Power Necromancer Blood Magic(due to being a lord of a land)
Vampire powers include turning into mist but can only be done one time per page. Flight, Strength, enough to break iron or shatter rock with a blow, resistance to damage, ex it would take a sword twice to slice him before it cuts him, still feels pain though. and speed, able to run as fast as say a horse for extended periods of time. Does not need to eat except blood, nor breath. Heals by burying himself in the dirt.
Weaknesses. Silver is an annoyance it deters him but won't stop him, thing of pepper spray on an alcoholic. Sun after a few hours of painful exposure he simply dies. Magic can prolong his exposure but it in the sun his other powers are gone. And of course anyone who uses magic is weak against magical attacks as well.
Main weapon blood rune sword can unleash a wave of energy once per page that can cut a bolder in half.

Appearance: Silver hair and grey skin. Youthful with broad shoulders and a athletic body. Typically wears a grey armor, with a red diamond in the middle chest guard and a black cloak. Yellow eyes. 6 inches tall, weighs about 180.
