The Dragon Riders.

"Back in the Mideval ages the creatures of the world lived in peace with the humans of the world." An Elfen Elder was telling the new army as he gave a brief history of their past to prepare them for the worse, he continued. "Anyway, one day a strange storm took place, the very same one that is happening outside this valley right now. It came in surges but there was a dark mist that came with it, inhabitting hundreds of our kind, turning them into creatures of the night. This was called the fall of the Mideval ages or the Dark Ages. There was a all out war between the humans, the evil cretures, and, of course us. The evil creatures wanted to enslave human kind and kill us off.

"For many centuries this war was fought, and the humans remained in the dark ages. Then finally we triumphed, I along wiith my fellow Elfen Elders enchanted them to make them sleep and we were finally left in peace. However, the humans forced us into hiding because they did not want us around, they feared a repeat, so now we reside in this valley."

The Elfen Elder gestured around the valley in it's splendor. "This is where we first discovered dragons, they had been forced into hiding years before we were and they were a violent, vicious kind. We had to do something so we could live in peace with them. So the Elfen Elders met up together and we created an elite group of humans that would stumble upon 50 dragon eggs. We weaved our magic so that the dragons in the Valley became just eggs again and we went out into the world with these eggs to distribute them around where we sensed a future Elite was going to be. Then we watched as the dragons and humans formed bonds and we then made clear instuctions back to here. The dragons became trained and we lived in peace until now."

The Elfen Elder sighed and glanced down, then looked at his vast army and his fellow Elders. "Now the Evil has awoken and we must fight!"

List of Characters (Good Side)

Elves: These are the graceful creatures that roam through out the day. They love peace and beauty, and they are the medics in the Valley. They are able to weave Magic, and put enchantments over things that they feel need enchantments. They are somewhat the protectors of the valley.

Dwarves: These are the short ceatures that work in the caves, mining precious stones, to bring back as money for the Valley. They are able to perform a bit of magic but it is limited, however, they are great black smiths ad sometimes turn the metals and stones they mind into weapons. They are able to enchant these weapons to be more powerful, and they are short and stout with a strong build.

Mages: These are the wizards and witches of the valley. They are able to heal, perform magic, perform enchantments, and they are the food providers of the valley. With their cauldrons they mix up several recipes through out the day to feed eveyone.

Mermaids/ Mermans: These creatures live within the lake and the river of the valley, they provide hope and beauty through out the valley, and through tough times they pull the others out of the deep hole that they are in. They work at keeping the valley pollution free, and beautiful, they also protect it from storms and natural disasters.

Gods/ Goddesses/ Demi-Gods: These creatures are incredibly strong, and control natural events, such a storms, the growth of plants, the growth of crops, and so on. They have many powers and work with the elves as the first ones to fight.

Myriads/ Nyrads: These are the fleeting spirits that float through the trees, the rivers, they are one with the earth, the trees, and the river, and they have the power to control trees, or rivers, or any body of natural water.

Dragons: These creatures are fierce and mean, they have sharp claws, teeth, and they are Massive. They are the hunters and the main fighters, the scouts of the Valley. They venture out and hunt food for the other creatues and they are accompanied by their Riders. They also scout around for any signs of the Great Evil outside of the Valley.

The Riders: These are a elite group of 50 humans, they have such a stong bond with their dragons that they raised from a young age. They have such a strong bond that if the Rider were to die, the Dragon would die as well. They share powers, thoughts, feelings, and can feel each others pains and sorrows. They are almost inseparable and they protect each other.


List of Characters (The bad)

Ranik: These are creatures that are the Great Evil Minions. They are like the little errand and slave men of it, and they can control each and every bit of darkness, from the shadows, to the night. Their job is to scout for the Riders and the Dragons and to kill them so that it leaves the world for the Great Evil.

The Evil Dragons: These were a group of 25 dragons that went bad, and chose the dark side. They were born and raised by Erages or Evil riders. They work to create storms and fights to lure the good dragons out.

Erages (Evil Riders.): They too joined the dark side, they were human and there was 25 of them, they pledged their loyalty to the Great Evil and have the power to create war, chaos, and hate among the humans so that the Great Evil can become more powerful and rise up.
