The princess and the bounty hunter. (Saber Arturia and OstrichFromJoust)

"Possibly, I didn't get a good look of anything out of my cell. Take a look around to see if there's anything we can use," she said, stepping around to search. Something, a loose bar, a big rock, anything they could use to hit somebody with would help at first. "Guards are going to be right outside, so we'll need to be ready. I'll try to save what I have left til we really need it," she said, digging around the corners of the prison, eventually finding a loose stone in the wall she shifted out and hefted a bit. "Sneak up and nail someone's head with this, should do nicely til we find something better," she shrugged, moving back to him. Time to go then, she gave him a nod and headed up to the stairs, to the door. Crouching some, she gave a sharp breath and poked the lock of the door, a click showing she'd unlocked it. Didn't take much, luckily. She held the knob, looking to him. Karina would open it and he could move first, her fingers counting down to one before slowly opening it before him.

"Well..." Stepping out, he was soon looking and as he noticed a somewhat rusty looking prison door bar a minute or try of prying later and he'd have a study enough makeshift club in his hands, at least something that could be used on the first few guards. "Wait for my signal and we'll ambush them. Just focus on one guard and we'll kill him quick." As she unlocked the door he;d crouch low, a hand on the knob as he counted till 3, his breath a bit quiet before he would suddenly slam the door door open as he noticed a guard to the right of him! Both hands gripped and twisted against the steel slightly, striking hard and fast as he sought to take the guard out quickly while growling into the strike. Hitting and not stopping as he bashed the wrought steel against the guard he could see the other moving to intercept, a sword in his hands. Hopefully she would be able to stall him enough, the ambush would be good if at least one guard was taken care of.

Karina moved opposite of him as the door slammed open. The clatter alerted both guards, turning as the two prisoners were upon them. She waited for him to move and attack the guard, seeing the other coming to him and the guard. Moving quickly to get behind the guard, she cried out and brought the stone down in an arc, slamming it into his head. The guard gave a low groan and fell to the ground. She brought her fist down to punch his head again, this time taking him out. The estranged princess grinned, these traitors deserved it. Catching her thoughts, she looked up and moved forward, coming behind the guard to help Lucas.

As the human fought the guardsl he used his bar like a makeshift club, the old metal bashing against the blade as he leaned into the strike! "Ha!" Bringing the club to batter the man's defense down as the princess came to help, batting the sword away blade away as the next few strikes dented the man's helmet and brought him to the ground! Dropping the bar and replacing it with a sword and the man's unused shield. "Let's go!" The other guard was dead and he anticipated her taking his gear as well, given it was a matter of time till the alarm sounded.

Karina served mostly as a distraction for this guard, hitting him in the side and giving Lucas the opening he needed. Once he was down the girl followed suit in grabbing the equipment off the guard she'd taken care of. A real weapon and shield would serve them well when more guards came, the noise meant the alarm would be raised. She nodded, moving on down the hall with him. "The royal family has some secret tunnels we can take advantage of, follow me," she said, taking the lead as they headed out.

The time it took for them to get suited up with weapons and shields was negligible, and as they moved he felt the sword firmly in grasp, the blade ready to strike at anyone who moved to intercept them while he nodded at her. “Secret tunnels, huh?” A bell sounded through the castle, someone ringing what sounded like a church bell but Lucas had a feeling that was the alarm. “Lead the way!” As they moved out, they were alone for the moment and hoped that fortune would stay by their side.

Karina nodded, keeping up the pace for them to move. They clearly didn't expect either of them to have a chance of escape, only having the two guards and such a terrible response time. Underestimating them, being arrogant, the new sovereign was doing fantastic so far. The blue-skinned girl started to pant some, with another sharp breath she focused her mana into other parts of her body, bringing up her stamina to keep going. She was weak from her time in the prison, the fight and fast running was already starting to wear her down, mana running on fumes from what she'd gotten in her unorthodox climax thanks to Lucas. Once they were out of here she could replenish her reserves with a real orgasm, already she bit her lip just thinking about it.

"There they are!" a voice called out as two more guards emerged from a hall in front of them, the two bringing out swords and hurrying at the two of them. Karina nodded at Lucas, then met the guard on the left head on, more confident and able to defend herself with a real weapon.

Lucas was in better condition as he ran and kept the momentum up while his feet hit the ground and carried him on. However, the more flagging princess made him slow down, he did promise he’d get her out of here with him and he intended to make earnest on that promise! More guards rushed them down, blades in hand as the human moved to intercept them, shield blocking the first blow against them as he moved to try and keep some distance between himself and the guard. Bashing in with his shield as he would suddenly lunge, his sword hand moved to flash against armor and find a weakpoint!

Raising the shield, Karina blocked a blow from the guard. She quickly shoved the blade aside, jabbing with her own sword, hitting air as he moved. "Damn," she cursed under her breath, giving a shout as she charged with her shield to bash him. Recovering from the turn, he was caught off guard with her attack. She knocked him into the wall and slashed, catching his armor. "We need to hurry this along," she said to Lucas, blocking another attack with her shield, spinning and giving another jab into his torso, pushing what fumes she had left into her attack, sending it through the armor into the center of his chest. He groaned, and slowly slid down to the ground, she placed her foot on him and slipped the blade out, turning to see how her partner was doing, moving to help if needed.

She was good! Or damn good in his eyes at least, his movement a bit more aggressive as he smashed his shield against his opponents chest, taking a small slide on the arm in exchange for sending the man tumbling. Following it up as he pressed down and impaled the man by the throat, his blade would cause a splatter of crimson cross the floor, his blade dripping said blood as he steadily began to rise. "Well, let's go!" He winced a bit, feeling his arm bleeding while he loosened his grip in the shield. It was best to take it easy for now and he would dart after her, seeking to make it to her safehouse of sorts.

Lucas finished his guard off, Karina giving a nod at his words. She caught his wince, looking down his body as they started to move. The blood dripping down his sword told her where he'd been hit. "You all right?" she asked as they ran, being sure to take them down the right paths to get to the tunnels. "I can take care of that once I get some more energy," she said, giving a reassuring nod and continuing to lead them. Finally they reached a dead end. Karina put the sword in her other hand, placing her right hand against the wall. "Now which brick was it again?" she murmured to herself, finding the right one with the tiny spot which she pushed her finger against. An enchantment scanned her, finding her royal blood, and a section of the wall before them started to move away to reveal a tunnel. "Here we are," she said, taking the sword in her hand again. It would close by itself after they got through.
