Suggestion Forum header idea for threads

So I have been on many other sites and was curious if there is a way to enable the first post when creating a thread to be on top for every page of the thread.

This could be considered a forum header and would make nice organized set ups to get to the other threads.

I currently do this kind of layout for each thread I make related to a game.

The idea is to let others be able to quickly find the other threads without going through the forums from the main page again.

Please let me know if this can be a new feature or if it is a code on which I should be doing to get it to be on top for every thread.
