Is it possible to delete a post count?

Cause I have absolutely posted at least 3 times. I had a request thread which I have bumped a few times and a starter to an RP that never got a reply..
I happened to delete my own request thread a liitle ways back and when i went browsing the threads of others i found that I wasn't allowed to PM anyone. I saw then my post count was at 1. Do request thread posts not count?

You have to maintain 3 posts. If you delete some you lose pm permission. You are back to 3 now.
