Another type of roleplay that I've been craving. I envision a small band of teenagers fresh out of Highschool (18 - 20), likely a bunch of friends and mutual friends, all decide to live together after working things out, abd paying off the rent or house payments together for a nice house on the coast of California.

Drama, Romances, Cheating, Sex, Parties and more.
