Alex had been known as Alexis in her old high school and ever since she got her new part time job to help out with fee's for her family. Her family had never been the richest people she knew, in fact they weren't even middle class. Their house was practically falling down; the roof leaked, the floorboards were giving way and with her mother in the hospital, Alex and her younger sister hardly had anything to eat every night. The manager of the cafe she now worked at had offered her a job and always gave her food to take home with her; she was so kind. Her place of work had to remain a secret though, as she was now transfering to a new school in the area, a school where she had applied as a male student. Alex had always been uncomfortable with her body and always been more like a boy then a girl when she was younger; but the main part of the reason was that she school weren't accepting anymore females as the girls mostly populated their school. It was stupid really.

The female woke as usual and began her daily routine. She jumped in the shower before brushing her teeth and making her way down the hall to breakfast. (Her house consisted of one floor.) She ate a small breakfast which contained one piece of toast and orange juice, and spoke with her sister about school. Her sister looked exactly like Alex, only with longer hair and dressed in a skirt for middle school. After she had finished the food and small talk, she went upstairs to get changed into her school uniform. A pair of black, baggy trousers (to hide the shape of her legs), a white, button up shirt, a navy blue blazer and a red tie. She had never been particularly gifted in the bossom area, so the tie managed to make her look as flat chested as she was. Her sister was much more feminine, in body and in mind. Alex combed her burgandy hair that was styled in a bob just above her shoulders and made sure to get her work costume out and in a bag so that she could nip home really quick and pick it up to take to work with her. She made sure to get changed in their changing rooms as she didn't want to be seen outside in female clothing.

After she slipped on her shoes and grabbed her bag, she was off. The two siblings left at the same time and made sure to lock the door before heading seperate ways. Within moments of walking she arrived at the school. Her large green eyes looked around at the students and she carried her briefcase-like bag over one shoulder, her other hand in her pocket; slouching a little. An uninterested expression remained on her face as she entered the building and spoke to the receptionist. Yes, her voice hadn't changed. It wa still soft and polite as ever, but she didn't have the female manorisums she did at work. After the bell rang for first class, Alex was told to wait for a moment before the older woman with a head of white hair lead her to the classroom. The receptionist knocked once and then opened the door for Alex to step in. Taking a deep breath, she wandered in the classroom, her eyes scanning the students briefly before the teacher pulled out a form and started to speak. "We have a new student today, class. His name is Alex Taylor. Please take good care of him." The female just nodded to his fellow students and then realised the girls appeared to be whispering to each other; about her no doubt. "Go take a seat over there." The male teacher pointed to the empty seat in one of the middle rows and Alex followed the orders, walking up the isle making sure not to bursh anyone on her way past. Then, she took her seat with a sigh, placing her bag under her table, her green orbs trying not to look back at the people who were staring at her.

"Get up, Tyson!" yelled Tyson's mother, "Get up, you're gonna be late Ty!"
"I'm up, I'm up!" Replied a half dead Tyson.

Tyson crawled out of dead, his head throbbing and his body numb. As Tyson walked to the shower he crashed about, hitting nearly every obstacle in sight, his bedpost, his door and even tripping on the tile. Life for Ty and his mother was rough, his father had left them when he was young and ever since he had only been taken care of by his mother. The only woman that had ever meant anything in his life.

Tyson was often spoiled by his mother, she wanted to make his life happy, in order to shadow all the pain his father had caused him. This had caused him to be a bit submissive and feminine. However he was a teenage boy nonetheless and he was interested in things such as games, music and girls.

As Tyson got to school he was greeted by his friends and spent some time before the bell talking to his class mates. He was fairly popular at school, although popularity didn't mean much to him. In fact school itself didn't mean much to him. He just wanted to finish it as soon as possible so that he could find a job so that he could provide for his mother and himself. As the bell went Tyson walked over to his class room and sat down.
'Damn, history, I wonder how long this will take,' thought Tyson as the class began. Tyson decided to daydream to pass the time but mid-way though his day dream he was interrupted by a knock on the classroom door.
""We have a new student today, class. His name is Alex Taylor. Please take good care of him."
Tyson looked at Alex, and thought to himself, 'gees, another guy;'

'What fun,' sighed Tyson

Alex was silent all class and soon enough it finished. He had to share a book with the girl next to him; she seemed pretty happy about it. As the bell rang for second period, the female stood, tucking her things into her bag before beginning out of the classroom. She was stopped by a girl was extremely chatty and wanted to become 'his' friend. Alex just smiled and talked when he had to; she wanted to walk to class together. Thankfully, she was the one doing the most talking.

She wandered along the corridor, her green hues glancing around while at the same time trying to pay attention to Natasha, the girl who was walking next to him. It was strange to make friends as a guy; all these girls wanted to talk to you and some were even to shy to approch him. He noticed this as he glanced behind at the two girls from their class giggling and whispering to each other. Were they stalking her? No, they just had the same class right?

Alexis frowned at the thought of the school finding out her real gender, it would be awful. She was never one to lie to people, but this time she just couldn't help it.

As history ended Tyson went over to his locker to change his books. There wasn't much for him to do for the rest of the day besides attend class again and again and again. For a whole seven hours. The thought of it nearly killed him. As he got his new books he rushed over to his new class, just seeming to stride past a classmate of his, Natasha, with the new boy in school, Alex.
'He's in here for just over an hour and he's already getting all the girls?' Thought a spiteful Tyson, although he was socially active he never did have enough courage to talk to any of the girls, nor did he have enough self confidence to even think he had a chance with any. It seemed as if this new kid, Alex, had the looks. For awhile Tyson looked at Alex, his features were quite feminine, soft and probably what you would find on a beautiful, slender girl. But Tyson dismissed it, the thought of this just made him seem gay.

As Physics strode by all Tyson thought about was what he was to do after school, work out? Exercise? Eat? Chat? Think about ways to ask Claire out to the graduation ball? Or even tell Claire his true emotions? Claire is a girl that is in nearly all of Tyson's classes, beautiful, pink haired and slim. She was athletic and really toned, a body any man would kill for. But she was cold hearted and highly discriminative. Such a beautiful person, with the worst personality, thought Ty, but he still couldn't help it. She was just too damn fine. While in Physics, Ty's friend Kenji, noted he was quite bored and thought about cheering him up.
'So Tyson, you notice the new kid on the block?'
'That girl grabbing jerk?'
'Ouch man - he hasn't even done anything to anyone!'
Tyson knew this was true, but couldn't help it. He was insecure and as mentioned, a new guy always meant new competition.
'Yeah, Kenji, he hasn't done anything, yet.'

The conversation suddenly became awkward, and continued to be so until the bell went.
"Seeya Kenji," said Tyson as he went to another class
