He shut the door behind him but it didn't latch. He dropped the towel and pulled out some underwear and jeans. He pulled on a Marines tshirt before putting on his shoes. That way he was ready to go out with Eliza to get more things for the baby. After grabbing his money, keys, and phone, he took off down the stairs.

He went into the kitchen to get coffee. "You should be more careful falling asleep on the couch..." He smiled at her a little. "Your bed has to be more comfortable." He smiled more and watched her cook. "Need help?"
 
Eliza went down, panting softly.She closed her eyes, trying to push that image off her mind. It was so wrong to think of him like that.Even though she knew he didn't think of her like it.It was still hard.

She turned on the coffee maker, before taking out a bowl and breaking some eggs into it.She added other things needed for the pancakes, before whipping them together and starting to cook.When he came down, she smiled up at him, pouring him coffee."Oh, yeah.That.Thank you for carrying me upstairs...I'm sorry for the inconvenience"She spoke.

She made some pancakes and served it to him."So, How was your date with Laura?'Eliza asked
 
He shook his head. "There was no inconvenience. Not a big deal. I just don't want your back hurting and stuff." His shoulders shrugged a bit.

Grabbing the syrup and butter he sat down. Once he got the pancakes how he liked them he took a big bite. "I don't know if it's really labeled a date." He shrugged his shoulders again. "But it was...good." He took a drink of his coffee.

"How was your movie? Maybe tonight we can rent something new and watch it? Maybe order in. Give you a break from cooking. You know you don't have to cook for me right?" Andy felt bad she had been doing so much to make him feel welcome. He already felt very welcome. "What all is on our list to get at the store today? I'm kind of excited to get this room done." He smiled at her.
 
Eliza looked down.It had been a long while since anybody had ever looked after her like that.She nodded to him, sitting with her pancakes down.

She nodded as he told her about his night. "You mean it was just a hook up or something? Be sure she knows that so there's no hard feelings"Eliza warned him, internally glad that nothing was cooking up between them.That was just disturbing.

"A movie sounds good.I like cooking..?"She protested, taking her bite."But we can order in tonight."She smiled seeing his excitement.It felt so good to see someone excited for the baby like Scott had been."Today we need a crib and lighting. I also have my doctor's appointment. "
 
Andy gave Eliza a nod. "I'll make sure she knows where the feelings if any lay." She didn't deserve to be lead on but he didn't want to be a jerk either.

He ate and looked her over. "Do you think she would have an issue with it just being a hook up?" It was something he was curious about Eliza's opinion. The whole time he wondered if it hurt her feelings, if it made her feel lonely and miss Scott. Then he also kind of thought about her too. "Does it bother you...me going over there last night?"

"I do like your cookie. I think you deserve a day off." He smiled at her. "Oh okay. I can take you to your appointment. I mean if you don't mind?"
 
Eliza nodded softly, feeling a little happy that it wasn't anything serious. The fact that it was just a hook up, made her positive, for reasons she didn't like.Her eyes looked up at him when he asked her if she had a problem with this.Why would he think so? "No, No_Of course not.It's your life, you can do whatever you want."She spoke, getting up and taking her empty plate to the sink.

It did make her miss Scott, but it made her feel more guilty than just missing Scott. She realized that she wanted all of that for herself. She blamed it on her hormones.She had been so lonely these days, maybe that's why so precocious thoughts were flooding her mind.

"You want to go?"She asked him turning, completely taken by surprise. She always went alone, and that made her sad."You don't have to, I mean, I want you too but I don't want you to do something you don't like."
 
He just didn't want to make her uncomfortable by sleeping with her neighbor. The sex was alright but he couldn't help but think of Eliza and how things would or could be with her. That wasn't right. He shook the thoughts out of his head.

Andy looked up at her. "Yeah I could go with you. I can't really say if it's something I don't like." He chuckled a bit. "I've never went to a baby doctor appointment before." He laughed again. "I'll go finish getting ready and we can head out to the store." He got up after his food was gone and put his plate in the sink.

He went upstairs to brush his teeth and grab his shoes. He then moved back downstairs.

"I'm ready when you are." His eyes looked her over again.
