Overneath the Path of Misinterpretation (Alvis Alendran&Malicious Lullaby)

Harrison let her go through her moment of realization. He supposed on some level it was understandable. She'd been awkened rudely, suddenly, after a rather...taxing night. Some level of social breakdown was to be expected. But that was for her and Esther to work out. Not him. He sighed as she declared herself to be such a terrible person.
"Come now. You've had a rough morning, and I'm sure that Esther will understand if you apologise later." He supplied. He was watching her body language, how she moved, and he did see it coming when she leaned towards him. He took the kiss, a little surprised at the way she was so tentative this time. After what they'd done last night? She was still unsure? He was going to have to address this.

He broek the kiss enough to bring a hand up to her hair, and gantly hold her there. He met her eyes. Her question...could she do that?
"No." He said calmly, and bluntly. He only paused a second, about long enough for a creeping moment of confusion came to her, before he responded. He pulled her face back to his, giving her a much heavier, much more intese kiss, while sliding a hand around her midsection, and pulling her onto his lap. "Unless you're prepared for the...consequences that doing such a thing might bring." He teased her, actualy content to have her there, and sped a little extra time with her. A little extra affection could go a long way.

Mallory only hoped that her best friend would forgive her though if the tables were turned, she wouldn’t forgive herself either. She had done so much…sure this wasn’t as bad as what she had done in the past, a particular situation, but still.
For the moment, all thought had gone out the window when she was stunned by his answer. No? No she couldn’t kiss him?
But he kept her there steady and looking…looking way too good for this to be a small form of rejection. Her eyes widened when he kissed her and everything inside of her which should be so sated after the night they had, just ignited. She wanted him all over again and it shouldn’t be this way. It shouldn’t be that just with a kiss or touch, he could make her need him. It wasn’t just a want. It was a need. And despite how sore, tender and tired she was all around, she couldn’t think of anything more soul satisfying than a morning post-breakfast romp.

Finding herself in his lap now, her hands came to his shoulders and when their lips parted, Mallory was already panting. Her need was obvious, even as he teased her. She just smiled a sort of shy smile and shrugged her shoulders. “I do owe you one. I mean, after the five orgasms you gave me in succession last night...” Was it even an ‘I owe you’ or was it revenge because those five orgasms killed her. And after the shit he pulled today with the rude awakening…
Oh yeah, it wasn’t an ‘I owe you.’ This was payback. It was war. She just wouldn’t tell him that.

She was being coy. Harrison rarely had an issue with a woman being coy, especially when she was in his lap, and he could clearly feel that she was most certainly ready for more. In all truth, he wasn't surprised. There was a certain number of wmen that he'd been with that had gotten a touch...insatiable if he stayed around them. The thought of more of what he did tended to drive some of them to distration. And he was never one to complain about it. Long years of practice had give him what he needed to make such a thing happen, and why not reap the benefits? It only made sense. And if she was willing to see it as a debt owed to him...well, he was hardly going to complain.

"Well then Miss Joyner...exactly how do you plan to repay that particular debt?" Harrison asked, one hand coming to idly toy with a few loose strands of her hair. Mallory clearly took good care of herself, and he had to admit, he'd always had a weakness for well kept hair on a woman. And having her hair done up, it was a tease, much like an attractive woman wearing an outfit that made clear the curves of her body but showed no real skin. Mallory had given him enough to be pleased with. "Did you have something...specific in mind?" he asked her his hand coming around to the back of her head, making his own preparation. if she didn't have an answer soon, he'd simply pull her close, adn toss her onto the breakfast bar.

She smiled a knowing smile, the one that told a secret but gave it away just with the look in her eyes. It didn’t actually specify what she would do but it said enough and that was more than enough for her. That was all that mattered. The single look. Her head tilted, her smile still clear on her face and then she shook her head. “You know, now that I think about it, I was going to owe you one.” She started, getting off of his lap but stood in between his legs, her hands on his thighs.

“But…now that I think about it, I think it all became negated the moment you woke me up the way you did this morning. See…now I don’t think you deserve anything to really show my gratitude for the five orgasms.” She was doing her hardest not to wear a shit-eating grin on her face. “So, perhaps you should just get your clothes and go on home and get ready for the day, what do you say?” Her hand moved over his inner thigh and closer to what lay concealed underneath those pants, those same pants that looked divine on him. Granted, anything looked amazing on him. He was Harrison Trenton. Lawyer by day, sex god by night.

Idly, she started to undo his pants and reached in, pulling him out free and she started to stroke him, her head lifting up to look up at him through her eyelashes. “Or…” She started. “I could be real mean…” She whispered, her gaze dropping from his to his member before she slid down onto her knees and let her tongue come out. She tasted him. And he tasted as divine as he made love to a woman, he tasted divine just like how his touch was on her body. Everything about him screamed perfection that while her tongue licked along him and she succumbed to actually sucking the head in her mouth, she almost forgot what was her real intention? Oh right, torture the fuck out of this man!

She did even worse and took him further into her mouth, giving a couple of strokes with her mouth and hand, letting him get a real good feel before pulling her mouth off abruptly. In a flash, Mallory stood up as fast as she could and backed away from him. “And leave you high and dry.” And with that, she turned to make her hasty getaway.

Harrison kept his breathing steady as Mallory slid him into her mouth, and was impressed by how her tongue work went. It was better than expected. But then she did stand up, and turn away from him. High and dry indeed. Harrison norrowed his eyes, adn things slowed down for him as his adrenaline surged into him. So that was how she wanted to play things? There were a very few things that Harrison would not tolerate, adn this, this was one of them. He was off of the stool in an instant, hands going around mallory, and lifting her up off of the ground slightly.
"Or perhaps I can show you precisely why I've never been left high and dry." He whispered to her ear, teeth reaching out to drag along the back of her ear. He half turned, putting her betwen him and the breakfast bar, but still with her back to him. The clothes she wore were...nice. Perfectly servicable for work at the firm. And in a single instant, they were not any longer. Harrison set her down, and his hands moved up to just below her breasts, and slid into teh space between buttons. He pulled out, both hands pulling on the vest, tearing the buttons free, before repeating the gesture on her blouse, beofre bringing a hand up to her jaw,and pulling her back against him, turning her face to his, and planting a fiery kiss that smoked of lust and want. Harrison Trenton wanted this moment, and by the Gods, he was going to have it!

he used his hips t push her forward onto the breakfast bar, toppling a stool as he did, before losing a level of patience with her clothes, and gripping the back of her vest, wrenching. The seam down the middle tore cleanly, letting him push it out of the way. The blouse was light enough not to need anything more than a pull to expose the smooth skin of her back to him. He leaned forward, putting enough pressure on her back to press her into the countertop slightly, but not enough to hurt her. He was reaching aroudn to the front of her pants as he spoke to her again.
"Are you ready then Mallory?" He whispered fiercely, veyr little restrain in his voice now as he got the button of her pants open. He moved down to bit her shoulder, hard enough that there was a mark there afterwards.

She really didn’t get far. She might have taken a step or two but then she felt hands on her and she squealed. “Harrison—“ She started but instantly shut up by what he said. It sounded like a threat yet it sounded like a very tantalizing offer. She was about to be ‘punished’ sort of and she couldn’t wait for it. Her body responded so willingly to him, she didn’t even try to deny him or push him away. She wanted him and the way he went about it…

She gasped when he ripped her vest and blouse open, exposing her bra covered breasts to him. She was too lost in the moment to even care that he just ripped her clothes, even far too distracted to feel how he ripped them even further. With how she was wedged between him and the breakfast bar, awaiting with much anticipation, she didn’t care one bit. She was just waiting for him and wondering why he was taking so long, it was killing her. But perhaps this was her punishment really for trying to pull a fast one on Harrison Trenton. She wondered briefly if any woman had succeeded?

His lips to hers and she was putty in his hands. She moaned into it, melting in his arms as she kissed him back, desperately trying to keep up with this unbelievable god. She was so ready but hardly able to register anything, it was all happening so fast. Her hands gripped the edge of the bar and she moaned softly, her head tilting and her eyes closing to half lids. “Harrison…” She gasped his name, one hand reaching up and around the back of his neck, her head moving to the side to look at him. “I’m so ready.” She moaned, as if just waiting ached her.

He left her so wanton. This was all his fault. Really and truly.

Esther went to the book store. The half priced book store where she was able to find some really good and lucky finds. She had about six books in one bag. She was really preparing for tonight after she finished Never Been Kissed.
Next stop was the supermarket where she got two big cartons of ice cream. One flavor was cookie ‘n’ cream and the other was strawberry with actual strawberry chunks in it. She was on her way back home but as her luck would have it, she would get stuck in traffic. Ugh, she sometimes really hated living in Manhattan. She should just move to Brooklyn. It’d be so much easier!

Harrison smiled to himself, seeing at how Mallory was reacting. It hadn't taken much. And now he did feel like he was going to make this count. It only took a deft flick of his fingers to pop her bra open, and he dragged her off of the count enough to pull it from her body. It only took an instant to press her back to the counter. It had looked like dark granite, but it was just a veneer. Regardless, it was cold under his touch, and he pulled the shredded remains of her shirts off. He paused, about to toss half of a vest aside before getting a flash of inspiration. He leaned forward as he gripped her arms, and moved them behind her.
"You've done a terrible thing Mallory Joyner." He murmured to her, as he put the remains of the vest on her wrist, and tied them in place, right over the small of her back. She couldn't see him, but he wore a wicked grin on his face as he let the zipper of her pants slide down, and then hooked fingers into both the waistlines of her pants and panties, drawing them both down, exposing her ass and entrance to him.

"And do you know what happens to people who do terrible things?" He asked, leaning over again, letting his own pants drop to the floor. He hadn't bothered getting himself back into them fully anyway. "We do terrible things to them in return." His hand came around to land fimrly on her left ass cheek, before getting behind her, and rubbing the head of his member against her entrance, sliding it along, before just pressing the head into her. He backed out again, using a finger to reach out and rub her clitoris, spiking her on. Gods, she must be nearly out of her mind by now! His thought process was rolling around, but he admitted he was thoroughly enjoying this process. He liked it when a woman thought to tease him. His retaliations were swift, sudden, and in their own way, very encouraging. He rubbed the head against her again, before starting to back out, drawing out the tease just a little more, but by then he was done playing as well, and lunged back in, burying himself in her in a sudden stroke. His hand gripped her shoulder for leverage, adn he started to move. His hips pounded furiously, driving into her over and over again. He was losing any real sensability, adn only want ed to find his own release at this point, and if she got hers as well, so much the better. His breathing was ragged, and his hand moved to her back, hand between her shoulder blades, keeping her pressed into the counter.

The way he was talking to her, the way he said it all, all the while he finished to undress her, Mallory was losing her grip very easily. Her body moved to his manipulation, like she was the puppet and he was the very sexy puppet master. With her bare torso pressed to the cold countertop, she felt the shivers run up her spine. Her body was so warm and compared to that, the countertop of the breakfast was so cold. If her nipples weren’t already hard, they were now!

She didn’t answer his question. It wasn’t one of those kinds. It was just a question to linger, the depth of his voice, the silky texture of it and how it made her feel so dirty for doing what she did, only setting to arouse her further. It’s not like she desired to be treated like a dirty and naughty girl. No, but just the idea of it, the way he was going to take her and how he was treating her, it turned her on even more than she already was. She was so wet.

Then he was there, teasing her and she moaned softly, pushing her bottom out. Her wrists were tied behind her back, that spank he dealt her really got her going and if he wasn’t right there, she might pull a hulk move, rip through the restraints around her wrists and tackle him down. He was doing this on purpose, oh he so was because he was making a point. Well point well proven and taken Harrison, she just wanted him do be inside of her already.

“Harrison…please…” She moaned out in a plea. He was killing her with this, it was so much torture. She couldn’t take it anymore and just when she was about to maybe do something, he surprised her again when he finally showed mercy and pushed in, all the way. She moaned long, deep and loud, her eyes closed and her right cheek pressed firmly against the counter, as was her torso. Her bottom pushed back into his front and she rocked with each thrust, rocked even harder when she would met his thrust. Her moans kept coming out, she unable to be silent. The way he was taking her, it was like last night but more. If he kept this up and while he kept touching her in the right places that made her truly tick, it’d be only a few more moments at best.

The key pushed into the lock as she held three bags in one hand. It wasn’t difficult but they were a little bit heavy, mostly because of all the books. Pushing the door open after unlocking it, Esther walked inside and dropped the bag of books by the door. She hoped Mallory and Harrison were gone. She might even get to sneak a bite of—
Right after she shut the door, Esther heard sounds. She thought they were coming from Mallory’s room. Perhaps they were still here and decided for a second round, not thinking to shut the door?
“Pervs.” But she couldn’t help her smile. At least someone was getting some and if anything, Harrison seemed to be really into his secretary which was good for him and good for Mallory. Even if Esther might have wished she could…especially after the dream she had…she’d never steal another sister’s man. No way. Besides, it had been so long since she dated someone, let alone even had sex. In college, her sex life deteriorated the more she studied and paid less attention to Chad. How long has it been? Almost four years?

So if she ever got back in the sack, she’d be terrified. Has sex changed at all? It’s been so long, it might have. Then again—

Okay, it probably had considering people apparently didn’t have sex anymore in bedrooms! Esther was standing right before this entire scene. Nakedness everywhere, moans filled the entire apartment louder and they…were…fucking…on…the breakfast…bar. Her bag of ice creams slipped from her hands that suddenly became sweaty and her cheeks heated up and turned red. Not out of embarrassment or shyness. Anger, if anything. She didn’t know why she was so angry. But she was. Maybe because even if he had apologized and Mallory hadn’t yet, she was driven out of her apartment. It was her apartment too! She even paid some rent months for Mallory when she just couldn’t afford it.

She didn’t say anything. No, she instead retreated back into herself and turned away. With a heavy huff, Esther made her way out of the apartment, took her keys from the keyhole and slammed the door shut. She slammed it shut so hard, she even felt the vibrations outside of it. Just as she was sure it reverberated throughout the place. It wasn’t a huge place.

Mallory screamed, her orgasm found her. It snuck up on her. One moment, she was losing herself in the delicious build up, next she knew she was falling so hard, it was like she was on that one ride that took you up slowly and then dropped down so hard, you screamed. So she did. Because it was an intense orgasm, so intense she felt her legs shake, threatening to give out and her entire body turn to jello. It was that good. Harrison was that good. So good, she was too much in her own world to notice anything. Notice her roommate coming in and seeing them and then leaving. But she did feel the vibrations when hearing a loud slam. She thought it was the mighty Harrison stallion behind her.

Oh, she was begging! It was just too perfect for Harrison! She was pushing back to him as best she could, and that helped move him along, but the whole thing was a tantalizing mix of dominance and lust, and Mallory seemed to be eating it up as much as she could. He was fixated enough that he didn't notice the changes to the background quickly, and he glanced up, and for just a moment, saw that there was an audience. Esther had dropped her bags, and was about to leave the apartment. He knew he was going to hard to stop now, and he had no intention of chasing her naked into the hall to explain. Their was the perverse impulse in his mind to cal out to her, and invite her to join them. After all, there was a certain appeal in making things easier on the two women. No need to feel envious of one another when they could both share him! He thought the chances of that were slightly higher than a God reaching down and patting him on the head. The door slammed right after Mallory began to scream out an orgasm.

Harrison was fairly close behind her, grinding himself into her, before groaning out as he came. He shot deeply into her, before reaching up, and contrary to what was likely expected, he actually tightened the bindings on her arms. With a wicked grin, and added the other half of the vest, keeping her secured. He slid himself out of her, and eased the pressure on her back. He moved his head so he could see her more clearly. Esther was gone, and there was no point in fretting about it now. And that did mean that they had a little more time. And he intended to make the most out of it.
"Now then Miss Joyner." he said to her faintly, before lifting her off of the bar, and sliding her carefully to her knees on the floor, but gently enough to not hurt her. "Would you care to finish what you started?" He asked her, but the question had a certain air to command to them. Hinting that she might not like the result if she didn't. He was actually quite glad of the vest remains. They were sturdy enough when layered, and he was confident in their ability to hold her hands. After all, he'd tied stronger women with less. The thought brought a smile to his face, and he turned to face her, his member still fully errect.

Her body was left in some serious bouts and spasms of delicious aftershocks after that orgasm. Did he really expect her to be able to continue on? She wasn’t sure she’d be able to. She was still so tired after last night and while this had been amazing, one time was good enough, right?
Panting hard, she groaned softly as she felt him leave her and then turn her around. She had no idea that Esther came and left. Her friend was the farthest thing from her mind. No, Mallory was too wrapped up in all of this to focus on anything else. It was just Harrison, sweaty bodies, lots of breathing and a throbbing tool that left her a writhing mess in orgasmic bliss.

On her knees now and also realizing that her wrists were better and more firmly bound, she looked up at him tiredly and bit her lower lip. “Mm, I suppose.” Even if she was tired, she could still play. “I don’t think you deserve it yet. That was a really rude wake up call Mr. Trenton.” She whispered, leaning forward to press a kiss up the underside of his member before letting her tongue come up and drag up against it until the tip circled around the head before she sucked on it. She moaned softly against him and then pulled back, licking her lips. “Mm, yummy.” She bit her lower lip and looked up at him.

Esther got back into her car and she just drove. She was seething. It didn’t even feel like that was her home. Twice. She was just…tired. She didn’t sleep well the day before, she didn’t sleep well that night even if she was on the balcony and maybe she was just being cranky.

Couldn’t they just go bump uglies at his place and leave her place alone? She’d be forever grateful. If it meant getting real sleep. And not being driven mad. Was she jealous? She was. Now? She was furious and wished she had nothing to do with them for the while. She wanted to tell Mallory to just go away and she didn’t want to go to this meeting. She just…wanted to be away from these people. It was just…

She pulled into a parking spot on the side of the road. It was the firm. With a heavy sigh, she got out of the car and went to the nearest gas station that was near by and walked in. She pulled her card out and looked at the cashier. “Can I get a pack of Marlboro menthol’s? Tall’s?” She asked and smiled gratefully. She showed her ID and also got a lighter and paid the ten dollars for the entire purchase. After walking out, she packed it and then took one out, lighting it and took a deep drag.

It had been almost two and a half years since she last smoked. She missed it. She swore she would quit and stay having quit when she would teach. But desperate times call for desperate measures. She needed it and it felt so good. Consider this an emergency pack.

Oh, she was planning to be coy again, was she? He could hardly blame her to be honest, thinking about it. After all, the last time she'd done it he'd done quite a bit to her that she certainly hadn't complained about. But here she was again. Harrison narrowed his eyes. He'd have to get rather creative this time, but fortunately, he was well versed in that particular art. He slid a pair of stools over, setting them together, And crouching down to get a hold of Mallory. He pulled her to her feet, and promptly laid her out on the stools. He walked around to her face, and tilted it up so she could look him in the eye.
“Such a naughty thing. That get's punished around here you know.” he said in a voice that was full of promise, promise of cold, ruthless retribution, and hot, glorious joy. But she had not yet given Harrison what it was he wanted yet, and he was going to get it. “Now then Miss Joyner. You have a service to perform.” he told her. His hand wrapped around the handle of a plastic cutting board, and he smiled. “And I have to make sure you know what comes from not keeping up your end of the bargain.” He brought the board down on her ass, glad of the extra reach it gave him, and the flat, slapping sound it made filled the apartment.

He struck again, while using his free hand to keep her face lined up. He slid his member in between her lips, feeling the warm, soft sensation of her tongue and lips. It was one he could get used to. He slid in slowly, savouring the feeling of it all, and giving her time to fully appreciate what was about to happen. After all, had she simply given him what he was after, she'd still have the ability to control exactly how deep he was intending to go. After six inches, he felt like he was getting to the back of her throat. He backed up a few inches, and started to work on her. The cutting board came down every few strokes, that slap giving him a little more incentive each time he did it. His hips were in rapid motion, his hand still there to keep her braced. He waited until she took a moment to look up at him, to see the wicked grin he wore on his face, the warning of what he was about to do next. Shifting his grip, he pressed forward again. He felt the head of his member contact the back of her throat, and because of the angle, how her head was tilted forward, he slid right in.

He gasped at the feeling, It wasn't often that he found a woman that was able to do this, and the discovery was a welcome one. He kept his moves quick, but steady, making sure Mallory could find the rhythm to keep her breath. Now he was faster, and he brought that cutting board down on her ass harder, and with every other stroke now. The board was wide enough that it covered her entire ass with each strike, and it was beginning to blossom a beautiful red from the repeated impact. Panting, he shoved himself into Mallory's throat for a moment, and groaned, shooting directly down her, before sliding out. The motion caused him to jerk a little on the way out, leaving a trail of his seed. His eyes were blazing, She wasn't finished, and he couldn't have that! He had maybe one last one in him and he grabbed her, rolling her off of the stools. He softened her fall, but simply swung his leg over, straddling her, and getting between her legs. He plunged back into her, pulling her close to him, and planting a blazing, fiery kiss on his lips, free hand squeezing a breast hard, before moving down to massage her clitoris as he worked his hips, looking for nothing but to get her one last orgasm for the morning.

Mallory was his to do as he pleased. She had several kinky bones in her and she had a feeling that he was going to give an especially kinky one. Bone. Boner. Same difference.
A gasp came from her when she was laid out on the stools, wrists still bound behind her back. She looked at him as he guided her to and she licked her lips, slowly and deliberately.
A smile graced her face and shrugged lightly, innocently almost, but her eyes said anything but innocent. Her eyes screamed that of a naughty vixen and that’s exactly what Mallory was right now. A naughty vixen. Who lived to tease.

She was so distracted by him and what he was saying, that she didn’t even see when he grabbed the plastic cutting board. She only knew when it came down on her bottom and she gasped out loud and then groaned deeply, a smile once more etching onto her face. Mm, Harrison Trenton had a kinky side. This she could very much get down with.

The next series of actions had her overwhelmed but in that way where she was filled to the brim with sexual tension and energy. She had no gag reflex. She actually found that out all over again when he shoved himself into her mouth and gradually started to thrust like he did when he had her bent over the countertop. She moaned against him, choked lightly but not really gagged. Her eyes kept open to watch him and each time he’d bring that board down on her bottom, she moaned deeply against him, letting the vibrations tremor through him.

The he released his delicious seed and her eyes fluttered closed and she groaned oh so appreciatively, taking each drop. Swallowing the last bit, she looked up at him, panting now and still so needing. This entire bit turned her on so much that she was now just waiting for a nice release, hoping he’d take mercy on her and fuck her like there was no tomorrow, hell like there no meeting in a little bit. And then he did and it was the most gratifying thing ever. To be taken bareback like this on the kitchen floor, like they were two humans possessed with this innate need to screw until they didn’t know who they were.

She cried out through this last orgasm, straining her wrists in her desire to break through and claw the hell out of his back. She cried out, screamed his name and as the last wave washed over her, she was in aftershock bliss, her walls still clenching around him and her body feeling far too good for her own well being. She was more than satisfied yet still craved him, but for now, was utterly spent and the day hadn’t even begun.

Esther took the last drag of her now near finished cigarette, never a fan of getting too down to the filter. Leaning back against the wall, she lifted her leg and snubbed the ember against the heel of her boot before flicking the butt away. She was in one of those mood of being a chain smoker. After all, it had been a while and considering everything today, one cigarette just wasn’t enough. So she took out another. She had the time. Lit it up and took a deep drag. Nothing like that first drag of each cigarette to really calm her down completely. Resting her head back against the wall, one foot coming up and pressing back against the wall, her knee bent and her free arm crossed over her chest she was in heaven. No one could ruin her bubble on the busy street. No one. Not one bit!

The discarded cigarette but bounced off of a shoe. A very well made, expensive looking shoe. That shoe walked forward, and stopped beside Esther.
“That's littering you know. One of those unsympathetic people in blue uniforms might cite you for that, and then you'd be up to you eyeballs in trouble.” A voice from above the shoe said in a jovial tone, as though he was enjoying the idea of explaining a police ticket to a person. Above the shoe was a pant leg, made of a very fine blue wool, lighter than might be expected, almost sky blue. A suit jacket that matched was above that, followed by a white dress shirt, and tie to match the rest of the suit. Above that was a face that seemed terribly amused. It was an open, friendly face, a few lines of age on it to show that there was some mileage on the man. His hair was a light brown, just starting to thin now, with a few faint streaks of grey shot through it. He leaned on the wall beside Esther, and pulled out a case, and slid out a long cheroot. He lit it with a wooden match, and then turned to her, cheroot between his teeth. “S'a bad habit miss. A pretty lady ought not mar her good looks with a smoke cloud.” He turned to look out at the street. “ 'course, a cantankerous curmudgeon like me wouldn't look right without a smoke of some kind.” He mused to no one in particular. It wasn't entirely sure if he was actually talking to Esther, or just talking in general.

Harrison wanted to keep going, until he got off again, but he was good. He'd had enough, and now it looked as though Mallory had as well. He slid out of her, and pulled her to him for one last kiss, a heated, passionate affair that was a special silent thank you. He had the thought of not quite being done with teasing her. But right then, he needed his shirt, his tie, and his jacket. It wasn't likely he'd have the time to get across town to his apartment to change and shower, but fortunately he could take care of that at the office, and that would give him time to do what he needed to. He stood up, and pulled Mallory to her feet.
“I think that should about cover things between us for now.” He told her, his tone lazy and languid. He was clearly in a good state. “I think we should get ready for the meeting. Don't want to be late after all.” He ran a finger along the line of her jaw, leaning forward as though to kiss her again. He pulled away, and walked to her room, finding his shirt, and grinning wickedly. He hadn't untied her. She'd have to come to him and ask if she wanted to get loose.

She was snapped out of her own little happy bubble by an unwelcome opinion and her eyes forced themselves open to look upon her offending intruder. Did he not realize that she was not in the mood? That she was attempting to repair her mood and her entire day really by smoking away what was left of her lungs after a couple of years or so of rehabilitation from cigarette smoking. Still though, in response to his remark, she took in a deep drag from her cigarette and blew it out. Not necessarily at him, that wasn’t her intention but rather than cloud herself with the excess blown out smoke, she made a cloud around him. It made a smile twitch at the corners of her mouth, her own amusement rising to a peak. “Oh? Well I think I might be able to dazzle said officer of authority with my…” Her eyes rolled up to the heavens as if in thought of the right word before she finished with, “…wits.”

Pushing herself off the wall, she turned and extended her free left hand to hold her against the wall, facing this man. To his compliment, she snorted lightly, not the most ladylike sound and turned her face away, letting her hair cascade around it to hide the blush coloring her cheeks. No, she wouldn’t be affected by a man who intruded her bubble, her happy place that burst faster than bubbles in the air. Looking back at him, her head tilted and she smiled a secret smile. “So all in all you mean to say you’re a hypocrite using this chance for a smoke to stand beside said lady with good looks—your words, not my own—in hopes of what exactly?” She challenged. Oh, what a rise of a confidence she didn’t know. Then again, he didn’t overwhelm her. No, he was attractive in that jolly, jovial way and yet, there was a pull, allowing her to be curious enough to apparently flirt the way she currently was. First saying she’d flash a police officer and then challenging him as far as his current intentions were. Yes, she might just be on a roll with this flirting escapade she had going on. A day in the life of Esther Martin. It truly was unpredictable.

Mallory regained some sense of consciousness, not that she actually passed out but it felt like she passed out on whatever cloud nine she was on. With a deep sigh, she leaned up enough for her lips to meet his, once more melting at the intensity of it and how it tingled her to her very core. Goodness, could this man ever affect her even more than he did now? She just might not survive if this continued to persist the way it did.

“Mm, you don’t say.” She teased, her sarcasm thick in her tone even with her current state of exhaustion. Yet the best kind of exhaustion as her head was clouded still with post-orgasmic bliss.

Being brought to her feet, she leaned into him a little bit for balance before regaining some of her composure and equilibrium enough to be remotely functional and not lean on him forever for support. Looking up, she smiled a lazy and tired smile and nodded, leaning in for another kiss only to be severely disappointed. Men and their need to have the last action. Disappointed and feeling a deep sense of being left dissatisfied even after that rigorous session, Mallory trudged to her room, not even realizing she was still bound. It was only after she saw him again did she seem to realize. With a small huff, she dragged her tired and lazy body and brushed passed him. “Would you mind Mr. Trenton? I believe I am left useless otherwise.” Unless this was his way of going for another round by making her have no other choice but to come to him to untie. Esther wasn’t there. They had scared her off. She realized this now when she noticed bags that weren’t there before. Did she feel bad? Maybe, just the slightest smidgen of guilt. No regret. And definitely not enough to ruin her high after some amazing, kinkified sex. Perhaps he’d show mercy.

The man could only smile at her reaction, The cloud of smoke that came to linger around him was driven away in a bluish haze from his own cheroot. He grinned at her.
“Don't really care for the word hypocrite. 'sides, doesn't seem applicable. Said a pretty lady shouldn't smoke. And I am not pretty, nor am I a lady. So fer me...smokin's all right. Fer you...can't amke out the pretty through all the smoke sometimes.” He winked at her. She was getting some spark in her, just as he'd hoped. Women without a spark were a boring thing, and he was glad he'd guessed right with this one. “As for my intentions, well, maybe I like the art of conversation. Maybe I think it's a dying art, and should still be practised. Or maybe I wanted to know if the pretty lady liked to eat. And if she did, maybe she might want some company while she did it. After all, I'm known to make fine reservations. And I'm enough of a traditionalist to insist that the night is on me. So what do you say Miss? Did you like to eat? And if you do, would you be willing to stoop to sharing a meal with me tonight?” He ashed his cheroot, that open, friendly smile never leaving his face.

Harrison smiled as Mallory came into the room, hands tied, and finally asked to be untied. It was fine by him. He reached over, and worked the knots loose, and let her hands free. He turned her around, and rather than offer her another tease, he kissed her again, a pleased, almost grateful kiss that she seemed to have a sense of humour about the whole thing. He separated from her, and quickly leaned up to kiss her forehead affectionately. He stepped away from her, and lifted his shirt, shrugging into it. He looked over his shoulder to her.
“Perhaps I could interest you in some dinner?” He suggested idly. “Perhaps tonight, after we're done, we could pick have it sent home, spend some time?” He was buttoning his shirt, and fully realizing that he was definitely going to need that shower at the office after that last round.

Wow, this guy was blunt and that response was certainly not what she was expecting. She blinked her eyes, she flicking the ash from her cigarette and stood there, stunned into silence. Did he just…did he just…ask…her out?
Biting her lower lip, she shifted on her feet a little bit, completely and totally unnerved by the fact he kept smiling that smile which just made him that more attractive. He was just…different and even if he might not have been traditionally attractive for a guy—hell she often thought of herself as untraditionally attractive for a woman, that Mallory had more of it going on—Esther still found him incredibly attractive. He exuded so much confidence and it was a true statement that someone with that much confidence, who was at least sure of themselves to do what this man was doing, was damn attractive. Not to say he didn’t at least have the physical appeal. She found his smile to be so adoring. That’d be something lovely to wake up to. Perfect start of the day. Exactly what she had been missing this morning. Some sunshine in her life

“Um…” Whatever wittiness she had in her went down the tubes. So much for dazzling this guy with her own wits!
Clearing her throat, she snubbed her half smoke cigarette on the bottom of her heel and was about to toss it aside but he said it was littering. Well since when did she listen to anyone these days? She flicked it away, but away from him and then ran her hand through her hair. “Okay.” She said finally. “I like to eat. I love to eat in fact. And I suppose company wouldn’t be a terrible thing.” She said softly. “But here’s the problem, Stranger. I don’t know you. So…maybe I could suddenly come to know you if we could exchange names? Because back to the point of conversation being a dying art, in said conversation, names tend to be exchanged. For example,” she started and extended her hand out to his. “My name is Esther. It’s a pleasure to meet you. What’s yours?”

Her wrists were finally free and when she turned, she rubbed them in jest, like when someone had just been released of their handcuffed bonds after so long and they rub their wrists. Granted, her wrists didn’t hurt but it seemed appropriate enough considering what he did to her while they were bound. The entire time. She smiled fondly at the recent memory and leaned into him when he kissed her. She smiled her fond smile into it and moved her hands up his chest, a soft ‘mm’ coming from her, before they pulled back. She liked this. She liked how Harrison was being with her. She missed this. She often didn’t know what this kind of affectionate gestures or sort of intimacy between two people was like. Sure, Mallory dated here and there but she never held a relationship as long as say Esther and Chad. And she had a hand in ruining that one, but Esther didn’t know that.

Still, she had to be fortunate now to be with a man who could be this way with her. It didn’t mean they were suddenly together. No, but it did mean there could be a chance and it was a chance she wanted to take. She wanted to be with Harrison Trenton. End of.
“I’d like that. Did you want to bring it back here or to your place?” She wasn’t sure what he might be feeling, especially considering how they seemed to drive Esther out. Yeah, now that they were done having sex, she was feeling a little bit. “Y-You think we could go to your place? Or…get a hotel room if you don’t want to do that. I think it might be a good idea if Esther had the place to herself. And…didn’t walk in to find her roommate being pounded by…well her boss.” She giggled as she said it. Okay it was funny too but at the same time, she did feel bad. Honest!
Grabbing her towel, she wrapped it around her naked frame and sat down at the foot of her bed. She’d need another shower. Definitely.

Harrison did smile as Mallory sank onto the bed.
"The thought was...not lost on me. She's had a rough morning overall, and could use a break. My apartment should be fine. I've nothing to hide there." He said casually, and smiled at her. A thought crossed his mind. "How do you feel about lobster?" He asked her. "I know an excellent place that can bring it to my apartment. We won't have to leave, and we can have some of the very best delivered straight to the door." The truth of his offer did hide a fact. He just really wanted to try the lobster from this place again. The last time he'd done it, the food had been nothing short of utterly divine. Mallory or not, he was wating another round of the lobster. And he was interested in seeing how the two of them interacted outside of both work and sex, since thus far, that was about as elaborate as their relationship had managed to get. Doing their jobs, and then spending the time for some reasonably mind numbing sex. Not that there was anything wrong with that per se, but if it was goign to continue, he wanted to know that there was something more to the two of them than just that. Else he'd have to politely let Mallory down. And possibly get her a transfer to a different Lawyer. Maybe Lloyd. Gods knew the man could use someone to try and get his life semi-organised.

THe man threw his arms in the air, cheroot smoking from his fingers.
"Of course! Where are my manners!" he actually pat the pockets of his suit, and checked inside of his jacket pockets as well. "Well, not here, that explains it then." He gave her a cheeky grin. He reached out his own hand, and took hers. "nd I'm Caughlin. Pleased to meet you Esther. He held onto her hand, not actually shaking it, before bending at the waist, and planting a gentle kiss on the back of her hand. He winked at her, and released her hand. "So if you're still interested in that dinner, I promise it'll be a night that you'll not forget easily." He gave her another choice wink. Despite his age, he carried himself like a man barely out of his twenties at best. "So I hope you've a nice dress. The reservation will have a dress code that we'll have to adhere to."

Mallory was thankful for that, to say the least. He wouldn’t mind taking her to his apartment, even to have dinner with her too! An honor. That and he clearly thought that there was more to them than just boss and employee with the added benefit of a delicious bang here and there. Good, that meant what she felt and thought wasn’t one sided. Perhaps. He was willing to try and damn straight, she was more than willing to try. She had a crush on this man since she started working for him.
“Lobster?” She asked, tilting her head. She loved seafood. From what she tried of it, she hadn’t tasted anything she didn’t like and she was one who would try anything once. Within reason of course. Snails were a no go. As he explained for their dinner that evening, she smiled a little too brightly. “I’d like that. I really would.” There was no doubt about it really.

Esther couldn’t hold back the giggle that came from her. This man, if anything, was hilarious. She could use some laughter. It at least made her not want another cigarette. Which was good. Her progress in quitting before wouldn’t be completely in vain. Back to gum-chewing for a while. After this pack.
He didn’t shake her hand. He just held it. Names were exchanged and she smiled, about ready to take her hand back from the odd lack of handshake. Until he dropped a kiss to the back of hers and her eyes brightened up as well as widened a bit, her jaw threatening to drop. What. A. Gentleman. While she should feel flattered, she also felt her defenses rise up now, if not more than usual. What was the catch?
“I’d love to.” She said softly. What would be the harm? “So long as you’re okay with the pressure of holding your own when you say it will be a night I won’t forget easily.” She replied playfully though there was a semblance of honesty in there and expectancy. He said it. Why wouldn’t she want to make sure it was seen through? “So…” With her hand still in his, she not even realizing. He kind of stunned her from that kiss on the back of her hand. Not a gesture she thought she’d ever experience to be perfectly honest. “Shall I give you my number or you give me mine? Or should we skip that and go straight to my address?”

Caughlin gave her a grin. It wasn't hard for him to read her reaction to the hand kiss. It wasn't something that people really did too often anymore, feeling it was either silly, poitnless or outdated. Which of course only encouraged him to do it more often. Being outmoded in your way of courtesy actually made you more polite than the average person. And that could be a serious advantage.
"You just tell me wher to pick you up, and I'll be there at seven thirty to get you. In style." Caughlin promised her. "Whenever I promise a lady time she'll never forget, I make sure I deliver it." He shot her another wink. He was clearly enjoying this. And more than a little. To be on the street, chatting, and actually flirting/asking out a woman younger than he was... it was a way to feel young, vibrant, and to show a lady a good time as well. And honestly, this young lady looked like she could use it.

Harrison finished shrugging his suit jacket on, finding the bottle of rotgut still in the pocket. Well, that was going on the shelf in the office! He took a few steps to get close to Mallory, and bent low, planting a kiss on the top of her head. He wasn't sure he trusted her if he did anything more. Hell, he wasn't sure he trusted himself not to do more! And as much as it might be interesting to let her get into the shower, and quietly follow her in, press her into the shower wall, and tell her of all the things he'd do to her and then-

He was going to have to get the hell out of this room. And right the hell now. He nodded to her.
"The meeting shouldn't take long. Esther knows the way into the building now, so she shouldn't need an escort. If you'd get the papers drawn up so we can lay this case to rest, I'll join you in the work as soon as I'm finished. We shoudl be able to get it finished tonight, and then I can just take you home to dinner, and we can go from there." He told her. "But I'll have to get moving, or I'll be late. See you later today." He smiled, resting a hand on her shoulder, and made his escape. He stopped in the kitchen, moving Esther's bags of ice cream into teh freezer. he wasn't sure if Mallory would remember, and there was no sense in it going to waste.

The drive helped him find a centre in the chaos. Being with Mallory was...complicated. And growing more so. But to be honest, he was enjoying things so far, even if she was a cheeky little thing. He smiled at that last thought. She might have some difficulty sitting down for a few days after what he'd done to her ass that morning. With sigh, he pulled into the parking area for the firm, and started for the employee entrance. It was shaping up to be a nice day. His office was still right how he left it, and he made use of the smallish shower inside, and changed into a different suit. Setting up shop in the board room was a simple matter, laying out all of the files to prove that Sleeman had no real case, and was grasping at straws. He sighed and leaned back in his chair. He hoped Esther got here before the others. He needed to apologise. Again. Or at least give her something that might resemble an explanation.

With a nod of her head, she took her hand back, finally and almost reluctantly before she started digging in her bag for a scrap of paper and a pen. She always carried a pen on her. As for paper…well she wasn’t one to carry a small stack of post-it notes. She might need to invest in that. Glancing up at him as he carried on with his reassurance, Esther smiled softly and nodded her head. “Then feel the pressure.” Stepping forward, having produced a pen, she took his hand and turned a little bit into him, though facing his hand and started writing her name as well as her address, including the apartment number.

“Well then Mr. Caughlin,” she began. She knew that wasn’t his surname but he deserved a mister before it either way. “I must go. I’ll see you tonight. Seven-thirty.” She nodded her head to him and stepped away from him, turning and going right to the entrance of the firm.

As she suspected, she was early. Crap, that meant Harrison would be there. She hoped Mallory was there. Even if she didn’t want to see either of them, she just didn’t want to be alone with either of them. Hell, she hoped the entire meeting was there! But as she reached the floor after getting clearance, she saw the inside of the board room through the glass windows. Harrison was the only one in there. She saw him naked too! She closed her eyes and took in a deep breath and exhaled shakily. Easy girl. With that, she stepped forward and walked into the board room and shut the door behind her, loud enough so that it didn’t go unnoticed. “Mr. Trenton.” She nodded her head at him, hardly looking at him before walking to a chair and sitting down, placing her bag on her lap. Her head turned and she just stared out the window. Rather the window or…elsewhere.

Mallory couldn’t help the big smile that was left on her face as he left. While she did entertain the idea of him taking a shower with her, she had a feeling that it would have been unwise. So once she knew he was gone, she stood and went to her bathroom, letting her towel drop and went for her shower. The first sign she knew that her backside had been definitely given a good spanking, was when the hot water hit it and she hissed at how it soothed but also stung it. “Bastard…” She laughed under her breath.

Her shower was quick, she dressed in a navy blue pencil skirt with a light pink blouse that had cute ruffles along the strip of buttons. It was long sleeved and with it, she wore her blue heels. Her hair was done, her slight bit of make up done as well and she was driving to the firm—after cleaning up a little bit in the kitchen area and making sure what was left of her clothes had been brought to her room. Out of sight.

Arriving at the firm, she went to her desk which was seated outside of Harrison’s office, but one would have to go through her to get to the door. That was her job after all. She put her bag down and then clocked herself in. She didn’t go to the board room. She wasn’t sure if she was to be needed there or not. But when she glanced over, she saw Esther in there with Harrison. It made her curious. Should she be there and grovel at her best friend’s feet along with Harrison or simply sit in her chair and await the work to be given to her?

Etsher turned into him to write her information on his hand. It was so delightfully old fashioned! Caughlin was loving the moment, and look over her shoulder to where she was writing. His eye gravitated over a little, before snapping back to her hand. Don't look down her shirt, don't look down her shirt, don't look down her shirt, ah hell, you're looking down her shirt. Dirty old man. He smiled, having made his peace with being attracted to younger women a long time ago. It didn't cost him anything to admit he enjoyed looking down the shirt of this pretty young lady as she wrote on his hand, and a part of him wondered is she might have done it on purpose, giving him a bit of a view. But he doubted it. She didn't seem the type.
"I'll be ther Miss Esther. Don't you worry about that." He looked at his hand, and smiled. He walked over the to the curb, and leaned against a car. "Ger? Can you copy this down for me? She wrote it on my good hand."
"Yes sir. Right away." The driver said quickly, jotting down the information.
"And for fuck sakes man, I'm a lawyer, not the pope. Calm down." The driver grinned sheepishly.

Harrison looked up as Esther walked in. He looked at hs smart phone, and noted that the app he was running that let him tap into the security feed for the floor showed that the other members of the meeting weren't in yet. He nodded to himself, and then looked as Esther greeted him very formally. That was not a good sign. He sighed.
"Miss Martin." He answered her. here he was, apologizing to the same woman, less than a few hours apart, for largely the same thing. He wasn't used to this. At all. But here he was, willing to do it, because it was what should be done. And he did find that Esther's opinion of him did matter to him, for reasons he didn't care to examine at the moment. He hesitated. How did one go about apologize for bending a roommate over a breakfast bar, and fucking her senseless? Probably as simply as possible.

"I wated to speak to you before the meeting. Or after. But this should work well. I dislike apologizing for the same thing more than once, since it makes the sincerity of it be...questionable at best. But I am going to do so anyway. I am sorry that you walked into your home, and found something that made you feel unwelcome. It wasn't right of me, and there is no real excuse. All I can say is that things got out of hand, and neither me or Mallory were thinking properly. It should not have happened. And I'm sorry." Harrison told her, sighing when it was done. It wasn't much, but it was all he had right now.

The silence was a bit deafening. So to occupy her time and make her not focus on the inevitable silence that loomed over them both, she let her thoughts drift. Drift back to Caughlin. Just the very memory of him put a smile on her face and that’s what she needed most. Esther was by no means uptight, a prude or unable to understand the human urges that could spin out of control. No, she understood it well and completely. Hell, she and Chad got into a lot of trouble numerous times back in the day. They both almost got expelled because they frequented the certain spot in the university library. But…perhaps it was just she might be a bit bitter. That and it’s not even something she wanted to see. She wasn’t a voyeur and she’d like to be able to go home and not be afraid she’d see more than she ever bargained for. Harrison was doing Mallory. It was okay for those two to see each other naked. Esther wasn’t involved like that. And frankly it was both inappropriate and just downright mean. Especially considering Mallory’s behavior and attitude towards Esther since last night, treating her as if she was ‘the other woman.’

But the silence broke and Esther was ripped from her thoughts, causing her to look from the window to Harrison. She kept her eyes on his face, not daring to stray further. Because that day, she saw more than she ever expected to see. And while he was very…yum, it wasn’t appropriate. Yet, he felt the need to apologize. It’s not him that should apologize. It’s Mallory.
She managed a weak smile and nodded her head. “I appreciate that Mr. Trenton. You don’t need to apologize, though. You’re not the one that needs to at least.” And with that comment, it was clear as to whom she was referring to. Mallory Joyner. It was one thing to hear them from her room. It’s another thing to…well yeah.

Esther so badly wanted to say more, snap at him, but she couldn’t. Because her snapping was aimed towards Mallory, not Harrison. He at least tried to apologize and even if she thought it a load of bullshit since it clearly didn’t stop either of them in the first place—even after knowing she spent the night on the balcony—he was not the one she was so unbelievably angry at. It was all Mallory. So she just bit her tongue and said nothing more, looking back out the window. Make the meeting start. Please! She begged the invisible in the light sky.

Esther was understanding of a lot. She often stayed quiet, hating the confrontation terribly. She tended to give more benefits of the doubt than she should. She liked to keep an open mind. She liked to give chances. But there came a time when she did it so much that it went…underappreciated and just take advantage of. Excluding Harrison, Esther let Mallory get away with a lot. But now she had officially snapped. And she feared that if she saw her right now, she might lose her mind and tell her to pack her shit and get the fuck out. They were friends, yes. Good friends even. But Mallory was rearing an ugly side that Esther couldn’t put up with. Not that she was some saint, but it was getting to that point passed ridiculousness.

“Is Mal—Miss Joyner joining us in the meeting today?” She asked turning her head slowly to regard him after speaking her question. It’d be kind of rude and maybe a low blow to not even look at him after asking him that particular question.
Although her reasons for not wanting Mallory there were simply so she kept her temper reigned in while dealing with Donnie Disaster.

Harrison shook his head.
"No, she will not. She was only here before because of the fact I didn't want any confusion for you where the meeting was to be. She'll be drawing up the papers for the conclusion of the case. And I'm taking her to dinner tonight, so I doubt she'll be returning to your apartment for the night. I know it isn't much, but..." He trailed off as he saw that the rest of the meeting was arriving. Sleeman was looking a little harried, and Harrison gave a tight, pleased smile. The door opened, and the four people came in. This time, rather than the Vice Principal, Principal Stinson was here himself to see this through. Sleeman sat down, with Mrs. Reeves on his left, and Donnie on his right.

"Well, shall we get this over with?" Sleeman asked. Harrison nodded.
"I see no reason not to. So you claim my client has been in a pornographic film. And claim a police report to verify." Harrison stated, as though just getting the facts straight. Sleeman nodded, and slid the file folder across the table. Harrison opened it, and looked inside. It was a fairly good forgery, he had to admit. Sleeman was getting better. But he made a short reference that burst it.
"What do you say Trenton? Willing to concede the case now?"
"Not at all, since the investigating officer...a detective...Geneveive?"
"Yes. Fine reputation on her."
"Yes, she's an exemplary officer. Except that she'd have been...15 years old when this report was filed." He closed the folder, and watched Sleeman pale. "So this is a patent lie. Miss Martin was involved in no such incident, adn you'll be seeing a report from teh Bar Association about this incident Sleeman. Mr. Stinson, is there anything else?" The Principal shook his head.
"That's enough evidence for me." He answered.
"And Mrs. Reeves, are you still looking to press forward?" She shook her head.
"No. I'd rather the situation just...went away." She answered faintly. Donnie looked furious.
"Very well. Miss Martin, I take it you'll be in your class on Monday?" Stinson asked. Harrison cut off any reply.

"Mr. Stinson, I believe you're being rather premature. Miss martin was falsely accused of a crime that could have cost her her career, and now, after not even an apology, you expect her to just pretend that a grievous assault on her integrity didn't happen?" Harrison leaned forward on his elbows, fingers steepled before him. Stinson blinked.
"Well, she is a probationary teacher-" He started, but Harrison wasn't letting up.
"Not any more. By way of apology, you'll waive her remaining time as a probationary. State law indicates that Donnie may not be placed in her class, and should be barred from you school for such a false claim. Is there anything else you have in mind?" Stinson nodded.
"Yes." He looked at Esther. "There'll be a full, written and formal apology on your desk tomorrow. As well as no mark on your permanent record. Frankly, with your current performance record, I'm willing to offer you a permanent, full time position in the school, if you're willing." Harrison kept the smile from his face. It was actually a little more than he'd been hoping for. And now the principal looked like he was doing it alone, and wasn't being extorted into giving her the job. It was a good move. Stinson looked back to Harrison. "And yes, we'll waive the remaining time on her probation. Is there...any other action that is being considered?"
"Not against your institution, no. If you like, you're free to depart now." Stinson nodded, and seemed grateful to be allowed to leave. Harrison turned his gaze back to Sleeman.

"Now Harrison. My client is still young. Let's not do anything...hasty." Sleeman started, raising a hand for peace.
"Like make sure this goes on record, counter sue, and leave him educationally destitute?" harrison asked dryly.
"Yeah, that would be a good place to start."
"Give me a good reason Sleeman. Since you've given me a few very fine ones to do just that."
"We'll agree to a restraining order against Donnie, 500 feet minimum. And an apology? Written?"
"Very well. We're done here. Have a pleasant day Mrs. Reeves." The woman looked relieved that she wasn't being ruined by what her son had done, and nodded thankfully, before half dragging Donnie out of his chair, and out of the room. Sleeman looked Harrison in the eye.
"About my file..." He started.
"It's evidence against you bar trial. See you in a few months Sleeman." The lawyer hung his head, and left eh room, half dragging his feet. Harrison turned to Esther. "Well, that seemed to go pretty well." He observed.

Esther nodded her head and sat back in her chair. Well that was easy and took care of her temper. Although depending on how this meeting went, she might kill someone and it wouldn’t be Donnie. It’d be that stupid and pathetic joke and excuse of a lawyer, Sleeman. They came in and her eyes narrowed on the bastard. Really? Of all things to come up with? A porno? Was he out of his mind?! She was already seething just from when he walked in but she kept quiet. Especially since Mr. Stinson was there. Yeah, not a good idea to show her violent rage to him unless she wanted to lose her job for good this time. There’d be nothing Harrison could do then if she dug her own grave but make her lie in it.

During the exchange, Esther stayed silent but doing all she could not to lose her mind, climb onto that table, crawl over to Sleeman and throttle him with his own tie. Of course she refrained though and let the meeting play out on its own. She had to look down and bite back her own smug smile when Harrison trampled over Sleeman. Oh, this man deserved to lose his ability to lawyer. Yes he did. And for the safety of the meeting, she kept her head down until she knew a smile wouldn’t threaten to break out onto her face, a smug smile.

Then he proceeded to trample upon Mr. Stinson and she had to enjoy that just a little bit. Even if Mr. Stinson always believed her over Donnie, she still enjoyed the lengths at which Harrison was going to secure all of this for her. Looking up as they spoke, she smiled and nodded her head, but didn’t speak. Though her node and smile were gracious because she did respect Mr. Stinson. He was a hell of a principal and knew how to run a school.

At the end of the meeting, once all were gone and it was just her and Harrison once more, she looked to him and sighed softly. “Thank you so much Mr. Trenton. I cannot thank you enough.” And she meant it. All anger aside, she meant every word she said. She wasn’t mad at him to begin with. Just Mallory. And now with this heavy burden of this accusations that were once against her resolved, she could breathe easily and look forward to tomorrow. She had time before her dinner with Caughlin. In that time, not only would she prepare for the dinner, she’d also finish all the grading she had to do and make her lesson plans for the week. “If there is anything more I need to do as far as paperwork, I’d like to do that now and then go home. I have a lot of work I need to do before tomorrow.” She smiled. An actual real smile. She still had her career and nothing was tarnished. All was resolved. She’d sleep so well tonight.

Harrison shook his head.
"Any paperwork has to be filed on my end. Because it's not going to trial, you are largely done with this whole thing. In a week or so, you'll get a letter from the firm, asking if you'd be willing to complete a survey about the service you received. I'm assuming you've no complaints about how things went." Harrison said with a smile. It had been a short case, but a good one. A good woman saved from being trampled by an overzealous administration, a bad lawyer set to be disbarred, and an interesting night adn morning spent with his secretary. Overall, it had proved fruitful. He made a few notes, and stood up. "I'm stepping outside to see about another issue to resolve, but otherwise, I hope that next time we meet, it's under better circumstances." Harrison said calmly, his smile confident, and secure. He flagged one of the only interns unlucky enough to be brought in on a Sunday, and handed him the note to Mallory. It was advising her to start things forward, and add the restraining order to Donnie. It would be easier that way. Everything would be largely set for him when he got to his office.

The elevator ride down was brief, Esther beside him. He could help bu notice that she still looked...distracting in her outfit. He kept himself easily contained, though he did have the strange image of Esther pressed against the wall of the elevator, and- He broke off the thought. Apparently being with Mallory this morning had given him something of a heightened libido, and it was intruding on his thoughts. Fortunately he kept it off his mind. The firm was largely clear outside, being a Sunday, and Harrison caught sight of a car at the curb that could only belong to one man. He smiled, adn took a step towards it, when he heard a voice to his left.
"Hey!" Donnie Reeves was fast walking towards him, fists clenched. Oh, this could only end badly.
"Mr. Reeves. Something I can do for you?"
"Fuck you buddy! Who the hell do you think you are, huh?" Harrison grit his teeth.
"I'm inclined to ask you the same thing, though I doubt the terminology has penetrated you mind."
"Think you're fucking somebody, huh? Lemme show you how much your big shot lawyer shit counts for out here!" Donnie spat, making a wild right haymaker. harrison sighed as he moved his arm out to block. Such a childish reaction, and even more so, such an obvious punch showed that DOnnie had likely never had to fight anyone who had the slightest idea of what they were doing. The young arm stopped cold under Harrison's grip, and when his free hand collided with Donnie's nose, fist clenched hard, harrison was as surprised as Donnie.

Apparently his time spent on a boxing team had left him with some instincts that didn't go away easily. That and his upbringing in general. Donnie fell flat on his back, the back of his head bouncing off of the sidewalk. The boy writhed onthe ground, clutching his nose, and Harrison sighed.
"Fuck you! Fucking bastard! When I get done with you, you'll be a poor ass fucker!" Donnie managed, his voice nasal from the hit to his nose.
"Oh, indeed, press the suit. I'd better find a good lawyer to defend me! Oh wait! I know one who's already agreed to take the case!" Harrison shook his head at the stupidity displayed by this boy. He felt his temper heat a little. "You're a snot nosed little shit of a punk who's never run into anyone who won't back down from him. Now you have, and you can barely see. Maybe you should learn from that."
