A wild Hunt (Sharub x Yondertoy)

As they walked it became apparent to Yhauna that the stone and rock around them were the ruins of what must have been a great village of stone. She lacked the words to name what dawned upon her. She could not phantom how these things had come to be. The crumbling edifices rose at moments as high as trees.

Then the came to something that looked to Yhuana like a row of stone tree-trunks carrying large flat stones. The walls where closed with huge blocks of stone upon stone upon stone. The structure had withstood much of the encroaching jungle and its top seemed to dissapear in the canopy. The massive round stone trunks where as wide as an ox, and as many as vingers on a hand. Thick creeper vines encircled them, up to the light. The floor between them was covered in leaves.

The Jackal walked on an beyond the stone trees, into the cavernous dark that lay beyond them. A square opening like of a hut, but the hight of many men led into the building. On either side of the giant opening where huge images carved form the stone. And it was clear to Yhuana now, they looked as the being that she'd followed here. The house of a God ...

Scared, Yhuana looked back at Sharub. Who seemed not to see her. Hesitantly Yhuana followed. Into the dark.

Proceeding further into the abandoned stone tribe, the grey huts grew in height, becoming more decorated and creative. Stone trees appeared in pieces around their feets. Suddently, the biggest stone-hut appeared in front of her eyes: as big as a mountain and with a forest of towering stone-trees, the building imposed itself upon the pityful living beings at its feet.

Impressed but reassured by her God keeping his pace, she walked behind him; following in the middle of the towering forest. To her surprise, statues depicting him started to be seen; to her it was the last proof: He is a God, deserved to be revered and hailed, just as someone rightfully did in the past.

Not an hesitation struck her, as the God entered thedarkness of the immense stone hut...

As Yhuana’s eyes adjusted to the dark she saw that the walls of the dark cavernous path that led them deeper into the stone structure where lined of statues of the canine beings, tall as three men. Several had toppled and lay broken across the pathway. Many others stood menacing in their alcoves holding remnants of what looked to have been some kind of huge axes.

Passing close, Yhuana noticed how the stone had cracked and splintered with age, and that lizards and large spiders crawled across it.

Ahead of her she caught sight of Sharub's naked behind, her buttocks bouncing slightly as she stepped over debris, eagerly following in the footsteps of their saviour. Yhuana felt the longing burn through her exhaustion. They had escaped, against all odds. Saved by a being out of myth. Now anything could be possible.

Yhauna was woken from her reveries by a creaking sound. A strip of light appeared at the far end of the corridor. The Jackal pulled aside the bottom part of something which seemed like a large door of wood and hide. It covered the right hand side of an opening the height of several men. One side was still blocked by a huge slab of stone. An identical slap stood open. Yhuana had hurried forward.

The space beyond was as high as the canopy. The ceiling tapered upwards, the stone leaving a square opening in center from which light poured down. Where the light struck the floor, various small shrubs had once tried to find some purchase between the large slabs of stone. But now a fire place had been made in their spot, the remaining roots were charred around it. And the faint smell of smoke still hung in the air.

The whole space of this ‘hut’ would have held the Batak tribe many times over. Along the side platforms lined the walls and broken stone steps leading up to them. Twigs and animal droppings littered the ground beneath them. A dark-haired monkey sat on the edge of one of the enclosed platforms, staring at them as they entered.

The floor towards the far side of the ‘hut’ rose in large steps. On top of which stood several large stone objects adjacent to another. They reminded Yhuana of the wooden seat of the Batak’s Spirit Caller, but then many times more grand and in sharp shapes.

Above these large and intricate images where carved in the wall, depicting men kneeling before the Jackal gods, huge snakes lunging up at enormous birds with rays erupting from between their talons, trees wreathed in flame ... and many more than Yhauna could take in. Her head was reeling with the flashes of mythic tales and visualizations that the images on the walls suggested.

Sharub followed her God few feets from his back, looking at the huge hut, she spotted again the statues depocting the God in its rocky splendour, sometimes winfering how did people managed to craft them... unleds it was again his power that acted in the stone...

The aura of mystery and holyness were flosting in the air just like the dust filling their nostrils. And the presence of the calmly walking jackal in front of her eyes made Sharub wonder again if it was truth... if it was real...

A blinding ray from open air struck her dark-used sight, slowly restoring her gaze with another view that would have had surprised anyone: what seemed mountains of walls enclosed this hut-valley, almost impossible to believe that an hut can be so big on the inside.

"An hut worth of a God" thought sharub in awe

Yhuana had caught up to where Sharub also stood gazing at the immensity of the place. The Jackal stood a few feet from them, and glanced back at the women. Yhuana thought she caught something of a smile crossing its face, revealing a glint of predator tooth and a shimmer in its fiercely intelligent eyes.

She felt small in this place, and insignificant in the being’s presence. Yet he did save us. What are we to him? She wondered.

Then the Jackal pointed towards a doorway in the left wall and spoke <<Nemtak Thal’hin Durr>> His voice resounded in through the cavernous space, not loud but spoken with strength, warm and alluring in its strange tongue.

Yhuana was startled; she only realized he had not spoken to them before. And now he did, she felt as if under a spell. Such was his presence. Yhuana stood for a moment, dumbfounded, and then quickly crossed to where her god commanded.

The jackal-man stopped in the middle of the vally-dimensioned room. The light filtering from the roof almost sparkling on his body. Then, adding ot to the list of surprises, he spoke. A voice strong and loud, but not shout.

Sharub felt so excited! Seeing a god, following a God... hearing a God. Pride overwhelmed her, such a privilege!

Without letting the God to repeat his hint, she prostrated again, then rose to her muddy bare feets and moved to the passage He indicated. Smiling to Yhauna in her walk.

Her mind so excited, "what there will be in this side?" thought her

The room beyond the doorway was about half the height of the central hall. It was darker than the space from which they were just sent. Light filtered in from rows of square fist-sized holes high in the outer wall.

Yhuana looked to the smiling Sharub at her side. Worried she wondered: Did she not fear this mythic being? Looking back she saw that the Jackal-god still stood looking at them. Guiltily, Yhuana bowed her head, averting her eyes and retreated backwards into the side-room.

On the far side of the room extended many strides to where at the end a half-collapsed opening was covered with a large hide. To the left was a large alcove with a statue the height of two men, appearing like a huge lizard standing upright and staring down unto them. Before its feet lay bundles of reed.

As they stood taking in the room, the Jackal appeared in the doorway behind them. Yhuana stepped back feeling utterly at the being’s mercy she prostrated herself as Sharub had done. He carried a bundle of hides which he dropped in front of them, throwing a waterskin and a large bunch of kuru fruit top. Yhuana looked up, gingerly.

Then he spoke <<Aref Mussek Thal’hin Sarr>> and extended his right arm to the hide covering in the wall. The voice of command send a shock through her and she flattended herself further against the floor. Then the god turned and left the women alone.

Moving into the new hall, Sharub found a less imposing room, darker and less breathing from the other. Still, She looked at Yhauna with an happy gaze, smiling and not understanding the worried frown of her companion... as if she was worried. "Isn't she understanding?" thought sharub "We are in the hands of a God! Everything is a blessing since the very moment in which our eyes were captured by his presence!"

When Sharub spotted Yhauna's frame in the floor, prostrating, she found him again in his might, carrying hide, an hide, flushing with water and fruits. "So kind! So mercyful!"

As he spoke again to them, opening the hide-door, Sharub flattened again to the floor, near Yhauna.

"He want us to go that way" thought her. As soon as He left the room, Sharub rose to her feet, taking Yhauna's arm wuth her, trying to speed her up while moving to the other room.

Yhuana was dragged to her feet by Sharub and towards the covered gap in the far wall. As they pushed passed the hide covering they were suddenly in the open air again. Standing on raised blocks, before them was an enormous enclosure. About the same size as the main stone shelter they had passed through, but without the roof. Walls on all sides rising like cliffs, some partially crumbled to reveal the canopy of the jungle beyond.

In the middle of this valley was a large rectangular basin of clear water. On its far corner grew a giant banyan tree, its branches covering half the enclosed area and reaching above the walls. The roots of this ancient tree had forced between and under the large stone slabs that could be seen here and there to form the ground underneath the leaf litter. Several of the man-sized roots rested in the basin.

Along the sides of the rock enclosure stood great statues of mythic beings. Some of them toppled others without limbs. Flowering creepers grew along the walls and over the statues. Brightly colorful birds flew past and sat chittering among the branches of the ancient banyan. Yhuana also spotted the kuru vines hanging down the valley-sides carrying their sweet fruit. The whole place was like the cloud gardens that the elders of her ancestral tribe sometimes uses to talk of.

Yhuana now guessed what they were sent to do. She walked carefully towards the water. The size of the basin was such that it would take here many strides to walk along its side. Stone steps lead into the clear water. Its depth was hard to estimate. Where she stood she could see the stone bottom, but underneath the roots of the tree it seemed to lead deeper down. Dried heaps of darkened leafs lay near the banyan’s base, clearly removed from the water.

Shyly Yhuana started to remove her top, revealing her perky breasts and small dark nipples. Then she undid her loincloth, letting it slide of her small round ass. She stood fully naked at the water’s edge, the light of Angur hot on her copper skin. She immediately felt herself starting to sweat in the heat. As she stepped carefully into the pool, the feeling of the cool water enclosing her lithe body was bliss. She looked timidly back at Sharub.

Marvellous as the afterlife described by shamans in their visions, behind an old hide lied her Vision. Just as another world, another valley appeared, almost Clouded by the immensely large branches of a single tree that covered and protected a strangely squared pond in a wind of coloured birds...

The two females walked toward the pond, looking at the clear and clean water. "The God want us to wash..." Sharub had just the time to think that, that she saw Yhauna starting to remove her hides, eagerly yet emitting waves of shame and shy; in few instants Yhauna appeared in her exotic beauty, looking at Sharub, as if wondering what was she waiting...

Sharub could understand her: after those hours of pain, sweat and...her second rape, a safe heaven like that was really a miracle. Sharub struved to clean herself properly, the cum of her rapist formed a white crust running from her ravished intimacy to her knees, where the stream had actually cleaned her.

Without further await, She removed the almost unfitting hide tied to her chest exposing her generous bosom to the air, dighing as her shapes retourned again without restraints. Then, with a leao, she jumped into the water, enjoying the shivers of that fresh source of energy to restore her tired body. Firstly cleaning her long black hair, Sharub tried to go as deep as possible in the water, leaving only her head obive the water; she didn't wanted to make Yhauna to witness her hands brushing at her pussy, fingers fevirishly working on the insides, trying to cleanse her from any of the vile deposits she unwillingly received, hoping again in a miracle of those waters, surely blessed.

Having washed herself, Yhuana sat in on the submerged steps that led into the basin. She had head raised to the light filtering down through the banyan’s leafs. The calls of birds and hoots of distant howler apes were a comforting chorus. Her eyes closed, the madness of the last days suddenly returned in flashes.

The spurts of blood of the man who’s throat she’d cut, his convulsing cock still spurting semen as he died thrashing and chocking on his own blood; the white of Sharub’s eyes as they were running through the nightly jungle, thorns and branches pulling at them like vile spirits; the horrible realization as the Batak caught up with them, hateful with their spears raised.

Then suddenly the image of her son staring accusatively at her, his eyes glowing golden and as he opened his mouth black wasps swarmed. Yhuana stifled a scream and suddenly stood her eyes wide and staring. She looked around her, wide-eyed with fear.

There was Sharub, head just above water, and the general peacefulness of their surroundings. Yhuana took a deep breath and smiled at her companion. What that woman had gone through in the last couple of days must have shattered the mind of many. Yhuana thought, suppressing a memory of the rites and the progeny she’d carried.

Yhuana stood, naked and dripping on the stones. She shrugged of her shame and walked towards where ripe kuru hung from vines clinging to the arm of huge stone god. Like the one that now presided over this domain. She stood on tiptoe, reaching to pluck the fruit. Having gathered several, she returned to Sharub and offered her some. Herself already chewing a juicy soursweet kuru.

Sharub was bathing happily in the fresh water, now that her body was, to her canons, cleansed from the vile seed. Her legs having a strange feeling of pain, the water cleaning and burning the thousand of bruises and cuts caused by the thorns of the jungle.

A shriek caused her to stand from the water like a surucate, turning her head to see what would have scared her friend in such a way... but nothing was there, if not the demons in their minds. She saw Yhauna's eyes wide and filled of terror, returning to normality, walking away as to fake that nothing happened, walking in her natural nudity, dripping of shiny droplets of water, toward a tree ripe with fruits, soon the wooman returned with coloured fruits, offering on to Sharub.

Sharub ate the fruit, so sweet, so juicy, gurgling into her empty stomach. This moment of relaxatiin made her yawn, the light filtering in the room also warmer... soon the sun will disappear.

She took an hide from the bundle, and gently pressed it to Yhauna's back, drying her smooth skin with a sincere friendly smile. They were safe now, and they must be glad for this.

Soon she took an hide and quickly wiped her tanned skin, standing up again, she simply made a knot with the hide, creating a towel-skirt, without covering her supple chest, she started to walk back to the other room...

Sharub's comforting touch brought a sense of relief to Yhuana. Things will be better now, the Batak would never find them here. she thought.

She got up, and, following Sharub's example, wrapped the hide around her waist. Sleep already tugged at her eyelids as she walked with Sharub back to their room. The Disk of Angur slipping behind the edge of the world, colouring the last light pink in promise of its return.

The twilight inside the long room revealed the pile of reed at the feet of the lizard statue. Yhuana went over and jostled the reeds to get rid of any vermin. Then she walked over took two thick furs of what they had been given and spread them side by side on the reeds for makeshift bedding.

Laying down, exhaustion came over her like a wave. The last sight before sinking into dreamless sleep was the soft pink light outlining the other woman and mumbled <sharub .. adeni n'dele> ...

The room was so different from the floutished and coloured outsides, being darker and having a slight smell of fire, yet... the whole room seemed comfortable, protective in its warmth and enclosure.

Sharub helped the other woman in creating a quick couch for their needed and deserved rest. She rolled the two hides on the floor, moving one nearer, in case of need, then followed Yhauna, and, avoiding to smash against the solid tiles beneath, managed to loe down with a sigh.

It would have been strange for her to lie naked with another woman, but the happening of the last three days and their intensity made her to forget about it. And neither consider it, perhaps...
Poor Sharub felt so much pain and fear, shock after shock that the Gods alone knows what's in her mind right now...
Still, tirededness and fatigue hit her brain, forcing her body to stop and recover the strenghts for another day in the jungle, the first under the protection of the God.

Yhuana woke from deep slumber, confused and aching. For a moment, she had no understanding of where she was. There was a faint flickering of light shadow on the wall. Turning her head slowly to the side, she froze with shock. The silhouette of a beast was hunched over Sharub.

Then in realization, knew it was the Jackal outlined by the light of a small fire burning in the main hall. It sat crouched next the naked Sharub, who seemed to be caught in nightmarish dreams. She was tossing her head and making faint pitiful noises.

Ignoring Yhuana, the being traced a finger of its clawed hand from Sharub’s throat to her lower belly. Then gently resting its large palm there, the Jackal sniffed the air. Pausing … its ears twitching its cocked its head then growling angrily as it muttered <<Ghul’tera Varr!>>

Yhuana felt the world spin at the mention of the spirits of the Batak, her heart sank and felt tears welling in her eyes. Then the god took hold of Sharub’s arm and dragged her from her sleep and with him towards the central chamber.

It was a satisfying rest for her muscles, but not to her mind; her sleep crowded with demons and yellow-glowing eyes flying in the night... shadows lirching over her... abusing her... planting their vile seed in her depths. Then again a breathless escape... pain... desperation...

Finally, her agony came to an end as she felt something fluffy and warm taking her arm. Opening her eyes she saw Him, so near she could look at his fur in every detail, feeling his breath on her own face, look in his eyes. Too real for being a dream... and too beautiful to make it vanish.

Following his gentle tug, she rose with him, trying not to make any noise and disturb her sleeping friend, Sharub followed her Hod in awe and marvel, feeling her nightmares to wither away like dust under the winds...

Dragging Sharub along to the center of the large hall, the Jackal brusquely threw her to the ground next to the fire. Pointing at her while and then making a sideway motion with his hand flat growled <<Varr Ghul ashin m’On!>> His eyes burning down at her for a moment. Then he started pacing, tail flicking from side to side.

Yhuana had almost immediately risen to follow, but a glance from the god froze her in her steps. She now huddled in the doorway, frightfully looking on from a distance. After a few seconds the Jackal strode of towards an opening on the opposite side of the halls, that Yhuana had not noticed before because it was half obscured by a large ragged hide...

The dreamlike appearance soon faded as his motions necame hard, harsh, frightening. She yelped as the God tossed her to the ground, thudding her elbows and knees in the fall, sharub started to cry. There was not pain in her, but fear and questions... why is her God acting so harshly? She just closed her eyes, preparing for what seemed a slap by him.

But nothing happened; he growled not understandable words at her then started to walk back and forth, clearly thinking.

A sense of powerlessness and chagrin fell over Sharub, that knelt in silence, silently sobbing in the await of her God to decide her fate.

The Jackal reappeared, carrying two foot-long intricately carved black metal spikes in and a length of twine in one hand. He stopped in front of Sharub, looking down at Sharub where she knelt in front of him. His countenance seemed to soften somewhat and with the back of his clawed hand briefly stroked Sharub’s tear-streaked cheek.

Yhuana was terrified but dared not move. He had spoken of the Varr, she was sure of this. Are we no longer worthy because of what the Batak did to us? Yet what could she do besides accept whatever their God would judge, his will could not be opposed.

Looking in Sharub’s eyes he softly he spoke <<Ak dhal tenefi>> Then the Jackal walked around Sharub to stand behind her, taking hold of her shoulders gently guided her to lie on her back with her arms above her head...

Fear sparked long Sharub's exposed spine as her eyes spotted the two spikes, somewhat imagining them to be stabbed in her heart. Instead, her God approached her, and with the most gentle of the caresses, his clawed hand wiped her tears. The feeling of his soft palm touching her cheek made Sharub to relax instantly. Fear no longer lingering in her stomach.

Soon the God walked behind her, touching her shoulder, guiding her on the floor. Her warm skin shivered at the contact with the cold floor, always following his motions, she stretched her arms behind her head, flattened against the floor, exception for her bosom, jutting in the air, caressed by the warm shadows of the fire, sparkling flames creating and playing shadows arohnd her nipples.

Kneeling on one knee the Jackal took both Sharub’s hands and tied them firmly together. Then he placed on of the spikes just below the knot and with rock in his other hand hammered the thing into a crack in the floor. With three loud clanging strikes the metal rod nailed into the stone.

The sound shook Yhuana with each hit. Tears still clung to her face, and she was torn with tension for what unfathomable acts of divine force that were to unfold.

The Jackal stood and started slowly starting reciting a phrase <theran-ghul-mefet-kalet-ghul> and walked to Sharub’s feet. Pulling her legs together he tied her ankles with twine, and pulling her towards him he proceeded to hammer in the second spike right above the knot. Sharub no lay drawn out like an agouti to be gutted.

The Jackal continued his recitation in a louder voice <<Theran-Ghul-Mefet-Kalet-Ghul>> the words now seem not emanate from him from the all around. He crouched next to Sharub tore away the hide she’d still worn around her waist. She now lay fully naked and pinned to the floor.

He now produced his blade from the small of his back. Yhuana gasped as she saw him draw the steel, but felt powerless to move. The Jackal cut his palm and smeared the blood welling from the wound in a circle on Sharub’s belly and downwards across her pubis and between her legs. All the while reciting in his otherworldly tongue …

Despite feeling relieved by his tender caress om her cheevk, she felt tensed as the God took her wrists and tied them together. Breathing slowly to calm down, the young woman couldn't but shiver at the sounds of hammering coming near her hands, a tug confirmed that her hands has been tied and secured to the ground trough stone tiles. Tension grew even more as the beast-God appeared in her viewsight, chanting unheard words with his deep voice, growling from his chest and echoing trough her very essence; The God touched her ankles, and soon her legs as well were tied together and stretched, secured and hammered.

She saw him looking upward her body, his paws touched her hip just where a knot ensured her intimacy to be covered, even if He first met her exposed, she thought to be respectful...
His clawed hands easily cut trough the hide near the knot, within seconds the hide was opened, a quick grasp left Sharub completely nude and tied on the floor, unable to move.

Her heart jumped in her throat as her eyes spotted the Jackal handling a knife, ready to die, if he wished to, she closed her eyes, trembling in genuine adrenaline and fear...
but her ears revealed that the knife cut something, but not of her...
Opening her eyes again, she saw the God moving his paw to her smooth belly, smearing his Devine blood in a circle, awakening terrible memories of a similar ritual. But his paw slowly descended over her mons and to her ecposed sex, causing her to shiver and gasp at the unexpected touch, arching her back.

Yhuana whimpered in empathy as she saw the Jackal smear his blood over Sharub’s exposed body and Sharub squirming under his touch. He now stood, still reciting, and reaching behind his mane undid his neckless of large green stones. The god removed one of the translucent stones from the leather string, and took it in his bleeding hand, before wrapping the remaining strand of stones around his other.

Standing next to the Sharub and facing Yhuana, the God raised both his arms and continued his recitation in an even louder voice. Yhuana could discern the light in the room diminish and vile whisper rise from the shadows. And she was shaking with fear.

As the whispers grew so the voice of the God remained firm and calm. Yhuana felt the hairs on her arms stand up, a shivers down her spine. The air smelled like lightning. Yellowish dots like eyes shimmered in and out of the darkness.

Sharub’s body trembled and arched as if something trashing inside her. Tendrils of darkness seemed to be wrapping around her. The God remained unshaken and continued his chant.
Then looking down at Sharub and pressing his fists together with the words <<Kalet Ghul AGASH!>> A load crack like thunder sounded through the room, and a green glow emanated from the hand that had held the single stone.

The whispering ceased and motes of emerald light seemed to descend through the entire space. The Jackal kneeled next to Sharub and poured radiant green dust from his fist on her belly. Then resting one hand on her forehead and the other on her chest the God remain motionless for what an eternity.

The light from the fire slowly returned to normal. Then the Jackal stood up and removed the spikes form the stone, then cut Sharub’s bonds. He gestured for Yhuana to come hither, and with his face close to Sharub’s spoke softly <dhal ek’hin tenefi>

The God undud the necklace, moving a stone into the Godly-bleeding hand, raising his hands to the skyes he belong, chanting with thundering voice.

Sharub felt a trembling all over her skin, then a sharp pain, rooted in her essence appeared. Gritting her teeths, she felt the pain radiating... pulsating from her belly, where the Bataks plsnted their seed. Trembling in pain and unreal fears, She thrashed within her restraints, feeling the battle of Darkness and Light over her body. With a final touch to her body and a crackling thunder, the battle finishes with the Savior God holding a ball of green light in his hand.

The pain in her body slowly vanishing, as if sucked away, drained. Her dark eyes followed his motions in a confused blur, as his hands spread a powder again on her belly, forehead and beating chest, then stopping... for long, endless moments... like if praying for her...

The god resumed his motions, freeing the girl from her bonds, calling her friend to reach them.

Sharub groggily dat on the floor, drugged by another shaking cocktail of emotions and pure magic on her body... the God moving near her face, whispering words she would suffer to understand. She limited to nod, in an attempted reverent and thankful bow. Confused, she looked at him, placing an hand over her belly, like an expecting mother <<Batak... varr?>> accompanying her attempted question with a flourish of her hand moving away from her skin, quickly moving the hand away from her, mimicing a departure, looking in his eyes in the await of an answer...

At Sharub’s query her God nodded <<Dal … Varr Batak Masru >> mimicking crushing something in his clawed hand and tossing it aside. Then, rising with a hint of weariness he turned to leave the women alone, striding towards the passage that lead out of the structure.

Yhuana now knelt next to Sharub. The full realization of what she had witnessed was still sinking in. She had placed her arm around her companion and aided her standing. Muttering comforting things she walked Sharub out of the chamber and towards the basin outside, gabbing a hide from their room in passing.

Outside the air was filled with the usual chorus of nightly insects. Among the branches of the great banyan tree faint reddish dots of firebugs floated. After the terrifying display of otherworldly powers she had just witnessed the sight briefly startled Yhuana. And she held Sharub tight for a moment, then with a sigh of relief she pointed to the innocuous glowing insects <<n’kiri>>.
