Iliana is an elf, hidden among humans...and her people hidden underneath their very noses. It was not an easy life, constantly living in the shadows, making sure no one finds out about where they live... however, it was a necessity, for if the humans found out...extermination will surely take place. That is not an option, seeing as how there was not many elves left...not after everything that has happened. Her eyes studied the reflection looking back for a long moment...picking out little details she normally would not notice, or care to notice. The depths were the color of spring leaves, with flecks of navy blue here and there...and her features almost delicate, giving the impression that she was fragile. Of course that is the farthest thing from the truth.

After a moment or so, Iliana ran her fingers through her hair, sending the waves cascading down over her shoulders. The light played over the raven-black locks, making it shimmer and flash like a molten river of obsidian. Her lips curved into a faint smile, however... it did not last long. Today she was hoping to find more information about the construction project determined to tear down her home, and find something which can be used to stop it. The chances were slim that she will prove to be successful, but... as long as she has an inkling of a chance, she will persist.

The sky was a rich, lovely blue...the sort of blue that almost hurts to look at, yet one cannot help but do so. Not a cloud could be seen, no impending storm lingering over the horizon...and Iliana was pleased at the realization. While she liked storms every once in a while...she did not like the lightning associated. Her hands smoothing out the crisp blue jeans the elf decided to wear, she thrust her chin forward, and went to meet the day head on. It was bound to be a rather...interesting day, to say in the least. A wave of black flowed out behind the Queen, a stark contrast against the grey shirt. Her breasts strained against the fabric, almost in a bid for freedom...however, the little ache was ignored.
