushing a little, obviously trying to push the other away so he could return to work, but it wasn’t working. Indeed he was to mentally exhausted to even get a little shove of power going. “Kay....goodnight.”He said slumping a little as he realized they were going to make him sleep no matter what.

“You always forgive me.”Alex muttered looking up at him with those large blue eyes, looking both more pathetic and more adorable then any adult man had any right to. “I tried. I did. I couldn’t sleep, and I felt sick every time I ate. We found another body while you were gone, gabe.”Alex muttered whining a little in protest even as the other undressed him, but not trying to stop him either. Whining a little at the clipped tones, he hated upsetting Gabe that much.

“I’m sorry....”Alex muttered hanging his head, yelping as he was shoved into the cold shower water, whimpering softly as he shivered a little. “Gabe!”He yelped whining quietly, shivering even though it stopped as the water got warmer. Sighing softly as he let the other scrub him down, “I missed you.”he muttered squirming a little, to tired to deal with the twist of desire that tightened his stomach. He was totally blaming gabe for this, the man always had a way about him that got alex thinking about sex when he was to tired or lazy to do anything about it.

~~

“Hm, probably not.”Loki snickered a little before setting the last of the files on the table, frowning a little at the door, before snorting. “He locked the door and put silence wards up. I wouldn’t expect Alex to get up before evening with those in place. If they block out the noise and he can’t be disturbed, hopefully he’ll sleep as long as possible.”Loki said realizing why gabe had done it. If given the option, alex’d probably sleep a hour then sneak out to work some more. This way, he was stuck till Gabe let him out.

“Neither looks like.”Loki said shaking his head a little at the other’s desire to sleep in the other’s bed, smirking a little.”Besides, would you really want to sleep in gabe’s bed?Imagine what would happen in it.”he pointed out before picking on the rooms and putting his stuff along the wall, glancing at the other. “You could go for a walk. We can’t afford to have you down for days at the moment, but you could go say hi.”he said understanding the look on james' face

"...I do always forgive you." Gabe sighed, hating those big pretty eyes and those innocent little pathetic mannerisms that made every instinct in Gabe go into overdrive. Every instinct in him wanted to pin Alex down and ravish him, wanted to pic him up and cradle him close like an infant, wanted to rake his claws down his body until he was screaming in pain, wanted to stroke him until he was begging for more pleasure. Alex was one of the only people in Gabe's life that evoked such powerful responses, sometimes it scared him how easily Alex manipulated his urges and instincts all without even thinking about it.

"Another body?" Gabe winced at that, considering the first bodies he and Alex had found he didn't want to know what else there could have been. more of the same or worse? what could be worse than what they had already seen? Gabe wasn't sure he wanted to know. he could understand why Alex hadn't slept or eaten but he had yet to explain the fact that he hadn't showered either.

"...I missed you too Alex." Gabe admitted with a sigh, smiling at him, finally forgiving the other, wetting Alex's head and worked shampoo into the locks, using a much gentler touch now, massaging Alex's Scalp now instead of the harsh scrubbing he had been doing before. he smiled and pressed a small kiss to the corner of Alex's lips before stepping away so Alex could rinse off, grabbing a large fluffy towel so he could dry the other off. he often insisted on drying Alex himself in times like these, fussing over the officer who clearly couldn't tae care of himself.

~~**~~

"Ah. good... as much as i don't care for him, he works very hard at keeping Alex sane and healthy." He admitted with a smile. "He's been taking care of Alex ever since they met." he snorted a little and shook his head. "Poor Gabe. I'm pretty sure he's got a massive crush on Alex. I'd be worried about them being locked in there alone but Gabe would never force Alex." he admitted with a chuckle because Alex had been Asexual for as long as they had known what attraction was. compared to Loki and James who pretty much fucked anything with legs so long as they where willing. At least they had when they where younger. being as handsome as they where, most people where more than happy to sleep with them.

"Must be a borrowed place. Alex did say he'd left Gabe behind." he pointed out, unwilling to consider the idea that Alex and Gabe might be sharing a bed the way he and Loki where about to. "Loki? Your an ass, i didn't want to think about that. gross." he complained before shaking his head.

"I can't, the earth here is too alive. i say 'hey' and it'll suck me in." he admitted, flinging the windows open. "but i can say hi to the animals." he admitted with a grin, casting his will wide. his mind spreading out and touching the minds of cats, rats, birds, ravens, dogs and anything else with enough if a mind to touch. when he was younger, he hadn't had any control at all. it wasn't so bad when he'd been really little. he had spoken to the smartest animals, ravens and sometimes a dog or a cat. the older he got the more things started talking to him until even the trees, the grass, the microorganisms in the dirt. bugs, moss, mold, anything living all clawed at his mind demanding his attention. the animals too and he spent hellish years half insane from living in a place that was all life. the orphanage had bee positioned right outside a massive vibrant forest and being constantly connected to it had nearly driven him permanently mad. the teachers, the orphanage workers, and all the doctors he went to just made it worse. so much worse. it wasn't until Loki realized what was happening when he showed up that James started recovering and gaining control. James was still a little terrified of any forest or earth that was too alive, terrified he'd loose his mind again.

He grinned to himself when all the Animals responded by flocking to him. a huge hoard of ravens, crows, blackbirds and other various birds swarmed the house they where resting in. Cat's howled and meowed as they appeared, gathering outside the window and dogs of all kinds appeared, sniffing and snuffing and huffing. hundreds of rats and mice squeaked and squealed and ran over the cats and the dogs, teasing them and a dozen foxes barked and yipped. it was like an animal Apocalypse. the Ravens and the Foxes where the smartest of the lot so he kept those and sent the rest back to their homes and spent ten minutes carefully introducing himself to each fox and each raven that had stayed behind, Carrow the Crow watching from the windowsill, rather bored with the proceedings, only perking up when the others flew off and the foxes vanished into the night, introductions done and agreements made. it was always fascinating to watch James handle wild animals with such ease.

“You shouldn’t I think sometimes. I really had tried this time, Gabe.”Alex muttered shivering a little at the look the other was giving him. Groaning softly as his body hardened, whining softly because he was just to tired to do this. But he wanted to, and that made it all the harder. Groaning because he just wanted to sleep now that his concentration on work at been broken. Maybe in the morning. “Hm, yea....same sort of killing. Just...it was a mother and daughter this time...wasn’t ready for that.”Alex muttered quietly, blushing a little. “....I got distracted okay?Forgot to shower.”he muttered.

Alex groaned in pleasure as the other rubbed shampoo in his hair gentler, closing his eyes as he leaned into the touch. Smiling a little as he kissed the other mack, not fussing as he was dried off. While he was perfectly capable of doing it himself, he knew gabe needed to. “In the morning, I want just a few hours to us. The other two can take care of themselves for a bit.”Alex decided as he shuffled towards the bed, because while he was a workcoholic, and wouldn’t take a break unless he was made to, he knew at the moment he simply wanted to forget the case for a bit, and spending a morning with Gabe would do that. While he knew he should work, get loki and james working since he’d flown them all here....he just wanted. A few hours where he could just be alex, and not detective monroe.

~~**~~

“He does. It’s a little disturbing really how devoted he is, but alex needs someone looking after him.”loki agreed before snorting a little. “now that, is truly saddening. Wanting alex, and knowing it’d never happen.”Loki muttered shaking his head a little before nodding. “Might be.”He agreed before snickering, “I know, but you dragged me out of bed at the crack of dawn, you deserve grossed out.”

“Ahhh...yes. Considering Faerie is supposedly somewhere in Ireland, it makes sense that it feels more alive.”Loki frowned considering that. Wondering if all the cases were in ireland, or if it was a truly interpol crime and all over europe. Wondering if that could be part of it. The woods and faerie. He’d have to ask. Snickering a little as he watched the animals, he shook his head a little, “You better be glad Alex’s is locked in a silent room, otherwise he’d be grouchy about all the noise.”Loki teased a littel as he climbed into bed, sighing softly.

Gabe sighed and stroked the others hair. "i know Alex. i just hate that you sent me away. I know we needed James and Loki but you could ave just sent them tickets." Gabe admitted, shaking his head before wincing. a Mother and Child. sick, how could anyone do that to a baby? still that was no excuse for fouling up his nose like this. Gabe's sense of smell was just as strong as a dogs was and to smell Alex stinking so much was enough to make him want to gag. he smiled at the return kiss and now that the other didn't stink he was in a much better mood and he knew he'd been forgiven for being so short with Alex. he smiled as he rubbed the towel over the others hair, getting him nice and dry for bed.

"That sounds lovely." Gabe admitted with a smile at the other. "the door is silenced both ways after all." he admitted, stroking the others shoulders. "do you want a massage? your all tense." Gabe admitted. "go lay on the bed, i'll give you a rub down until you fall asleep." he promised, reaching into his unpacked bag and pulled out the massage oil, using it to work out all the knots and muscles in the others' back before snuggling into him for some sleep of his own.

~~**~~

"Yeah he really does need someone to take care of him and Gabe seams to have a decently good handle on him." James admitted with a smile. "he's my brother so i know well better than most how damn stubborn he can be. even worse than me and that's saying something." he admitted with a chuckle before sighing a little. "never thought i'd ever actually feel bad for him but i kind of do." he admitted with a smile before sticking his tongue out at Loki.

"Yeah. the earth here is... aware." he admitted. "it's sentient in a way it's not anywhere else i've ever been." he admitted. "even the orphanage lands weren't like this." he admitted. "I'm a little bit terrified of this place. i can feel it, like a constant thrumming heart beat in the back of my mind." he admitted. "the earth is crying here. someone is doing terrible things." he admitted, swallowing thickly before smiling at Loki. "the Animals here are smarter."he admitted. "they're truly wild. it's a wonderful thing." he admitted. "the Ravens and the Foxes have agreed to keep a watch out for me." he admitted. "come on. let's go to bed." he offered with a smile. "besides, Alex knows this is what i do." he admitted with a chuckle as he crawled into bed with a sigh. "It feels good to just lay here." he admitted. "i hate flying."

“I know, but it was faster to send you there. Calling in that favor was bound to make them drag their feet. Having you meet them guaranteed they wouldn’t. I mean, keeping you waiting would have terrified them.”Alex snickered a little. “Sorry Gabe. Didn’t think....was working.”he muttered wincing a little, well aware that he’d messed up the other’s nose. “It does sound lovely.....and good. Cause you’re so loud.”Alex teased snickering a little as he shuffled to bed with the other, nodding. “yes. A massage would be amazing.”he agreed and by the time the massage was done, the man was utterly relaxed and past out.

~~**~~

“ He does. And I know. It’s quite amazing how stubborn he can be when he sets his heels down about something. It’s like talking to a brick wall sometimes.”Loki smirked a little before wincing. “Faerie must be here....or at least enough Fey living here, to make it...more.”Loki shuddered at the idea. “And whatever Alex found here, it’s terrible. Makes sense.”Loki said before snorting as he settled in to sleep. “It does. And I know you hate flying. It’s sorta cute, considering how often we have to fly.”He teased a little, settling in to sleep.

~~

In the morning Alex smirked a little as he squirmed down the bed. It was a rare day that he was the one to initiate sex, or at least be this bold about it. But at the moment, he needed to think about something besides blood and death, and pain. And making gabe wake up like this, amused him some days. Since gabe so rarely showed signs of wanting sex, which was rearlly perfect for them both, but sometimes, alex just needed distracted. And startling gabe awake did him some good some days.

Shifting down, he pressed a kiss to the other’s hip bone before smirking, tugging the other’s pants down, smirking up at him for a moment before sliding his mouth down over the other. Closing his eyes as he concentrated on what he was doing.

"Well, that's true."Gabe admitted, shaking his head. "just because i beat your brother up one time." he huffed, shaking his head, looking amused. "And people say you hold a grudge." he muttered, very amused indeed. "Good, because there's nothing i love more than putting my hands on you." Gabe purred playfully, chuckling a little because really, it was a rare treat to be able to touch someone. most people where terrified of him, he couldn't blame them for that. he was only a half demon, but he as poisonous and had as nasty a temper as any true Demon. Alex was the only person who had never been afraid of him. so he was being serious when he said getting his hands on Alex was his favorite thing.

~~**~~

"More like talking to a steel wall. Brick walls tend to have something in them that can possibly talk back with the right skills." he teased with a smirk. "haven't you read Harry Potter?" he teased with a smirk. "The question is, which group is it? Unseelie, Seelie, or the Wild Hunt?" James wondered. he didn't know much about the three courts. but he knew technically the Wild Hunt was it's own court, even if it did the bidding of the other two. he knew Seelie where considered 'white' and the unseelie where considered 'Dark' but he wasn't sure how true that was. truthfully he only knew what he knew from James. "i hate being up so high." he admitted with a shake of his head. he didn't like being so close to a forest, but worse was being up so high away from anything living. even birds didn't fly up that high and it made him twitchy and fussy. he huffed a little and settled in for a good long nap. he didn't expect to sleep as long and hard as he did.

~~

Gabe sighed as he started to wake up, blinking sluggishly. huh, that was an odd sensation. it was somewhat familiar so he didn't react for a moment until he realized what it was. a mouth around his cock, sucking and teasing him. Alex. Alex was giving him a blowjob the little sneak! if he was going to be sexed, he wanted to be awake to enjoy it! it wasn't often that Alex wanted some, just as rare as Gabe wanting some. thankfully when one of them wanted some the other usually did too so it worked out. Gabe wasn't sure how much of it was 'luck' and how much of it was they just turned each other on.

"You little sneak." Gabe grumbled playfully, setting a massive hand on the back of Alex's head, pressing him down just a little. waiting for the signal he was waiting for, the one that would tell him if Alex wanted it rough or gentle.

“Well, you did beat him up fairly well.”Alex snickered a little, amused. “I know. I enjoy it to. I mean, who else could I stand to touch me? Certainly not loki, no matter how good his hands are. Or James.”Alex teased shuddering at the idea, blushing a little because he knew it was a rare thing for gabe to be able to touch someone, and it really was one of his favorite things to touch him.

~~

“....you are so weird. You live in a world of magic, and you still read harry potter.”Loki teased rolling his eyes a little before shrugging. “It might be a fraction of all three, if they’ve spread out some. I don’t know, but if we stay long enough, I’m sure we’ll find out.”Loki said before sighing. “I know you do. I’ll see about getting us lower rooms if we’re going to be here for awhile.”

~~

Alex let out a muffled snicker around the cock in his mouth, rolling his eyes up to look at the other through the fringe of his bangs, the blanket still laying over his head mostly, making him look like a kid that was playing hide and seek. Hollowing his cheeks, he groaned shuddering as he swallowed around the other. The slight glamour that made him appear more human most of the time, faded around the edges, though it wasn’t a active glamour, more simply that he didn’t hide when he was around gabe as much as he did when he was around normal humans. Looking more sidhe then human, then human with some sidhe blood. He looked beautiful working gabe’s cock down his throat, and despite his usual quiet approach to sex, in the years since he’d hit puberty, the man had settled into being totally comfortable with his sexuality, and had learned to enjoy the times he wanted sex, and had learned to not be frustrated and angry when he wasn’t. Having spent alot of his teen and early 20s utterly pissed and frustrated that he wasn’t a normal guy about sex.

Groaning a little as the other pressed him down a little, not fighting it, but making a slight unhappy noise at being forced down. His days had been so rough and broken, that for the moment he wanted gentle and quiet for awhile. wanted the peace that came with it for a few minutes of the day
