Hartsfield Asylum for the Criminally Insane. The very name lays thick with a haunting presence. Dubbed the most ruthless Asylum within the united states, the asylum sat upon the outskirts of Hartsfield, a small town in southern Arkansas. Governed by Warden Grant, she houses six hundred and fifty inmates. One blustery summer day, a shipment of new //patients// arrived before the haunt. Unbeknownst to Randall, he and a band of other inmates are in the fight of their lives as they struggle to survive the horrors of the daily thrashings and the most dreaded "Cleaning Day". Fed up, Randall and this group rise up to overthrow the malicious warden once and for all.
