What’s the best cheese you’ve ever had?

Mine has to be a little wheel of imported Irish Cheddar. That crap was good!

Ok this sounds batshit crazy but at a wine and cheese festival I had cave aged blue cheese with raspberry compote on top. It was amazeballs. Plain cheese though I’m with Adamina. Smoked Gouda is delicious.

It seems like gouda seems to be the popular choice. It's got the flavor, for sure, but my heart belongs to a classic.

Vermont White Cheddar. It's just so satisfying... Sharp, if you will.

Stinking bishop. It's a foul, runny cheese whose odor could peel the paper off of walls. I love some absurdly odiferous cheeses and I have no idea why.

So many choices, but I've always been fond of Muenster Cheese. Something about that textured skin, and it's so soft and creamy...
