Bite me. [A Wolf Pack Role-Play]

She shivered as he said that and bit her bottom lip, she wanted to run again but she knew if she did she'd be caught again and possibly killed. She shook her head slightly as she looked at the other wolf in front of the cave.

She stopped as she admired the others beauty and she was also stalling as she was afraid to go into the den. She looked into the cave seeing dark spots that she was sure was other wolves.

She looked towards Altair and River again as she stepped lightly into the cave. She weaved around the other wolves afraid of waking them as she made it to the back of the den. She sat down as she leaned up against the wall, closing her eyes as she let out a sigh of relief.

River was about to fall asleep where she lay before the auburn colored wolf caught the growing scent of Altair and the human. She rose to a sitting position and it took her a moment to realize her tail was lightly swaying from side to side. What?
She whined a bit and sat back a little to stop it before Altair appeared through the break of the trees with the human. Some of the male wolves rose up to inspect, that girl was one unlucky girl. The pack hadn't picked up a slave in awhile and some of the male wolves loved 'breaking' them in.
Her brown eyes softened, glad he had returned alright but if there was any doubt, the pack would of heard it.
She watched as the girl entered, most likely to get pounced on by one of the male wolfs before she turned her head. Letting a small surprised yelp slip as he lightly teased her. Her tail almost immediately started wagging again and she reached her head around nudging him back a little harder in a playful manor.
"No, only supervising." Her voice was cheerful and still had a playful tone to it. In the back of her head she realized she may have felt slightly bad.

Upon opening her eyes again, she found herself face to face with the male wolves of the pack. She let out a frightened shriek as she tried to scoot away from them. She reached up and tugged on her braid as she heard them growling at her. She became still again, trembling, "What do they want?" She asked out loud, her voice cracking in fear.

She tried to scoot away from them as one reaches out a paw and slaps her down onto her back, quickly pinning her down. She tried to push him off, as he leaned down and snarled at her, baring his teeth. She remained still, biting her bottom lip, as a slight tremor rolls through her. "I want to sleep." She murmurs, staying still, afraid to move.

Altair snicked and licked her muzzle before snagging her ear and pulling it playfully before jumping back to avoid attack. He crouched low gazing back at her challenging her to a little game. "It seems to me like you were worried. I'm touched that you car so much." He snickered again and circled her roaming his eyes all along her body slowly. Occasionally he would jump forward and paw any exposed body part before jumping back again. He kept this up wondering if she could hold her own. His tail swayed in excitement and anticipation all else floating away.

He was on cloud nine now. River was his mate his partner maybe even a close friend if it got to it. It was what he secretly desired most over the years. Growing up at the same time she did had that effect on him. She was a match but his status was just one level below hers and she was taken away. He settled for it and just poured his devotion for her more into the pack which helped him get to where he was now. He was the perfect warrior the perfect hunter and scout he was the perfect leader and he would prove himself.

She managed to wriggle away from them, seeing they were distracted by their leaders actions, as they watched them play. She crawled into a opposite corner, trying to remain quiet. Her breathing came out a little too quickly as she curled up in her corner. She yawned, she was, ironically for an insomniac like herself, tired. She supposed it was the nights events that had worn her out and she closed her eyes as she fell asleep.

Her hand slid up and found her necklace as she clutched it in her hands, sleeping.

River let out a growl as he nipped her ear but her tail didn't stop wagging from side to side. Barking at his remark she shook her head, "Don't flatter yourself big boy." The Auburn she-wolf moved along with him, circling each other and as he would lunge forward to swat at her she would jump back, it went on like this for a few moments before she memorized the pattern and thought of a plane. She watched his legs, to notify her the second he moved towards her and instead of jumping back, she jumped to the side. And his whole side was exposed. With another excited jump she pounced at the bigger, male wolf in an effort to knock him down.
If she could successfully do that, she could get on top of him before he had the chance to get up.
It had been quite awhile since she played like this and she found herself quite energetic.
Maybe Altair would be a good partner after all.

Obsidian slipped into the land of dreams as a soft, barely audible sigh came from her. As she rolled over, her braid frayed and came lose, allowing her long, black hair to tumble loosely. As she dreamt of running through the forest like she once had. She stood up, sleepwalking as she stepped out of the cave. The other wolves had fallen back to sleep as she put her hands out, feelng around the area.

She felt bark under her hands as she came across a tree, her dreams shifted to one of scaling trees. She grippecriedd it as she heard a few growling sounds and she scaled up the tree, quickly and curled up on a branch as she fell back to sleep.

She felt something big grab her and she opens her eyes as she realized one of the male wolves had climbed up after her and held her by her night gown as he slid down he slid down the tree. She cried out in surprise and fear as she touched the ground and tugged free of him, he nudged her back into the back of the den. She bit her tongue, but walked forward. As she reached the back of the den, the male wolf gave a short bark and pounced on her as he pinned her down.

She gasped and tried to squirm away but he pushed his thoughts into her mind, about the breaking in and her eyes widened. She tried to shake her head, but she had no say in it as he begin to "break her in." She wanted to scream for help, but slapped a hand over her mouth, she didn't want to die, and she didn't doubt that they would kill her if she posed a threat to her. She closed her eyes and shuddered as she couldn't watch, but she felt it.

After a few minutes he was finished, and he left her as he padded back to the front of the den and curled up. She pulled her night gown down, as she opened her eyes and sat up. She knew she couldn't run or scream for help, so she took her hair, and begin braiding it, to keep her mind off of her situation.

Altair lunged forward and to his surprise River jumped to the side. Underestimating his opponent he jumped forward too far and was exposed. He realized his mistake quickly but he didn't have a chance to correct himself. River was already pouncing into him and he could only take the hit as they both fell to the ground. He couldn't have recover from the floor because she was quick to pin him down to the floor. He thought about fighting back up but he decided to use another tactic. He relaxed his muscles and let her pin him he tried to be convincing in his 'surrender'. "Wow I wasn't expecting you to do so well. I guess I have a lot to learn about you." He leaned forward and licked her muzzle. Hoping to catch he off guard he pressed all of his weight forward to get from under her.

She finished braiding her hair, unable to go back to sleep as she saw the two wolves rolling around outside. She tugged at her braid as it fell loose again, she begin to braid it again. When she was nervous, or afraid this was what she did and it was oddly comforting. She kept braiding it keeping quiet as she saw the faint light seeping into the dark of the night as the new day approaches. Her eyes widen as she thought of her family awaking and not finding her in bed. "Ummmm." She cleared her throat as she asked, leaning forward as she finished braiding her hair. "What if people come looking for me??"

Pride soared through the female wolf as she managed to get on top of Altair, panting a bit as it took most of her energy to get him down. He was quite the wolf and though she was more slimmer than he, she was quick. It was probably her best physical attribute and saved her ass a couple of times. River accepted his words of defeat with a confident nod and was about to nip at him before he licked her. It relaxed her muscles and the next thing she knew he pushed himself up, throwing her off balance. The Alpha stumbled to the side a bit, surprised he would pull a trick like that and that it actually worked on her.

Altair pounced on her in her moment of confusion. He used his weight to bring her down and pin her. But he pinned her not with his paws but his body. "Don't let your guard down so easily." He teased her nuzzling her again and got off of her laying down next to her panting. He was actually a little tired from them playing. "One thing I can say is that you make me put out a lot of energy. I thought I was gonna lose for a second." Altar heard human foot falls approaching and he was up instantly and standing over his mate defensively. A growl erupted from his throat and he was baring his fangs before he realized who it was approaching. This caused some of the wolves that were up and some who weren't to be startled and back up with their ears pinned back.

Altair quickly realized who it was and stopped growling and baring his fangs. He turned to the wolves chuffing to them apologetically and reassuring them that it was alright. Most of them went back to sleep but a few stayed up out of curiosity of what he would do next or to be sure their Alphas weren't going to be harmed. The humans words finally registered in his mind and he looked down to his mate briefly. "Let us handle that if and when they come looking." They were smart enough to cover up the traces of their slaves. Maybe he would make it look like a bear attack or like she ran away. He would talk to River about their options.

She flinched back as he growled at her, gasping a bit startled as she lost her balance and stuck out her hand to catch herself. Seconds before it happened, she saw the sharp rock as she tried to move out of the way, it was too late.

Tears welled up in her eyes as the rock gashed deep into the palm of her hand sending a sharp wave of pain up to her shoulder. "Oh." She murmurs as she looked at her palm, blood was dripping out and down her wrist. She bit her bottom lip as she said. "Great."

River tried to keep quiet from waking anyone so she only let out a small whine once he pined her, his warm body covering her almost completely. He really was good at fighting and she was impressed, with him being this close she was able to really catch his scent. It was rather... nice.
She snapped out of the small daze and rolled over onto her side and rolled her eyes at him. "Don't worry, I'll get you back..." She promised him before also hearing the footsteps and standing, a growl already starting to form in her chest before Altair stepped in front of her. It raised her ears in a bit of surprise as she watched Altair bare his dangerous fangs at whoever it was before the realization hit him. A warm feeling came from inside her and her tail continued to lightly sway until ceasing as the girl appeared.
She asked a reasonable question, but those questions usually died during the second week. She guessed they would have to move soon, probably when they were done with hunting here. When they moved they usually sent the humans away and left before the humans could go back to their village and return with weapons. By that time they were usually far gone.

Altair looked down at the woman and he was actually kind of sorry that he caused her harm. But he wasn't sorry for a fact that he got up to protect his mate and wanted that to be clear. He looked down at her and approached cautiously trying not to scare her to much. "I'm sorry for you getting hurt but I won't apologize for protecting my mate. Next time you approach distracted wolves or rather any member of the pack announce your presence. It'll save you harm and it'll save me the regret because honestly some of them would care about you being hurt." Altair approached her hand and took a look at it. He called to a wolf and gave them both instructions. "Take her down to the river to have that cleaned and close it up we wouldn't want infection. Do not touch her unless she starts fighting back. Then you are authorized to use ANY means to stop her."

He dismissed them and sighed deeply. He turned to River and walked back to her side slowly and laid down once again and rolled onto his back. He looked up at his mate wanting some attention to clear his mind. "She's gonna be one to watch. Either she's gonna turn into a good attribute or a weakness. I can't tell just yet."

"Fine." She says as she follows the other two wolves quietly, not attempting to run. She knew it would be dumb to try in her condition. She got to the river as she dipped her hand in the water. "I can do it myself." She tells her two escorts as she washes off her wound. She sits down, as she pulls a long thin piece of lily grass. She grits her teeth down on her braid as she fished a tiny needle from her pocket as she threaded the needle with the grass after dipping it I'm the river. Still biting down on her braid she stuck the needle through her skin near the wound and began to thread it and close the wound. She bit down harder on her Braid as she finished.

She tucked the needle back into her pocket at she returned with the two escorts brushing the dust off her. "There better. " she says as for the first time since she was there a smile caressed her cheeks causing them to dimple. "If you give me the chance......." She said to Altair and river showing them the palm of her hand, it was still bleeding, but her makeshift stitches with straight and narrow, almost perfect. "I heard what you said, I'm not weak, before I came here," she gestured around, I ran through the forest each day, I know the land and I know all the most healthy and healing plants And all the poisonous plants."

Altair was surprising River more and more today, she didn't even have to get up so she sat back and watched as the Alpha Male handled the situation quite nicely.
She felt guilty for ever doubting him, not that she thought she did but being without an alpha male for some time had lead her to depend on herself. Now that things were different she would have to adjust. The auburn wolf turned her head over to her companion. Technically they wouldn't be deemed 'mates' until they actually mated.
And he did so much today, he must be tired and he certainly did deserve something.
She laid down next to him with her belly down, her tail sweeping lightly back and forth.
"Thank you." Was all she really could say, she meant it sincerely. By this time in the day she would of been passed out from all of it.
"I'm sure she won't be of much trouble, you're a good enforcer." She said in a teasing way but once more meant every word, nuzzling against his neck and even feeling a bit frisky as to lightly nibble.

Her actions were soon stopped when the human came back all to quickly though and she had to admit. She was a little disappointed and huffed out. Turning her head she shut her eyes momentarily, she didn't want Altair to deal with anymore drama today he seemed too tired already.
So like he had for her she stood and stepped out in front of Altair, not in a defensive position but to let the human know who exactly she should be talking to as of now.
"Your knowledge just gives us all the more suspicions not to trust you. We've been taking care of ourselves for many years and don't need the help of a human." Her words were a tad cruel but she had to be for the sake of her pack. Just as easily as humans could help, they could also harm and their great grandparents witnessed that first hand.
"Thank you for your thoughts, but right now would not be the time to voice them."

She sighed and wandered towards a tree scaling it as she got to the highest branch within seconds. Then she spoke back to River. "My name is Obsidian and I'm not like my ancestors I don't harm those who have never harmed me.....I've never told anyone this, but I guess since ill be in a wolf packs company for perhaps the rest of my life then ill tell you......others in my villages would set traps for you and the other wolves out there like you.........one night a pup wondered into one of them.......my papa wanted to deal with it......I told him no id deal with it.....I went outside and I picked up the pup and attended to his injuries, just as I was about to set him free in the forest.......the mother attacked me." She tugged up on her nightgown revealing a deep scar running up her leg, "after she grabbed. Her pup she Took off, I suppose considering me dead.....the pup was helpless against us, just like I'm now helpless against you. .I couldn't bare to see him killed. I saved him. Guess that don't matter though does it?" She turned on her back as she finishes speaking and becomes quiet again.

As she thought she would just have to prove to them that she wasnt like the others. Suddenly she heard just faintly in the distance her name being called, "Obsidian." She gasped and whispered, " my papa, he's looking for me."

Altair listened to her thank you and he was confused for a second. But he figured it was just a general thank you for being there and helping her lead the pack. He wasn't too far off because she praised him and it made him feel like he belonged by her side. "I only use force when I need to teach a lesson." He teased her back with sexual intent hidden in his words. He fought her off with playful growl that vibrated from his neck and his tongue.

When she stopped though his eyes wandered to her questioningly and he heard the human's voice. He listened to her speak and he was about to get up and respond when he heard River huff. He watched as she closed her eyes momentarily and got up. He was about to stop her and let her just relax but he felt like he should sit this one out. The way she was sitting and the way she was talking told him that she was doing it for him. He appreciated it and felt good.

He felt bad for the human woman but he stayed out of it. He knew better than to step in on an intense coversation betwen women. He whined to River trying to calm her down a little so her words wouldn't be as cruel. He knew her words were directed in the right place and with reason but the poor girl was already their slave. He also didn't want her to be seen as a cruel leader as well.

If River was ever cruel to the humans it was because she knew what they were capable of. A human girl could bring a whole mob of human hunters behind her. She just couldn't trust one so easily as Altair could. Though she did hear his protests and relaxed a little, the girls story didn't faze her.
"We're not going to kill you unless you give us good reason to." let out a long breath looking into the den and sitting back about to dismiss the girl like she thought she already had but humans didn't seem to understand wolves much.
That was when her ears flicked and in the distance she heard yelling.
And the barking of tracking dogs.

Her hackles rose and her ears clipped back. This was exactly what she was talking about! Instead of growling she let slip a small whimper when she realized there would be no possible way to get everyone up and running to a new location. She had to think, and she had to think fast or angry civilians were going to come running in with weapons and fire and dogs.
She was good at tough situations like this when strategy was required. Without a second though she trotted forward fast and grabbed onto a piece of her gown. Tearing a large piece off with her powerful jaws and dropping the fabric that was in her mouth. "I'll divert them away with her scent. I think we'll have to move ahead of schedule." She told Altair knowing full well she would be chased by powerful humans and dogs that had tracked them before.
Without Altair's input she picked up the piece of cloth which held Obsidian's scent and sprinted out of the den.

She scrambles back down the tree, "papa." She said excitedly but too quietly for him to hear. "Please let me go to him." She turned to Altairr and River. She could hear his calling getting a bit louder and closer as she leaned forward on the balls of her feet. Oh how she wishes she could run to him or call out for him. Suddenly his voice lost volume as if he had lost her trail. "Papa! " she said a Tad bit louder but not so he could hear her.

She gasped as she felt a piece of her gown tear off and looked down. This was the only thing she had to wear for a while and now it was torn.

Snow had one eye open and seen the woman with two wolfs. They must be from the she wolfs pack she thought so she just laid low. she then went back to sleep as they left. she felt day coming and knew soon she be going hunting. When then smelt the she wolf and the sent of the girl and humans and dogs. She was up with a growl and was off to help the she wolf out maybe get the humans to chase her so the other wolf can get her pack to safty . If she died well then she won't have to be alone anymore.

She saw a flash of white and she heard her papa. "Papa" she murmured as she tried to take a step in that direction. She found two massive male wolves blocking her as they pushed her with their barking and growling back into the back of the den and forced her to sit down and be quiet with threats of her death if she didn't. Suddenly they both lifted their legs on her and 'marked their territory' "what was that for?" She asked in a fierce whisper. They told her it was to cover up her scent. She sighed and became silent as she sat in the back of the dem hearing her papas voice getting further away.

Altair heard the humans approaching and he sortted through ideas about how to quickly end the situation. They needed to get away and Altair figured he would be a good distraction but before he could have raised a paw River ran off. ALtair growled in frustration that she would put herself at risk like that. The pack needed her she was the heir to the pack and they were all attached to her presence in the pack. Her death would have caused chaos throughout the pack but Altair's casualty would have been worth less. Only a few would mourn and he could be replaced. Altair snapped at Obsidian angry at the situation. "Stay behind and follow the pack."

Altair saw everybody was up and he gave directions to his second in command to lead them away from the humans. With that he zipped off behind River racing through the trees. He pushed himself to his limit and could see her up ahead. He called out to her loudly. "River stop you can't sacrifice yourself like this its too dangerous!" Altair figured he had another plan.

She looked up as he snapped, by now her scent was covered by a less desirable one and she frowned as the two wolves who had pushed her onto her feet and were quickly nudging her and the rest of the pack to run. She could still hear her papa calling for her and she felt as if her heart was breaking, he would think she died she just wanted to say a last goodbye but as she hesitated she heard a low growl from the pack and she trudged forward with them, being forced to quicken her pace.

Snow heard a male coming her way so she picked up her pace. she. soon caught up to river and said "gave me the cloth sacrifice Me save your pack". She knew at her words she tread on a dangerous path for she was alpha and no wolf tells alpha what to do but snow was not in her pack but then again she sure lowerd her chances to be accepted. Snow did not care she was going to die anyway from being lonely and starvation anyway. She was a good. hunter but every where she went the area was already owned by other wolfs and they chased her away.
