Ferrah Allen had been sentenced to two years in jail, for a crime she had not even commited. Trying to plea her case in court, the judge would not believe her and all the jury believe she was guilty. When really, Ferrah had just been at the wrong place at the wrong time. Being concidered guilty of car theft, she was to serve two years in jail. But only being there for a minor charge, she was able to be let out of her cell and stuff of the sort.

It had been about a week, and she had been asigned a certain guard. Not knowing why, it was the day she was to meet her guard. She hoped he was not mean, but you never knew what or who you would get.

Jacob Leeman was having a terrible day, first he gets moved from his New York post of head security all the way to this new prison as a simple guard, all because one inmate escaped on his watch. Now he was assigned to watch over an inmate, easy job, something simple, something he could not screw up. He didn't know how long this transfer would last but he could use a vacation and thats what this was to him a vacation.

He was told to make himself presentable for his meeting, he trimmed his beard and mustache to a fine wisp and his hair had to be tamed and combed back but one good whip of the head and it was back to hanging down in small spikes. One glance in the mirror showed him his brown hair and eyes looking back on a person he had not seen in a long time, he could not remember the last time he had to dress up.

Buzzing himself through the door he grabbed his gear: baton, keys, badge, key card on the draw string, boots and his gun complete with rubber bullets, non lethal but would leave a hell of a bruise and inflict pain on all but the hardest of people, he wanted his bean bag shotgun but that was overkill, no need for anything more than his baton but he wanted to make sure he was prepared incase they sent him a wanna be bad ass trying to make trouble.

Sitting down he waited for his registered inmate to walk through the door, he was in for a shock having not been given the file yet as the guard escorting the inmate was to present him with it at the time of thier meeting. Drumming his fingers he sat and waited.

Hearing the cell door open, she opened her eyes and set up. Seeing that a guard was there to take her to her meeting. Holding her hands out for those stupid handcuffs, the guard slipped them on her hands. Although she had been wearing a orange jumpsuit, Ferrah was still a beautiful girl. having long black hair and black eyes.

All the guys had always been intrigued by her, but she had never saw any she liked. Being escorted down to the meetting room by the guard, she took a breath and stepped throught the open door. Seeing her new guard awating her arrival. Seeing him, she smirked and stood before him. Sitting down at the table before the two.

The guard handed him the file, and walked out.

After the guard left he got up and uncuffed the girl, "no reason for the cuffs," he said dryly before returning to his seat and picking up the file.

Jacob just looked from the file to the girl before him, "you dont look like criminal, but there is one in every bunch, so what's your story?"

He looked down and flipped through the file slowly before turning up and looking at her waiting on what she had to say. Keeping a straight face he could not help but think 'how far have i fallen that i really am now looking over this girl, at least this will be an easy job'.

Watching him, she spoke softly. "The reason why I do not look like a criminal, is because I am not. But why should you believe me? The judge and jury did'nt when they sentenced me to two freaking years in this awful place." She had no harshness behind her voice, but she was sad that she was here.
Her story? It was simple. "I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Thats it actually. Stupid actual criminal blamed me for this...."

"I'm not here to judge if you are guilty or innocent but if you dont think you were given a fair trial you can appeal," he said with no emotion as if it was almost spoken so many times it was just a casual thing to say. "While you are here though I've been assigned your peronal guard, so I'm moving you as is my right." he said only "pack anything you have personal to you and I'll wait here for you."

Standing up and walking by the door he taps on it and the door opens and he whispers to the guard who leaves and brings back some papers which he begins to start filling out quickly.

"Where am I moving to?" She asked as she had come back from gathering the little stuff she had. It wasnt much, just some books, a pen, and a writing tablet. She had no clothes, except for the ones she had been given to by the prison.

Setting her stuff down on the table, she watched as he filled out the papers. "What are you filling out?"

"I'm moving you to a private facility," he said hand back the paperwork. "Follow me," he said walking out the door, through the lobby and out to his car.

Opening the back door he said," If you would please" holding it open for her

She watched him carefully. Climbing into the back of the car. Always hating to ride in the back of the stupid car. "Why are you taking me to a private facillity?"

"Thought you would be gratefull to leave, and if you must know I'm taking you to a private facility to wait your new trial, think of it like your in a new home, its got better conditions than this place but its always a temporary set up, so dont get comfy"

Driving past the prison and out to the open road and many miles later you can look out and see a large field and a large building that looks more like a Victorian castle than a prison.

"It was converted not long ago, and dont bother trying to get out, the grounds have dogs and the wall has guards posted every few yards. Other than that it is a nice place, only enough people are here to fill a few of the rooms so we will be next door to each other. I'll work on getting your trial set soon and let you get watch you should have gotten from the start."

"I am grateful.... Honest." She spoke softly, now knowing he was only trying to help her. "Thank you...." She smiled, and looked at the building. it was beautifiul. "This place is beautiful....." She said and smiled. "Why would I try to run? that would just end up making me quilty when i am not."

"Clever girl," he said,"I admire that, all this time and you still remember who you are." "And dont worry no one will try and make you run, they will just leave you be unless you misbehave, but i dont think you will do that now will you?"

Taking her inside he waited patiently for her by the stairs," your room is up the hall on the top floor last on the left and mine is last on the right, there is no one on the hall other than us so no worries about privacy, you will have plenty of it, almost too much of it if you are not careful but i have some work i must attend to so i will see you later tonight, have a pleasant day."

She nodded. Walking up the stairs. Moving gracefully and slowly to the top floor. The whole entire place was amazing. Walking down the hall way, she stumbled across her room. walking in it, she saw that it had a bed, a dresser and a bathroom hooked to it. Walking over to the bathroom, she started to undress. Taking a hot shower woould feel amazing. Climbing in, she was right. It had felt amazing and she missed it very much. Stepping out of the shower after she had ifnished, she dried off. Walking to teh dresser to ifnd undergarments and a set of cltohes.

Jacob walked across the courtyard to the Warden's house. After being buzz through he handed in Ferrah's file over to be stamped and confirm her enrollment into this new facility. After that he had a series of meeting and had to be intructed on the complete layout of the facility and given a set of new keys, I.D., and electronic card passes.

Tired already he still had to sit through the phone call with a long list of lawyers and had to appeal to a judge to get her retried, after a long conversation, the judge agreed to retry the girl and take in any new evidence that could be presented on her defense but on the condition that the procecution be allowed to bring forth any new evidence that they had. Jacob had agreed, it was a fair request and even if she did lose this time around no extra time would be added, she could only get her sentence reduced or taken off all together, so she had nothing to lose.

Walking up the stairs was tortue on Jacob's back all the running around today was not what he had wanted but it was necessary and the sooner he got it over with the better, but as his key hit the lock to his room he wondered to himself,"What am I gonna do now?" and with that he walked in the room and fell face first onto his bed sound asleep, not even bothering to change and he had not closed the door shut completely, it now hung slightly ajar in the hall.

Ferrah had wondered where Jacob had went, he had been gone for a long time. Slipping a t-shirt on and some shorts that she found in the dresser, she set down on the bed. Looking out of the window, she had a beautiful view of a garden that was infront of the window. Sometime passed, and she had started to doze off. Not completely asleep. Hearing someone go into Jacobs room, she assumed that it would be him. Getting up to go and check on him, she smiled as she saw the door was still open.

Walking out into the hallway, she peeked through the doorway. He was lyinh on his bed face first. "Are you okay....?" She asked softly.

He laid there and gave a soft twitch as he slept but gave no other indication of having heard her, his breathing heavy and chest rising in even rythme proving he was indeed fast asleep

She moved closer to him, watching him as she did so. Seeing that he was asleep, she moved away from him. Grabing a blanket that was on the chair. Moving back, she threw the blanket over him and walked out. Closing the door softly behind her.

After being asleep for several hours, jacob woke up on his bed covered in a blanket, he did not remember putting it on. sitting up he realized that he had not bothered to change so he took his clothes to the bathroom. turning on the knob for the shower he got undress but when he stepped to go in the shower he noticed that the water was barely running,"just great," he said turning the knob off and pulling a towel around him and gathering his clothes under his arm.

Walking out the door he knocked on Ferrah's door, hoping that she had a working shower.

She heard someone knock on her door, getting up to go and see who it was. She opened the door to see Jacob standing with just a towel around his waist. Clothes under his arm. Blushing, she turned. "Hey, i see your awake now." She moved over, letting him have access to come into her room

"Thanks," he said not hovering to try and be decent, calling from her shower he said,"No working water in my room, had to use yours," and with that turning on the water,"thank god" then unceremoniosly dropping the towel, laying the clothes down and steps in.

She watched him move, going straight to the bathroom. Smiling as she set down on the bed. Ferrah had not realized how handsome her guard was, but it would be so wrong to try and do anything. Knowing that he probally would not want to either. Laying down on her bed, on her stomach to be precise.

Stepping out of the shower Jacob grabbed his towel and walked into the room forgetting who's room he was in, it had been a long day. "Oh, I"m sorry," he said turning back to the bathroom again forgeting the door in his haste giving a small crack she could see into if she wanted, he got dressed slowly trying to calm his nerves and walked back out.

"It's fine." Ferrah had blushed and turned away as she saw him walking into the room. She laughed as he walked back into the bathroom to put his clothes on. "Why was it a long day?" Ferrah spoke quitely, as to keep him calm

"Had alot of things to do,"he said," do you mind if i sit on your bed?" "I did finally get the judge to grant you an appeal and he will contact me for your trial date."

"Not at all..." She moved over, giving him room to sit down. "Really? That's great." She was happy now, knowing that she may be set free,
