I have been a member for over 24 hours and have multiple messages, however I am unable to bump my thread?

You can only bump your thread once every 24 hours. If you bump your RT within 24 hours, it is auto-absorbed into your previous post. 24 hours and a minute after and you are able to bump your RT with a new post.

When I woke up at 4 this morning, it still was not allowing me to private message or reply to threads. It has since then given me access. Thank you for replying.
