This is Miji's search thread, which Miji has made in an attempt to find some fellow literate Roleplayers for some one-on-one roleplays. Miji only plays over PM; sorry to all of you thread lovers out there. ;~:
Miji has been playing off and on for about ten years now, so don't worry about Miji, she knows what she's doing. ;D Miji tries to match her partner's post length, but prefers somewhere around 2-3 paragraphs a post after initial introductions.

What Miji is looking for:
-Literate roleplayers
Miji is expecting reasonable grammar and spelling, with clear thought and direction expressed in the play. Regardless of genre, Miji enjoys at least some level of realism in all of her games, and would enjoy a partner who does as well.
-A partner who puts plot and character development first, not smut (Miji likes her dirty scenes, but they should come in time, after rapport has been established)
Immediate sex is like premature-ejaculation; it kinda takes the fun out of it, and all that's left is an awkward mess. Miji's characters are generally the aggressive, dominant types (aka, the MALE of the pairing). Miji's characters like the chase. Give them something to chase; play coy, be hard to get, straight up slap a bitch in the face and say 'no'! The more effort required the better the payoff. :3
-MxM is Miji's favourite, but Miji also enjoys MxF; FxF will only be done with particular plots/genres
Miji is perfectly comfortable with multiple pairings/characters to each roleplay. If you have anything in mind, let Miji know. ^.^

Miji prefers fantasy based roleplays, to any varying degree (anything from vampires to wood nymphs, to everything in-between). That being said, Miji is still more than happy to play realistic only Rps. Just let Miji know your preference. :3 A few examples of Miji's favourite genres:
-Vampire/werewolf
-Medieval fantasy
-Ancient Egyptian
-Anything involving Ninjas, Gypsies, or elves
-Highschool-esque

Miji really enjoys her taboo pairings! :D Things like younger sibling x older sibling's best friend/love interest, teacher x student, age/height gaps, Vampire x werewolf or vampire x slayer, demon x angel, punk x preppy kid, etc. All of these things are fun to Miji. =3

Exra credit assignment: Miji thinks she is going to post some of her plot ideas, just so people know the kinds of crazy things Miji thinks up! Most of the plot were created with yaoi in mind, though can be converted to het. :3 Ha, don't worry, you don't actually have to read it all! :D

Modern Based
1. The most uber popular boy in school, the handsome, charming, rich, intelligent, artistically talented son of a well-known business man, is forced to work along side with one of the few students in the school who despises him; a rebel/goth/punk type with a good family life but a poor family. A love-hate relationship, but rebel/goth/punk comes to see that Popular boy isn't so perfect after all.

2. A young teen falls for his/her older sibling's best friend.
Vague plot, obviously in need of development.
3. A young teen falls for their best friend's older brother.
Vague plot, obviously in need of development.
4. A young teen falls for his/her older sibling's very recent ex.
5. A well known student who's had a bad past seems troubled and irritable lately. Having always had a crush on him, a very unpopular student comes forwards to try and comfort him. Semi-popular student, needless to say, had no idea this other boy existed, but they end up being on good terms. Later that day in the halls Unpopular student is getting picked on/beaten up by a few students, but Semi-popular student steps in to protect him and their relationship goes on from there!
Many plot twists possible. :3 Miji can play either character but usually is Semi-popular boy
6. An up-and-coming band is celebrating their recent success and record deal. One of the other members is deeply in love with the Frontman, though has never expressed it before. Well, when Frontman gets terribly drunk this other member takes him back to his hotel room to sleep off the alcohol. They have... well, y'know. When Frontman wakes up in the morning beside this other band member who he's been friends with for years-- both naked, and Frontman having no recollection of the former night-- things get interesting!

7. A rebellious but intelligent student is troubled by the schools new English teacher, who is cold as Hell and sets out the most amount of work-- and the largest, most difficult assignments. He is widely despised by the students. One night when Student sneaked out with his friends, he gets stranded in the downtown with no-way to get home. Desperate, he talks his way into a local bar to use the phone, and sees his teacher in a brand new light.
MANY plot twisties. >3 Miji usually plays teacher, though is really critical over this plot, because she's never played it and had it go 'just so'!
8. A young Goth (who will be from this point on fondly referred to as 'Doomcookie') with a troubled life is pushed over the edge by an older, far more sophisticated and knowing gothic man. The two instantly clash, and end up developing a sort of love-hate relationship. But over time, Doomcookie comes to see that the older man is the only one willing to really talk to him on a deeper level, the only one who comforts him and tries to mend his many emotional wounds. Unfortunately, there is the matter of their near ten-year age difference.

9. Two boys were rivals all of their young lives, being the first to give each other their first broken bones and fat lips. One of the boys, however, moved away, ending their rivalry prematurely. Several years later (five or more), the boy that had moved away returns, only to find that his once hated rival had turned into an extremely attractive young man. Both are still bitter from their younger days, but can't deny the attraction they have for one another.

10. Two boys were childhood friends; close as could be without ever having had a disagreement or fight. Like above plot, one of the boy's was forced to move away, though returns for his last year or two of schooling. Only to find that his friend and himself have become... well, not so close. And not so similar (ie. one turned into a punk, the other's a nerd, etc.)

11. As a young man, Maverick Clyde was down on his luck. For a little extra cash he volunteered himself for a medical experiment though nothing happened that ever struck him as odd; a few vials of blood drawn, a few questions asked, nothing major. Nearly ten years later Maverick is working for a private organization that deals with... security, and is closely tied with the police and military. A friend of Maverick's comes to him one day to inform him that a youth has been causing trouble lately, and has been seen around when a few serious crimes took place-- the strange part was this boy looked identical to Maverick (or Maverick ten years ago) and uses the man's last name as his first!
Names can be changed, fantasy plot, basic, Miji plays Maverick! ^.^ Could be Maverick's clone, though
12. Young Gothic boy, 16, wants to make his utterly professional and polite teacher feel things the man has never felt before. Gothic, having always been an affectionate one, has impure thoughts about teacher and doesn't intend on making a secret of them! Teacher on the other hand, is quite bashful, and is very embarrassed and timid about Gothic Boy's advances. Gothic Boy = aggressive uke. Teacher = repressive seme.

13. Five years ago, Tori Phillips was an up-and-coming well on his way to stardom. All ready with an outstanding fan-base, and a shining future ahead. But now, he is trapped in an institution for the mentally insane filling out a life-sentence for a murder he didn't commit. Tori's fragile mind began to fail, and after the five years... no-one doubted that he well more than belonged where he was. Aside from one man...
Character #2 never believed that Tori was a guilty man, the motive for murder had never made sense. Given a few weeks off in reward for a job well done of solving a recent string of murder mysteries, Character #2 uses his free time for a little more of the same; investigation. He travels to the institution that Tori is kept in and meets with the boy. Though unquestionably unstable, Character #2 insists that the former singer is no murderer, and isn't insane, for that matter. During the pursuit for justice, Character #2 comes to realize that the fragile and bewitching boy is gaining something from him, and Tori comes to see that Character #2 is his only chance at sanity, love, and freedom.

14. * NOTE: This plot can have Fantasy or can be played without it. Please state your preference in the PM if interested in this one! * A young man is up in a mountain cottage (whether it be alone or with his family, in which case he'd be obviously underaged). Well, with an unexpected storm suddenly coming in, the young man (in case that he's an adult) starts off into the surrounding forests in an attempt to find firewood. In the case he's underaged, he will be not feeling well and be left behind at the cabin while his family goes into town to get supplies. Anyhoo, one way or another he ends up stranded in the cold with snow all about, and no-way to get anywhere, all alone. Well! While he's out getting fire wood, another man comes across him, and sees him struggling with his task. In return for a place to stay until the storm is over, the man says he'll help with whatever needs be done at the cabin (since the man is an outdoors-y type, and very well built and all of that). Young Stranded man at the time had no idea, but there is rumor of a criminal that is hiding in those mountains, and hadn't been seen for years (though without a doubt, Young Stranded Man will surely find a way to find this out, making lovely tension between the two!).
Miji refers to this as her 'Ripped' plot, as it's not really her's. Miji read a book with a similar plot, and several years later read a disturbing fanfiction with again, a similar plot. Miji can play either character, but would rather be the mysterious, potentially dangerous woodsman. ;3 As Miji about anything if you are confuzzled! ^.^ Miji is more than happy to explain things.
15. A teen has recently moved into not only a new home, but a new town. ( His family situation can be whatever his player's choosing, ie. living with relatives, living with parents/parent, living on own, etc. ) His other family member(s) are out of the house a lot, leaving him on his own. Teen loves the supernatural things, but doesn't believe them in the slightest. How fortunately for him that the resident ghost of the house (or apartment, if one would rather) decided that he has a thing for the new boy.
This plot is new, and Miji wanna play it! ;D Miji normally plays ghost, but can play the boy. :3
16. A troubled youth (picked on at school, neglectful parents, whatever the player chooses really) has always had a habit of talking to his imaginary friend. Even now in his teens he still feels the presence of his invisible friend-- moreso now that a spirit has taken to keeping the boy company in his hours of need. The teen must struggle with his need for emotional support and affection versus the possibility that he's losing his mind.
Miji can play either character.


Angelic
1. When the Angel Lucifer was cast down from Heaven, he lost his place among the Archangels and left his beloved son behind. Thousands of years later, after Lucifer's death and his soul's reincarnation, his son makes his descent to Earth in search of his father. Having the potential to destroy the world with his unrefined powers, the remaining six Archangels follow Lucifer's son to Earth to try and capture the boy and prevent him from awakening Lucifer's dormant soul.
MANY possible pairings. x3 As well, there are many, many plot twisties if you like the sound of the plot but don't like the whole Lucifer having died and being reincarnated thing! Miji can play any character
2. A young naive Angel travels to Earth to learn more about humans and Demons. While studying, he comes to see that the majority of Demons on Earth are lessers, and are not really worth studying. However, one night, Angel comes upon quite the stunning example of a Demon, and refuses to let his chance to really know about the creatures slip by.
Plot twists, simple plot, Miji normally plays Demon but can be either


Demon
1. Mother Succubus has lead a long and interesting life, and nothing made her prouder than her two sons, be them half-breeds or not. The older of the two favoring the Incubus side of his genes, the younger the human side. With nothing off-limits in the Demon world, the older son takes a fancy to his repressive brother, trying to convince the younger to let loose and allow his Demonic hunger to shine through.

2. There are nine Demon clans of different elements, the majority warring with one another over who it is that should possess a great land (currently homing humans) that happens to lie in between the nine dwellings of the Demons. This is a vague plot, but as it stands Miji would play a Demon (or multiple Demons) from a determined clan, and other person would play a Demon (or multiple Demons) from the same or another clan-- preferably another clan. :3 Clans are: Dark, Light, Air, Earth, Fire, Water, Ice, Thunder, and Time (even though time isn't really an element but xp).
Plot in major need of development! Miji can play as a member of any Clan
3. A great and terrible Demon Lord was sealed away a thousand years ago, drawn into the trap by a female mage pretending to love him and betraying him in the end. All of these years later (can still be in Medieval times or could be made into Modern times) the female mage is long dead, though her soul reincarnates into the body of a young man, who happens to make the mistake of awakening the Demon Lord. However, since the Lord still loves the female mage that betrayed him-- and her soul-- he's unable to bring himself to harm the boy. And feeling responsible for the Demon's release, the boy takes it upon himself to sort of 'govern' the Demon, trying to make him lead a peaceful life.
Basic plot, Miji plays Demon Lord normally though could be either
 
Vampire Based
1. A young Slayer of a well known family goes after a Vampire in an attempt to avenge his Father, who the Vampire happened to kill (in self-defense). Young Slayer is naive, however, and isn't very skilled especially compared to the Vampire. However, compassionate and taken with the youth's beauty and nobility, Vampire makes no earnest attempts at killing Slayer Boy, and they eventually fall for one another.
Many possible plot twists in this one, Miji can play either character
2. A young man gets left the home of his late uncle, whom he loved dearly. Young man's uncle in his last few years had supposedly gone insane, speaking about a man from his youth that was taking care of him now, even though uncle's sister claims that the man he's speaking about died while serving in the army. As young man is left his uncle's estate, and is down on his luck with no-where else to go, he moves in, and sees that this man his uncle loved and that was taking care of him... was indeed dead, but was far from gone.

3. A Vampire that has been captured by a Slayer organization is forced to fight on their side. The family that runs the organization has recently received threats towards their one and only son-- who just so happens not to know a thing about Slaying or Vampires or anything of the sort! Actually, he doesn't even believe that Vampires are real and thinks it's a silly old story that his family tells about them being from a long line of Slayers! By any means, Vampire is sent to be a guardian to this boy, and things progress from there. Plot needs development. ^^; Miji can play the Vampire Guardian
4. A 'straight' Vampire is beginning to get tired of his endless one-night-stands with women, and finds himself straying in thought to the same sex. One night as Vampire is walking home from the club, he finds an unconscious boy (or young man, Miji envisions ages 15 - 19 here) on the street who appears to have been bitten by a Vampire but was left alive. Taking boy home, Vampire begins having impure thoughts about him. But there is no time for that! Ebil Slayers have planted a tracking device on the boy and are trying to locate Vampire via the boy.
Plot needs development, and Miji can play as either character, but favors the Vampi
5. The well known organization of Vampire Slayers, the VLDc, frequently has been using captured Vampires as tools against free ones. From the desire to always have stronger weapons, the creator of the VLDc orders a bio-engineered Vampire to be created.
Plot needs development. Miji can play anything (such as a slayer x biovamp, a biovamp x vampire {from inside or outside of the VLDc}, etc.)
6. Two brothers... they were never really close. The older was the rebellious type, never getting good grades or doing his chores. Never getting along with the parents. When older brother reaches about the age of thirteen, he runs away, leaving little brother (who had always looked up to his strikingly opposite brother) alone to deal with the fighting and now grief-stricken parents. Near fifteen years later (younger brother now in his mid twenties, and working as a detective of some sort) takes up the old missing case of his older brother. His investigation leads him to the wrong part of town, and after following a few leads comes to find his dear big brother... still in his thirteen-year-old body, drinking blood to survive, and loving it that way.

Medieval Fantasy
1. A young thief is caught stealing from a particularly nasty inn-keeper, but before the man can hurt the thief a well-known mage in the area steps forwards and calls the boy his apprentice. He claims that the youth was merely conducting a test, and had no real intention of stealing from the man. After getting out of trouble, the thief goes to leave, but is stopped by the mage. The mage says he will not be made a lier of, and so takes the boy back to his home to be his student. Of course, thief has no desire to be a mage, so he rebels! He doesn't take his lessons seriously, he disobeys, he causes trouble! And because mage is very chaste (actually, a virgin) thief tries to be very flirty and physical with him to try and get mage to dismiss him from being a student.

2. Character #1 (possibly Elf or other pretty-like race) runs a successful local inn, loving to hear stories of his customer's travels. One stormy night a small group of soldiers that claimed to be from a battle that is taking-place near by the town bring in a man who they claim to be a warrior-- but not for their side, simply against the side they're fighting. They give Character #1 very little information on the man, not telling what he is or where he came from, only that he fought and killed over a hundred before he was over-taken and injured to this point. With such exciting tales, Character #1 agrees to take the man in until he recovers enough to be on his way.
Kinda vague plot. :3 Miji plays as Warrior, but can be either
