One night, Regina's home alone. Henry's out with some friends. Emma shows up and they talk and drink. As they get drunker, they confess their love for each other and make love that night. What they don't know is that Emma and Regina are True Loves. When they kiss for the first time, it breaks the spell on Regina that kept her from getting pregnant and Emma's magic enters Regina's now fertile womb and she gets pregnant.
