Question Where do I go to Upload a Profile Photo? (ANSWERED)

Hi there, I'm new here, and I think I'm confused. Where do I upload a new photo to use as my profile picture? I can't seem to find a section where this is possible.

Is there something I'm supposed to click on? A section in the account settings? Some help would be much appreciated.

Top right corner of the site, click on your name and go down to "preferences", this should work on Mobile too.

If you haven't made three threads/responses you may not be able to do this, unsure.
