Emergency Romance (riverrust & Lilabe)

James Davis was an MD at the local university hospital. He was primarily a cardiologist by training, but he often put in time in the ER these days, and he had his colleagues wondering what sort of idealism had come over him. After a while, though, it became evident to the nurses that Dr Davis had an interest in one particular RN and they wondered how long it would be before the two hooked up. Rumors were always flying and jokes were made about finding them fucking in the janitors closet or doing a 69 on a gurney in the operating room. Davis was aware of the talk going around, but he didn’t mind. He was hoping that his crush would hear these things and find herself interested in him, too.

Most of the nurses envied his like for their colleague as he was quite a fine figure of a man. Tall, 6’4”, and slender, though with strong arms and nice legs, it was rumored. He kept his hair short and almost looked like a military man, but his demeanor was one of calm and cool friendliness. Somehow the nurses had heard that he was “hung like a horse,” as they put it, but they weren’t sure who he might have slept with who would actually know. Still, many of them wanted to find out and he often was the recipient of passes and innuendo while in the ER. But, he liked it that way. He was very sexual and would have given in to a number of the finer nurses if he wasn’t trying to win over this one particular RN.
