Joshua was excited to finally be in college. He was on his own for the first time. Being a tiger, being on his own suited Josh just fine. He didn't even have his parents bring him to the school. He wasn't a cub anymore. He'd taken the bus.
Josh had a pile of luggage, but he was strong enough to carry it all to his new dorm room in only two trips. It was a hot day, and the freshman dorm wasn't air conditioned, so Josh stripped his shirt off before he started putting his things away. Once his clothes and other effects were taken care of, Josh plugged his fridge and portable stereo in. He hung a couple of posters on the wall on his side of the room. One was of a vixen (barely) wearing a soccer uniform with the caption "The object is to score". The other was of a male selkie getting out of a pool. His smooth, wet body bare except for a tiny speedo. It's really hot in here, Josh thought. He opened both of the windows, and then he causually stripped out of his shorts. He went into the dorm bathroom and right to the shower, his toe claws clacking on the tile, and turned the water on cool. Unlike some cats, Tigers liked the water. He hadn't bothered to close the bathroom door and began to sing along with his stereo, his voice deep and melodious.
