Coming Together (Rebel & Love)

Cyrus only confirmed what Cleo had been thinking for the last month. She had seen the way the two looked at each other when the they the other wasn't looking. Cyrus's eyes would follow Jada around the bar, thenthey would look sad whenshe would disappear into the dressing rooms. He had no problem watching the other girls, but when she was on stage he didn't look even once. Jada on the other hand, would basicly pace the bar until Cyrus arrived. Cleo probably knew it long before they did. Cleo went about getting her things, so Cyrus could take her home.

Jimmy huffed and puffed, the over exurstion of rushing back to the bar had finally hit him. He sat down in one of the small chairs used by the girls. He shook his head, and waved Cyrus, "nonsense, no pay will be docked, I will have the girls collect her tips they will be on an enveloped behind the bar." Raven nodded her head, "yeah sure ting Cy, I will get 'er ready for ya, we will meet you at the car." The dark haired girl swept out of the room and towards the room that held Lilly. Closing the door behind her, "hey lil princess" she said kneeling down to the girl. She pulled the small backpack over to her. "Dad sent me ta get ya ready to go, you are leavin early t'night."

Jada wasn't known for her drinking, her head was already fuzzy from the one shot. She listened as the poeple in the room, talked about her. She didn't care, she was excarly where she wanted to be in Cyrus's arms. She wriggled a little, trying to get herself closer to him. She had been to his apartment many times, but tonight she was be staying. She smiled to herself despites the nights events.

Cyrus was momentarily concerned about their bosses health, but the old guy seemed to have it all under control once he sat down and calmed himself a bit. Giving a nod to show his approval of Jimmy's plan for Jada's future employment, really he'd talk more to her about it tomorrow, for now the girl just needed to be somewhere she knew was safe and to relax and sleep it off. "Thanks Rav" He told the girl as she left to go round up his munchkin. She'd be excited for sure at the prospect of her aunt staying the night with them. Noticing that Jada was snuggling up closer to him, and even had a small smile on her face was making the young man feel better. Letting her see a grin back he hugged her once again "Want me to carry you to the car?"

Lilly had been taking a small nap with her blanket and Mr. Teddy after Aunt Jada had left. Slowly waking up to see her Aunt Raven standing before her with the girl's backpack in hand. "Hi Auntie Ray" The girl said, stifling a small yawn. "Huh? Why are we leaving so early? Did something happen to Daddy?" Lilly asked, a hint of concern in her voice.

Jada shook her head, at this point she didn't really care where he took her as long as he held her the entire time. She held on tighter when he stood and began walking towards the exit door. "Thank you, I don't know what I would do with out you Cyrus." She didn't bother to look at the other people in the room, but she doubted they cared. Cleo was set to go on stage soon so she was back to fixing herself up. The twins were arguing about something in the corner, and Raven was off getting Lilly.

Disappointed as Cyrus eventually had to let go of her, she pulled his jacket tighter around herself. After today, Jada knew she had to say something to Cyrus. She had to tell him how she felt, even if everything would be only temporary. All she had to do now was find the courage.

Raven finished putting Lilly's things in her backpack. "Oei, notin like dat princess, no worries ok. Jada just isn't feelin well, so yur daddy is takin her home with you tonight." She brushed hair from the small her face, then placed a kiss on her forehead before standing. Taking the little girls hand, "I tink they are waitin fur us, should we go?" So far Lilly was the only one to understand much of what Raven said.

When they reached the car, Cyrus and Jada were already there waiting. "See princess, daddy is fine," she pointed with her free hand. To her luck Jada still looked a little flushed, but it was most likely the whiskey.

"Hey, both of our lives would be a lot less interesting without the other around wouldn't they? You and me are like to peas in a pod, two sides to the same coin, all that mushy crap ya know?" Cyrus answered her with a chuckle and a wink as he carried Jada outside to his vehicle. He was glad that Raven had offered to go get Lilly, maybe the few moments he had alone with Jada would be helpful to her mood. Though, he'd bet that when the little girl showed up she'd have an impact as well.

After all of her things had been gathered up by Raven, Lilly was still confused but feeling better knowing that nothing had happened to her Daddy, but Aunt Jada wasn't feeling well.... her mind couldn't help but wander and think about what could be wrong with the woman? Daddy would make it all better though, he kissed her ouchies better so why not do the same for Aunt Jada? When Raven had escorted her outside, the child's smile beamed at seeing the two adults together. "Hey Auntie Jada! Aunt Ray said you were coming home with us tonight, because you were feeling bad. Did you get a boo boo at work, Daddy can always kiss those better for me!"

To his own merit, Cyrus was only slightly red with his embarrassment
