Question Full VS. Almost Full Access

Hiya!

I know that to get full access you need to post three times, but to get nearly full access you just need to post an introduction. I have the NEARLY full access after posting my introduction (and this will be my second one), but I would just like to know what can you do with full access that you don't have access to with the nearly full? Sorry if I phrased that weird or in a confusing way; I did the best I could.
